Airtel — non refund of security deposit INR 500/-

Respected sir/madam,

I had cancelled my post paid connection 4 months ago, i tried to contact airtel gallery (borivali(W), as well as hot line phone, but they are not responding to my complaint, It seems neither the staff nor the company is intrested in my complaint, They want to digest my deposit. i think beside reminding again & again i have to move to consumer court for refund as well as MENTAL HARRESMENT.

MY AIRTEL NO:- [protected] (WAS), NEW CONTACT NO:-[protected].
LAST BILL D:- 12-SEP-2008.
Please do the needfull at the earlist

I had also similar issue and I am contacting with the company for more than last 6 months still the time no progress. Here is the mail conversation I had

As I got to know that my cheque had been returned I had approached the nearest Relationship centre for more than 10 times. But each time they are giving me the answer that we will bring back the cheque at our centre and you can collect it from our office. Thats apart here is my current billing address.
