Hello India, Hope you would help me. Please find below the correspondence with Bharti Airtel who is supposed to be one under TRAI and need to help customers. This is a ridiculous act from Bharti whom you have rated and approved as a service provider. This is a company which is supporting a criminal and even a nodal officer at the company doesnt care to even reply me. I need India TRAI to take up this with Bharti and find out who actually used my credit card at their website and ended up using my money illegaly. Airtel — Interest charges
Hi,I activated GPRS on my mobile the charges in bill are some around Rs.900, ihave confirmed from airtel customer care on121,
and they assured me that the charges are only for browsing.
Can you please check and confirm. my account is corporate

[censored] hav decided to go fro internet services pl pl pl dun prefer airtle.they r the best liers in tis service.our type f connectiopn is unlimited and wireless modem.actually they said for us tat they ll reduce 200 rs in our monthly bill after two months and also airtel representative named ashok also said the same and had given the connection but now they said tat theyll reduce only 100 and also they r not responding for us tat idiotic guy not even pickup the call.so v hav been screwed lotzz so pl dun get into airtel broadband services.no customer service nothing.so pl no need and dun prefer it my friendly suggestion.AIRTEL THE BESTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT LIERSSSSSSSSSSSS,CHEATERSSSSSSSSSSSSSS...........

They put something else on their website regarding the tariff, when i used 75 rs full talktime offer, they never credited and on speaking to that dum executive he said its some sms plan.
So which either to say i am mad to do sms recharge when i want talktime...This stupid behavior is always with airtel, either deduct or put some hidden cost for no reason.
and please have some educated executive who give respect to people, that boy claimed to be senior, when he could not even talk properly.
Worst experience, will be happy when law suits slams on their face for cheating.
