[Resolved]  Airtel — Recharge problem

I received a message from airtel on[protected] reading word to word as follows:
'Spl offer only for u! Get Rs249 Tlktme on rchrg of Rs249.A2A @ 50p/min, A2M @ 60p/min, Local SMS @25p.Get Rs100 immd & Rs149 in 48 hrs.'
Also I have this message stored in my mobile.

Accordingly i recharged on 17-07-09 morning with Rs249 and got Rs100 credited to my account balance immediately. But when i didnt get the remaining Rs149 for the next 4 days, i called up the customer care and gave a complaint on 22-07-09,[protected],[protected] and 01-08-09. the complaint number is[protected]. Now, the airtel consumer care executive is saying that I should have recharged the same day I received the message to get the remaining Rs149 as it is a RULE OF AIRTEL. But the message doesnt read that I have to recharge on the same day or its just a one day offer. Now when i explain this to the executive, they say they are sorry about this but cant help on this issue. This is PURELY LOOTING A CONSUMER BY PROVIDING INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION. HOW CAN A CONSUMER KNOW THE COMPANY RULES UNLESS MENTIONED IN THE MESSAGE. We are not taught in the school about Airtel rules to know it without them informing it.

I am very unhappy with the Airtel`s connectivity, false promises and scams. Recently, i called up the customer service as i was having trouble recharging the top up voucher and in the ivr, i selected the language option as english, amazingly a girl received my call and started off in hindi, thanks that i knew hindi very well and could understand her any ways but this is not a big problem, but in terms of customer satisfaction and services Reliance is "THE BEST".

aapko is notice ke madhyam se suchit kia jaata hai ki notice milne ke 15 din ke ander aap dono muvaqqil uprokt coupans r. 680/= bhagdaur tatha phone dwara sampark me kherch 1500/- thata 680 per 3.5% ki der se prati din commission r. 23.80 dated[protected] se bhukta ki tithi tak, jo khercha jo banta hai bhuktan kere jiska pura kherch aapko dena hai notice ki kherch adhiwakta phees rs. 1100/- ka bhi bhuktan kere.
sir meri aap se anurodh hai ki aise chor baiman distributor ke khilaf sekt se sekt karvahi ki jai. aur meri Prime ministerji se khena hai ki aise chor company ko turant band kerdena chaie.

Airtel — charging more for my local calls

i am an airtel prepaid customer my mobile no is [protected] one year back i have changed my plan to talkmore plan. as per the talkmore plan local mobiles to be charged rs.0.75/min. but for me they charge me rs0.99/min for two local numbers [protected].[protected].i waited for one year then i started making complints since 08.04.2008. even after i am making several repeated complaints no response from airtel . i request u to make a booking about this complaint. i live in chennai

Airtel Recharge — Less Talktime provided.

I have been guided by customer care on 11/5/08 which states following description :-
1.Rs.152/- Recharge Rs-135/-Talk time
2.3 month validity.
But i have get only Rs-45/-Talk time.when i put this matter to Airtel they refuse to take the complaint and stated that :
1.The above scheme are conway by mistake.
2.we are sorry for this.
I don't know what mistake is made by Airtel customer care executive & it is not a matter of Rs - 135/- but certainly the matter of Ethics and loathing the customers.

So in the view of above matter plese arrange to Add my rest balance in my account for avoid this matter are going in consumer court.

Airtel — not get easy recharge of Rs. 100

Dear sir,
I had recharged my prepaid airtel connection [protected] with easy recharge of Rs. 100 dated[protected] at 9.20 a.m. in district Siwan, Bihar.
The dealer recharged my connection from the [protected]. But the recharged amount not come to my connection.I have not receive even a message from airtel. I request you to make enquiry and give my benifits instantly.

i recharged my airtel prepaid by using an icici account, the balance got deducted and i recived message that "sorry, your request cannot be processed at this time" ive done done it twice and the problem is repeated again, i thought airtel made us easy to get recharged but we are in trouble some with this nature

I am using Airtel (TamilNadu) Sim.Its validity is till 2011Aug 11th.I recharged for Rs.200 on[protected].But I got only Rs.46.51 talk time.I called to the customer care .They said that for Rs.200 there is only Rs.46.51 talk time and balance is for giving me validity for 30 days.I am already having validity till 2011.Then how can they give me validity for 30 days in 2009 and exploit me like this?

Airtel — mobile top up message not received

I have asked for a Rs 100 topup for my mobile phone no [protected] from andhra pradesh circle through ICICI Bank Pune Aundh Branch on 23/9/2009 at around 1245 Hrs.I have not received the topup message nor the topup has taken place.Rs 100 is a valid amount for this channel.The money was deducted from my account.

on 21.10.09 night at 7.20 pm i did recharge for rupees 160 i verified about the recharge to the customer care before i did recharge but i didnt get the offer for the 160 rupees recharge. for past ten days i am calling the airtel customer care but they are not responding me properly. they say they filed complaint for this. so please take the required action for this

I GET MESSAGE ON 24.11.09 AT 17:48:59- FOR RECHARGE RC20 FULLEST GET FULLEST TALK TIME OF RS 20 ONEASYCHARGE OF RS.20 TODAY. BUT I DID NOT GET REMAINING BALANCE EVEN AFTER EXPIRY 48 HOURS.
