[Resolved]  Airtel — COMPLAINT MOB No.- [protected]

This is to bring to your kind notice, the issue regarding my Airtel Mobile No.- [protected].
I have been complaining about it since last 2 months in your branch office as well as on complaint portal/board.

ISSUE:- I have been using it as a postpaid connection since last 2 yrs. But as I decided to get it converted into a prepaid connection, I have been facing a lot of problems to get it activated.
I got a New Sim on 15th, Jan'08 after completing all the formalities and submitting the desired documents. which was supposed to be activated on the next day BUT since then it has not been activated properly and 3 Sims have been changed so far. Now, your executives say that their is an issue with the Documents. I am not able to understand how is it possible...as I have been using this no. since a long time as a postpaid connection. But still, on demand...I have submitted the documents again on 6th, March'08.
The Connection is still not active.

I am amazed to see the working of an organization like yours. I was not expecting this kind of service & experience from AIRTEL. It is really hopeless and shameful.

Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

Unwanted subscription service . I have been charged rs 150&30&15 on 13.05.2011 when 3no.message receved on our mobile from airtel .what is our mistake please tell us and restored my balance on our mobile please also stop these unwanted charge immeditately.as i do not know how this service is added to my mob.no.[protected] thanks lalit mittal 116 multan nagar baghpat road meerut my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
MY MOBILE NO. [protected] (AIRTEL). ON 29/05/2011 TIME 00:03AM AIRTEL CO. DEDUCT MY BALANCE BY 45 Rs. (30+15) AND SEND ME MESSAGE FOR CHARGES FOR HELLO TUNES.
AFTER THEN I TRY TO CALL SO MANY TIMES FOR COMPLAINT ON 198 (THERE COMPLAINT NO.) BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKEN MY CALL.

AFTER THEN I CALL FROM MY FRIEND MO. NO. [protected] (AIRTEL) ON 198 THEN THEY TAKE A CALL BUT WHEN I SAY I WANT TO COMPLAIN FOR MY MO. NO. [protected] THEY HAVE CUTTED THE CALL AND AFTER THEN I HAVE TRY SO MANY TIME ON 198 BUT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY CALL.

SIR I HAVE NOT CHOOSEN ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FOR HELLO TUNES.
AIRTEL COMPANY DEDUCT MY BALANCE FOR UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE.

SO THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE RESTORED MY BALANCE ON MY MOBILE.

Today at 5.15PM I have received a message from[protected] and the Text is " Your have been subscribed to the Gurukul
Service & have been charged Rs.20 for next 20 days. Call 56704 and keep enjoying Gurukul Service."
After a minute I have received a message that Rs. 20/- was deducted from my balance leaving the final
balance Rs. 2/- At. 5.50 PM I have received a message thanking for use of Festival Service and An amount of Rs.10/- per day is being charged.
On 4th june, received a similar message from AD-54321 with text : Thanks for using Festivals subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10/- and on 5th also similar message from AD-54321 came and Rs.10/- was deducted from my balance. So an amount of Rs.20/- was deducted from the balance

I unsubscribed by *121# services even though I have not subscribed for these services and lost the balance for the services I have not even utilised.
I never subscribed to the Gurukul Service and Festivals, but your Airtel people deducted the amounts
as they wish by sending the above message.
Please help me to restore the duducted amounts for the services i never subscribed and utilized.
I do not understand to whom I have to complain about the above since the customer care number is always busy and no answer from them. It made me to decide not to utilise the services of AIRTEL and forcibly shift to another mobile services.

Few weeks back I had lost my mobile with number [protected], Please provide me the address and and last 30 calls so that I recover the same number.

Airtel — Unlawfully & Forcibly Charging Fee

I am holding an airtel prepaid a/c mob no. [protected]. Inspite of repeatedly complaining about their forced charges for contents not downloaded or requested, I am being charged for service fee of 10.00 rupees without my approval or request. This has happened to me several times. The modus operandi of their company is to send a sms thanking the consumer for downloading certain games/services and directly charging a fee of rupees 10.00, when infact the consumer has neither done so nor is even aware of what is going on. A recent incident happened to me today, i received a sms. Let me produce in verbatim.... Thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10. The fact is clear that the company is forcing contents on the mobile and deducting for services not requested by the consumer, just imagine if this type of racket is implemented on a million unsuspecting customers, then how much money is earned ? The concerned authorities have to implement certain rules to stop this racket. Airtel may be thinking that they can get away with it.I am asking why do they not have a provision for the customers to make their own choice whether to receive unsolicited messages and wrongful deductions from their credit balances. I had a connection of postpaid mobile no [protected] for last one year, now i have converted into prepaid connection after resubmitting twice passport copy and photo @ airtelconnect at frazertown but my outgoing calls facility is disconnected saying document is incomplete for last 3 days i cant able to make a call. This is the kind of service this airtel company is providing for postpaid customer who is converting to prepaid

Airtel is loosing its name, it was known for its services & nowdays it i spathatic.

I have airtel mobile with 3G connection & they have given me bill in april 2012 which is showing wrong billing.

In my bill their are two data usags shown at same instance of time.

Have been writting numerous mail to Airtel customer care applet RJ but their is no response since past 2 months.

The company is totally not supporting in resolving customer issues.

Many time they say that my no is not reachable.

Have provided my alternate no [protected] to them but still their is no response.

Hoping the company will help to resolve the issue on priority.
