I WILL NEVER EVER GO FOR AIRTEL as it's support SUCKS... (Airtel Karnataka)
No prompt response,
they will intentionally disconnect the call while on 121,
no call back,
no proper updates or responses,
false promises,
play with customers,
charge without justification,
1st level support agents are most of the times advised not to escalate to floor mgrs if customer asks for,
late pament charges levied on customers no matter the bills are generated and delivered or not,
if their billing server goes down on or before the customer's due date-customer will have to bear the late payment charges, , ,
horrible support,
deplomatic answers and no workarounds as well,
I do not understand when your service is so poor and your people is calling and asking for the service. Since last 1 year we are facing network problem as you also know about the same, then how you are charging month rentle full. I have some many complains from my boses that my number is not accessable most of the time.
Please take necessary action immediately or else we have no other option, but to approach Consumer Court for this kind of service with full charges (mothly rentle).
