Dear Madam/Sir,

Please note that I am working with a private company at Narain Manzil, 23 Barakhambha Road, New Delhi 110001 and using Airtel for last one and half year, I have sent several mails to Airtel regarding there "no" network coverage in our area, I have received dozen of mails and atleast 100 messages in response confirming my complaint no. and thanking me for contacting Airtel but even after many written promises from AIrtel the situaution reamins same, finally I have chosen to go ahaead with termination of connection and will be moving to different service provider soon.

Now the challange that I will face would be to change my contact details and communicate to many customers in India and abroad.

I think Airtel must take responsibility for this and should be charged penalty for providing poor services to the customer.

Dear Airtel,

I do not understand when your service is so poor and your people is calling and asking for the service. Since last 1 year we are facing network problem as you also know about the same, then how you are charging month rentle full. I have some many complains from my boses that my number is not accessable most of the time.

Please take necessary action immediately or else we have no other option, but to approach Consumer Court for this kind of service with full charges (mothly rentle).

Look forward to your postive attitude towards customer complaints.

    Hi i m santhosh . i have airtel connection .. i keep getting missed calls frm unknown number ([protected]) when u messgae back, person does not reply. when i get call from the same number when i picked the call the other person disconnects the call..And the person calls me only in night times. Have been disturbed when at home and at work...Have called up airtel customer care have got confirmed that its pnjab based Reilance mobile number.. Please take this further and get back to me ...

      Greetings!!

      I m sendin you this mail regarding my airtel bill of mobile no.[protected] in which Airtel charged me following charges which is not my usage.
      Isd - Rs 5, 360.00
      Tax on Isd - Rs 554.55
      SMS International- Rs 5.00
      Tax on SMS- Rs 0.63

      Total - Rs 5920.18
      [protected][protected][protected]
      My Total bill According to Airtel is Rs 6, 282.67
      Therefore my Actual bills is Rs 362.49

      * I logged my complain on your 121 by phone and they told me that this matter will resolve within 48hours and i will get a call confirming that but i've still not received any call from your side.
      * I've Asked for noddle office number but the number given by them is a wrong number.
      * I've Asked for my details and wriiten document confirming that i've made this calls but they said clearly "Sir, we cant confirm this as we dont have any confirmations
      * On upon force asking they said me that this calls are made on some islands, i've never heard the name of that place in my life.
      * Airtel disconnected my number without informing me even and i've faced too much of inconvience.
      * When i been to airtel outlet, they simply told me that we cant help you.You please pay your bill.
      * Everytime i've got an diffrent answer from airtel. 1st they said that i've called to some country. 2nd time they said i've visited some website from my cellphone, on upon my sayin that i am not having GPRS Activated on cellphone, they said ok please give us some time we look to it. 3rd time they again they said i've called on some number which is of "Island CEBU" and now the 4th time they are saying that i've used Airtel Live and clicked on some link which redirect me to some illegal website which is in "nauru". My airtel live service is deactivated from years.
      * I've searched on internet, this problem is with airtel only.
      * I know other 2 numbers also in which this problem is coming.
      * This is a clear illegal activity of airtel which is not acceptable from this multinational company.
      * I ready to pay my actual bill which is Rs 362.49

      In the end i am very disappointed with Airtel service and behaviour.Please kindly Reslove my problem.

        with due respect i here by raise a complaint against airtel for not issuing me my post paid bill on time so that i can make the due payments.
        i have been using my airtel connection from past 2 years but till date i have received only 5 bills that to after persistent quarries.
        the airtel service providers are not all responding to my repeated pleas.
        so kindly look in to this matter so that the issue can be resolved and i can lead a peaceful life.

          Hi,
          I am experiencing a bad service from Airtel and Airtel Customer relationship center. I had purchased a campus sim of Airtel in February'09.
          It given good service for 1-2 weeks. After that it stopped the outgoing calls. When I contact to Customer Care he replies your address verification is negative,
          so you have to submit documents again. I had submitted the documents again at Airtel Customer relationship center in Hadapsar, Pune on 16th March 2009.
          After that, till date it not to be activated and when I dial that number it shows number not in use.

          Again I visited Airtel Customer relationship center in Hadapsar, Pune on 31st March 2009, they told me we had sent your documents to main office.
          And now the number is deleted from system database. You have to purchase new sim card with new number and new plan. I had purchased
          that sim with cost of Rs. 500. What's going on about Airtel service? Please reply me ASAP and suggest me what I have to do further?

          I want that number with same old campus plan.

          Airtel Prepaid Card — BAD BAD BAD BAB service

          I am staying in Chinchwad (Pune). Here the service of airtel is so pathetic that i am about to change my Service ( will opt for Idea or Vodafone) which r really better than AIRTEL. We have 5 connection in our house will change in few days if service continues to be so BAD. Hope will get a positive response from you and looking for a Good service if NOT Excellent.

          ONLY WE NEED A GOOD SERVICE I HOPE YOU WILL!!!

          i called to customer care from modern mobiles(Turupur) they are not responded properly there is no solution for the same. i ave last Rs 222/- what will be the reason. why it is happen.

I HAVE PERSONALLY VISIT AIRTEL CARE CENTER IN LANKA- NEAR BHU= VARANASI AND THEY TOLLED EVERY WILL FINE BY 2-3 HOURS. BUT STILL I AM WAITING FOR FOR MY PREPAID ACTIVATION.               Dear Sir,
              I have recharged SMS Tariff Plan of Rs. 76 which provide me 500 local SMS for one month on 26/03/09.
              I went out of town on 27/03/09 night and came back on 29/03/09. I send few SMS on local circle before roming. And also send some SMS during roming which are chargeble; I know that.
              But When I came back on 29/03/09 and send SMS on local circle it was also chargeble and deduct 1 Rs. per SMS. I called the customer care and they said your problem will be resoloved within 48 hours on 30/03/09.
              Now when I call customer care today's morning they said you have the vaildity of SMS but you sent more then 500 SMS, so now you have to pay for each SMS. But sir, I just sent 125-150 (Local & On Roming both) SMS after recharge of SMS voucher.They refused my statement.
              So please tell me what can I do for it.
              Please take the necessary action.

                Airtel charged me some fixed monthly rental of 299/-*(+taxes)for 3 months though I requested to put the number on hold as I was leaving for onsite. When I

                requested them to subtract the same along with the other late fees, the representative at Shopprix(Sector-61, Noida) branch abused me and told me that he 'ld

                be retrieving all the money at all cost. I consulted with him again to settle down dues and return the SIM. He threatened me in return and told me that

                AIRTEL can do anything. The representative was reluctant to hear me and told me that I should contact the guy who has given me connection(corporate). Affer

                getting frustrated with this abysmal service, I switched to other service and decided to never ever use AIRTEL service in my life. After this bad experience,

                they called up many of my friends and seniors telling that they are ICICI representatives and want my address. Thay even harassed some my my friends on

                phone. I am totally disappointed with all this happenings and hereby request appropiate legal/govt. bodies to step in and help a customer. I'll be more than

                happy to repay my dues to AIRTEL if they behave me properly and deduct the absurd charges they are claiming. I need a full and final settlement and urge

                AIRTEL customers to take a note at the unsatisfactory services.

                  I have a pre-paid mobile No.[protected] since long, but last week this number was suddenly gone out of order by saying " Sim card registration failed" even i have the balance in this card and validity also. in this regard when I asked from customer care of airtel, I got the reply from the representative that my sim card having error and you contact to our nearest showroom and got replace it by paying the cost of new sim. In this regard when I approach to airtel showroom of kapurthala, they did not co-operate me and said you go to another showroom of kapurthala, accordingly I reached at another showroom of airtel, but they also not given any satisfactory reply to me and said you again call to customer care, when I said to please arrange my talk with customer care, they flatly refused to do so and said we are not here to arrange this type of work.

                  So you are requested to arrange to continue my this number which is very old and circulated amongst my many known person. I will agree to submit the cost of new sim which is applicable as per extent rules.here it is to be mentioned that I have 02 other numbers[protected] and 45018 of airtel which are provided to me by Rail Coach Factory, kapurthala under CUG plan.it is for refrence to confirm my residential address.

                    My prepaid number is [protected], which I own for last 6+ years. Last year i have to shift to some other city for 1-2 years. i activated my number with life time plan of airtel. I was told at their New delhi Friends colony community centre exclusive outlet, that now when ever you comeback you can deactivate it and it will be working with the normal existin plan you opt.

                    In October 2008 I tried recharge it for 200 rupees and nothing happened in it and no result came for those 200 rupees spent in the prepaid coupon. neither I got any balance nor my phone was having network.

                    Yesterday I tried again to use that sim but no network is found.

                    The customer care says that your sim has been deactivated due to non use and non recharging. which is very amazing, i dont want to change my old number, whenever i will be back to delhi i will use the same number.

                    Cutomer care says that it may be allotted to someone else, which is not till now.

                    Why this company plays with their customer lke this, nobody knows.

                    Request you to kindly look into my matter and help me with the genuine result and justice.

                          the complaint is that i cannot make any calls nor can i receive...it says error in network connection.
                          i try a number for thousand times then only it connects but gets dissconected in 8 secs on its own...
                          cant even receive calls...
                          now this is a major problem as i cant even call 121 to lodge a complain...

                            Last one month I find Signal strength is very very poor in my area, and I am forced to make most of
                            my calls through BSNL Landline. Please investigate this matter and arrange to rectify the same, as it poses inconvenience and revenue loss for your mobile. It appears some changes might have taken place recently in your Tower/antenna, perhaps the dish might have oriented away from our area causing poor signal strength.

                            Please treat this complaint seriously and remedy it, otherwise I will have to cancell Airtel and switch over to Other service providers in my area.

                            64611030. Despite of my earlier request the same mistake is committed

                            Ms.Vaishnavi has replied in a irresponsible way that my amount Rs.30/-

                            can be credited to my account after 18th only. the act of providing any

                            service to the customer without getting approval from them and deducting

                            Rupees from their account on their own is not permissible/violation. it

                            is the third time that my amount has been taken out without my permission

                            and the act should be strongly condemned. A steburn action should be

                            taken and the consumers be saved from these kind of irrelevant activities

                              ONE OF MY COLLEGUE PRAVEEN KAKOLANGARA USED MY PASSPORT ID TO TAKE A POSTPAID CONNECTION (Mobile:[protected]), ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS OF CONCERNED PERSON HIS MENTIONED IN CONNECTION DETAILS([protected]@yahoo.co.in).

                              HE MIS USED IT AND HE DISCONNECTED THE NUMBER [protected] WITH PENDING BILL OF RS.2172 . AND NOW AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE IS DISTURBING ME FOR THE PENDING BILL.                               Airtel Postpaid Connection — Fruad case

                              Hi,

                              I am a very dissatisfied customer of Airtel.I have paid 2200 INR on 24th Nov'08 for my airtel postpaid number.The agency who took this cash from me was actually a Fraud one.They took this money from me and gave me an Airtel payment slip.The address of this agency was somewhere in Janakpuri in Delhi.But when we went there, to my our utter dismay we couldnt find such an agency there.Airtel says that they haven't recieved the payment and rightly so.As they were fraud.

                              Please someone- help me what to do.Airtel wants me to file an FIR for this and they had also stopped my connection( outgoing and incoming).

                              what should I do??

                                Hello All,

                                I WILL NEVER EVER GO FOR AIRTEL as it's support SUCKS... (Airtel Karnataka)
                                No prompt response,
                                they will intentionally disconnect the call while on 121,
                                no call back,
                                no proper updates or responses,
                                false promises,
                                play with customers,
                                charge without justification,
                                1st level support agents are most of the times advised not to escalate to floor mgrs if customer asks for,
                                late pament charges levied on customers no matter the bills are generated and delivered or not,
                                if their billing server goes down on or before the customer's due date-customer will have to bear the late payment charges, , ,
                                horrible support,
                                deplomatic answers and no workarounds as well,
                                YES, AIRTEL is worst in down south...
                                Yeah, y'all get frustrated with Indian service... how the hell do you think we Americans feel when we get connected to an Indian Call Center?

                                Deal with it.. we have to. At least you can understand the dialects!

                                  Yeasterday I have received call from [protected] by Airtel Customer Care informing that I have not recharge of Rs.200/- the minimum amount which should be recharge in every six month because of life time connection.

                                  But i have rechaged of Rs.200/- whose details are confiremed by Airtel SMS service while recharge. I have that SMS in my mobile. Details given below:-

                                  Recharge Successful on 09.01.2009 at 2:05 PM
                                  Talktime - Rs.100.00
                                  MRP - Rs.200.00
                                  Transcation ID[protected]

                                  When I received call from [protected] computer says please recharge min of Rs.200/- otherwise your phone's services will be discontinued.

                                  After that I have informed to customercare at [protected]to Mr.Anil and Mr.Dharmesh about my Last recharge and about the call received. But they said you have rechaged with Rs.100/- only (But Recharge was of Rs.200/- as informed above ) and informed a new thing that inspite of recharge of Rs.200/- you have to consume Rs.200/- within 6 months if not then services will be discontinued which is not informed by company while I take the connection.

                                  Now sir, Please tell me what I can do to continue services.

                                  Please help me.

                                      Ourgoing Barred for non payment of bills!

                                      I got airtel postpaid connection on Feb 2009. Till now I have not received any bills either by softcopy or hard copy or not available in airtel.in site but they expect me to pay the bills to avoid barring of outgoing calls.

                                      I lodged a complaint with airtel 121 and they told there is problem in their side with the billing. I have got many complaint number reference SMS's from them that they are working on the issue.br...
