[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — No signal

I complaint for the No signal problem to the local office the compony the number was provided by the vendor of the product after complainting three time regularly the service engineer came and adjusted the disk,and charged money for that, as this type of service are servicable on company end, the componey is cutting money for the same period even I didn't avil the facility just becouse of componey's lazy service.
The management should think about all thease problems and the curtaiment for the period should be given back in form of recharge to maintain the faith of costumer. Otherwise the reputation of the componey will decay day by day.

Airtel DTH — Not resolving the signal issue since 5 days

Hi,
I have the Airtel DTH Connection with Customer ID [protected]. There is signal issue from last 7 days, Not getting the signel for hours and hours.
So calling up Customer Support 12150 from last 7 days, I almost made 21 calls to this customer support .Every time they will register new complaint for the same problem and will be telling problem will be resolved within 3:30 PM tomorrow. No body turned from last 5 days to resolve the problem.
Even they are disconnecting my phone.They are giving fake phone numbers with the complaint registartion number, Which they will messge to our Mobiles.
When tried to contact local manager here in hyderabad (Phone No :[protected], they are telling manager is not avialable and even they are disconneting my call.
This is the once of the WORST and HOPLESS Servcie ever i saw.

They are event dedcuting amount from my account daily for the servcie which is not resloved

Please tell me what should i do for this

Still Signal Problem is not resolved.
Support Engineer attend the call on 12th May, And told me there is a problem with HDMI Cable.
And also told me that Airtel is short of HDMI Cable, He took 300/- from me to bring
HDMI cable from outside and replaced the old one.
I told him issue is not of the HDMI cable but Settop Box. Then he told no it is the HDMI cable.
Still we are not getting signal after the replacement of HDMI Cable
Then contacted office locally on 13th and complained them that Sigenal problem is still there, Please replace the Setupbox. They told they are short of Settopbox.
I don't know what to do. Does Airtel replace my Settop box or not

Sub : Dish TV Set box not working properly & the problem not attended by
the customer care.

I want to put you kind attention on the above subject i have 2 Airtel
Digital TV connection at my home Customer Id No. [protected]. 8666847.

Out of these 2 two boxes, one set box is not working propelly and we have
given complaint against it to your customer care and the nearest Airtel
Digital customer centre number of times, but still the problem remain same.

Once your representative visit to us also for frequency set up but they he
was unable to set the frequency of the set box because as per them there
is software problem in the SET BOX.

After that problem remain same and there is no any action they have taken
on it, kindly do needful at your end either replace the set box or give us
our money back if you are unable to give the customer support.

Hope to get early resolution of this problem.

Airtel/Digitel TV — No Signal & No service

My subsciption # 3000699XXX, Airtel DTH TV connection has not been providing signal since 2nd Apr'11, my subscription expired on 23rd April'11...they call , take appts but the engineers never turn up.

Every day , all they do is call up for renewal but no one is keen to fix the real problem of signal.

Airtel:

Your tall claims of having better service are all foul and useless.
1) I have lodgged complaint for 4 times every time giving the problem.
- Surprisingly airtel loggs complaint ans also closes complaint without attending.

2) My connection is not working properly (note properly) as sound / movie is breaking since 3/6/2011.
Every time I am assured that this period (till the connection is made workable) will not be charged but I find daily debits from a/c.

3) I am given some complaint no. & phone no to contact your dealer but the deleaer never comes on phone :
either it is out of range or no reply.

4) I am also advised to go and request to the dealer who is 2o KM away from me however there is no system in air tel to solve problem of customer.

5) One day engineer comes says the dish needs to be re-directed due to setallite issues : but he can not help as that job is handled by some diff. dept.

6) Everytime I discuss with new person on help line _ assured that with in 24 hrs the problem will be resolved with is yet to come true after a gap of 9 days.

I am totally dis-satisfied customer and hence sending this mail to media coverage also.

The person on helpline do not want to understand the problems of customer and every time repeadely ask address, pin code, as they are not having the same despite calling from the registered mobile nos.

If some responsible person (other then helpless line people) is reading this mail then they should ocmeforward to solve the problem. IF CORRUPTION PREVAILS IN AIRTEL – I AM READY TO PAY MONEY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM PL COMEFORWARD AND LET ME KNOW WHO ARE THE PEOPLE I NEED TO BRIBE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I S.SRINIVAS CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SERVICES OF HYDERABAD,MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected], AND AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CHANNELS A LOT OF TIMES AND DESPITE OF REPEATED CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ASKING THEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM,AND ALL THE TIME WE ARE BEING ASSURED THAT SOME ONE WILL COME DOWN AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM,BUT SO FAR NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON FROM AIRTEL HAS SHOWN UP.ON 03/07/2011 WE HAVE MADE THE LATEST CALL AND YET AGAIN WE HAVE BEEN ASSURED THAT SOMEONE IS GOING TO COME AND RECTIFY IT,AND ABOVE ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES DOES NOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE( ATTITUDE) TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER. attitude towards complaint no 9963734 is casual. i was told complaint would be attended by 1800 hrs today and I kept waiting at home.now I have been told service engineer willtry to come by 0900hrs tomorrow.There is no signal on TV.If complaint is not rectified today I plan to change to Tata Sky and say byebye to Airtel

I have logged an issue on 13 th July 2011 Complaint number:9950124 and my airtel digital account number is [protected] that suddenly i am getting No signal issue and cannot watch tv.8 days are gone and till date we did not receive any call from their technical engineer. Daily I am calling to Customer care no. 12150 for status and they replies call is open and engineer will visit within 24 Hrs. I am still waiting for their 24 Hrs. to be completed.
Very disappointing that Airtel (Bharti) provides such very very poor service to customers.

Airtel — Complaint not being attended to from last 25 days

Hi,

I have been an Airtel Customer for past 12 years which includes 3 mobile numbers, 1 landline connection and 1 broadband connection.
So it feels terrible now to be at this end and have to write an email on the pathetic behavior shown by Airtel people towards their old customers.

I had logged a complaint with the Airtel ( Complaint no. mentioned above ) regarding my landline not working properly.
Following were the consequences or I may say punishments of being an airtel customer :

1) 20 days, 6 follow up calls,6 different customer care executives and 2 floor managers involved and still no action has been taken.
2) 2 times the complaint got closed by itself and I had to reopen it and had to fight for it so that it can stay open.
3) Wrong and incorrect comments were entered to close the complaint which were not uttered by me during any of the calls ( like the instrument is personal
and hence the problem is mine and not Airtel's etc.In reality, the instrument is provided by Airtel only )
4) Every time an assurity is given to me and the irresponsible behavior has driven me crazy.

No one is ready to take this complaint as their responsibility now since no one wants to take this responsibility Fault on their heads.
Cowardly, every one is sneeking out of this

It feels pathetic to be an Airtel customer now and I have decided to change all the Airtel products that we are using since I guess they have their
enough share of customers now and they are making more than enough money and hence they don't need the old customers now.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — OUR BOX HAVE NOT SATELLITE

Dear Sir

I have a airtel digital tv that purchase before some time by me.
We are not satisfing this.

Airtel DTH — Neglecting reinstallation since 6 months

Airtel dish tv Cust id:[protected], i have been trying to get reinstallation of my airtel dish tv by approaching their customer care service since 6 months. They told me to recharge then only we can help you in reinstallation. So i did it. But My money and time was lost there is no service from aitel dish tv. Pls do needful.

Airtel DTH — No Installation in 10 days

I purchased a Sony Bravia and received a connection of Airtel DTH as an add-on gift. When contacted Airtel, they said that I had to pay Rs 1750/- as recharge in order to get the connection. I paid Rs 1750/- for recharge for which they didn't provide me any invoice mentioning that Airtel doesn't give any invoice for recharge. I am waiting since last 10 days for the set up box but they haven't installed the product. Every time, the Airtel customer service gives me fake promises.

Airtel (DTH digital TV signal) — TV not getting signal

Airtel DTH , TV is not getting the signal. Complained on 1st ,3rd , 7th and 8th March
Every time I am getting the answer that it will be sorted out in 24 Hrs but still pending.
No service person came/talked for rectification.
Services are very poor.
Giving false reporting for not to do the work: i)Problem resolved ii) your PIN code is not correct iii) refused to give service charge
All these are false excuse for avoid the work.
