[Resolved]  Airtel Dish TV — change of current package

Sir
I m using airtel dish tv.
want to change my monthly usage package.
Costumer saying "I will change my package only after month from the date of last recharge" means after 06/07/2013.
I think user must have rights to change its own usage package at any day....
Please help me

Airtel Dish Tv — REGARDING PACKAGE

I HAVE BROUGHT AIRTEL TV CONNECTION TO GET A GOOD CHANELS,
FIRST THEY INFORM THAT YOUR MONTHLY CHARGES ARE RS105 , FOR 108 CHANNELS
IF WE PAY RS.250/ THEY WILL PROVIDE NEARLY 220 CHANNELS. BUT WHAT WE FOUND THAT IF WE USE OR NOT USE THEY WILL DEDUCT RS10.15 PER DAY, THAT MEAN RS.205
PER MONTH WE HAVE TO PAY TO SUBSCRIBE THE SERVICE , THIS HURT ME LOT .
NOW I PLAN TO DISCUNNECT THIS SERVICE PERMANENTLY, I HAD A LOSS OF RS2000/ AS THE BOX COST. SO I SUGGEST EVERYBODY DONOT BY AIRTEL TV SERVICE.

Dish TV — Change of Dish TV Package

Its not compliant, but due to disturbance in telephonic connection.I am not able to contact Dish TV call center.

Now i am using Dish TV Gold package but I want to change my Gold package to Silver package.
Also i done my recharge payment of Rs.210.00 through my dealer on dated 26.09.2010.
So you are requested for the same ASAP.

Airtel Dish Tv — not satisfied with product

we are very upset from your produt......we complain many times but no step taken........because of your no response we change your produt......we are your regular customer but because of your serive now ownwards we cant able to purchase any of your product ....... if soon you not improve your service then no one want to purchase your product........ your customer also soon decrease......like these you loose your company also......one day you have to sold these company......

Dish TV — Not providing required package

Dear sir,
I installled dish tv on 26th september 2011.My VC no. is [protected]. I opted for south family pack and paid 1599 towards installation and 6 months free service(Rs.185/p.m.). But your channel provided south silver sports pack(Rs.135/p.m.) scheme. I have contacted your service centre at Bengaluru[protected] and[protected] even they have sent order copy to your office and I have also contacted your south zone care centre over phone. They assured to change to south family pack from south silver sports pack. It has already passed more than 1 week neither they changed package nor they have contacted me. Please change our package to south family pack immediately or refund my money as I am not satisfied with your service.
