I COULD HAVE GIVEN YOU EXACT DETAILS, BUT I SOMEHOW MISSED THE SAME AND FAILED TO SCAN WHICH I WILL DEFINITELY SEND YOU IN NEAR FUTURE AS SCANNED JPEG IMAGE. AS ON FIRST HAND AS THEY HAVE TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS THE TALK WAS NORMAL AND I CONSENTED TO PORT IN AIRTEL AND PORT OUT FROM MY EXISITING RELIANCE NUMBER [protected]. FOR WHICH I RECEIVED PORTOUT REFERENCE NUMBER FROM RM MNP SMS AS RD-419656. MR. KAMAL CAME TO MY RESIDENCE AS PER DETAILS BELOW:-

AS ONCE EACH AND EVERY DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HIM, I CONTINUALLY AT ONE DAY OR ANOTHER AT DIFFERENT TOMES FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS RECEIVED CALLS ASKING SAME DETAILS TIME AND AGAIN. THE NUMBERS ARE AS BELOW:-

IMPORTANT:- ON 01/09/2012 FROM +[protected] AT 07:22 PM. REQUESTING ME TO WAIT WITHOUT TELLING NAME AND THAT HE WILL LOOK AFTER THE MATTER TOMORROW.
IMPORTANT:- I APPRISED SOME MR. JATIN WHO FIRST ASKED ME TO PORT IN AND I THINK AND SUPPOSE HE IS THE PERSON FOR CALLING FOR PORTING IN IN AIRTEL ON 01/09/2012 FROM MY MOBILE TO HIS MOBILE +91-[protected] AT 09:23PM. AND HE ASKED THAT HE WILL REVERT BACK TOMORROW.
PLEASE LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF CALLS FOR A SINGLE PORTIN. EVERY TIME I WAS DISTURBED ASKING MY DETAILS TIME AAND AGAIN AS IF I AM A CRIMINAL. THE PERSON WHO THREATENED ME HAS CALL DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:-

THIS SHOWS THAT AIRTEL WANTS TO BECOME ZEROTEL BY EMPLOYING SUCH KIND OF PERSONS WHO CAN USE ARROGANT AND THREATENING LANGUAGE JUST TO GET ONE CUSTOMER PORTIN. AND SO MUCH CALL AS EVEN MY SELF ATTESTED DETAILS HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER TO SOME CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE FROM AIRTEL NAME MR. KAMAL SINGH MOBILE –[protected]. HANDED OVER PAN CARD AND VOTER ID FOR PORT IN REQUEST TO HIM.”
THE AMAZING FACT IS THAT THE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS EITHER AT OUTLETS OF AIRTEL OR TO OR FROM ABOVE SAID NUMBER STILL HAVING ARROGANT AND NEGLIGENT ATTITUDE IT SELF CLEARLY MAKES SENSE THAT AIRTEL DOES NOT WANT TO IMPROVE EVEN THE APOLOGY LETTER BY THEM THROUGH MINISTRY OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS:-

NOW, POINT TO PONDER IS THAT WHAT REALLY AIRTEL WANTS. REAL CUSTOMERS OR INSULTING THEIR CUSTOMERS VIA THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CALLS TIME AND AGAIN AS ABOVE. THE ALL ABOVE CALLS STATED ABOVE ARE RECORDED WITH ME AND MOST OF THEM REPEATEDLY ASKING SAME QUESTIONS. WHAT DOES IT MEAN. DOES IT MEAN TO DISGRACE THEIR INCOMING CUSTOMERS WHO DESPITE HAVING WORST PAST EXPERIENCE AS NARRATED ABOVE STILL WANTS TO HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THEM , BUT AIRTEL DOES NOT WANT THE SAME AS IT HAS AGAIN SHOWN BY THEM THAT “TO HELL WITH CUSTOMERS”.
KEEPING ALL FACTS IN CONSIDERATION I REQUEST ALL CONCERNED TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL MY PORTIN REQUEST AND SEND BACK MY DOCUMENTS HANDED OVER TO “THIS DAY 31ST AUGUST 2012 BY DSA SOME CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE FROM AIRTEL NAME MR. KAMAL SINGH MOBILE –[protected]. HANDED OVER PAN CARD AND VOTER ID FOR PORT IN REQUEST TO HIM.”
SO THAT THEY ARE NOT MISUSED BY ANYONE IMMEDIATELY BY TOMORROW BY 05:00 PM.ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO FILE AN FIR FOR THE SAAME TO GET THEM. FURTHER FROM THE TIME I SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS FOR THE PORTIN FROM THE DAY AND TIME ANY MISUSE AFTER THEM IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF AIRTEL AND SAME IS BEING CONVEYED VIA FIR AT NEAREST POLICE STATION AS MY DEFENCE AS I AM AFRAID THAT THEY MIGHT BE MISUSED.
IF AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS WHETHER AT AIRTEL OUTLETS OR AT CUSTOMER CARE CALL CENTRES START BEHAVING IT IS MY MORAL DUTY TO APPRISE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME BY ANY MEDIA VISUAL, PRINT , INTERNET SOCIAL FORUMS, CONSUMER FORUMS, TO CAUTION PEOPLE OF REPUBLIC OF INDIA

With utmost regrets, I am writing this complaint against such a reputed company taken as pioneer in telecom and internet provider company in India. It is indeed a surprise to note and to let it come in your notice that such a reputed company who is spending crores of rupees in getting more and more customers .Further to emphasize that I am doctor by profession involved in looking after critically ill patients and may not be able to receive call till 4:30PM , hence it is requested that any official who is deputed for the same must call me after 4:30PM the era of such a tight competition to have more customers either for land line or internet provider but when some customer reaches any of your outlets response is like as if they are saturated and don’t want any more customers. Details are enclosed as an attachment with chronological events in MS word. Last talk to customer care number[protected] on 4th February with floor supervisor Mr. Saji Floor supervisor at around 4:30PM and specifically requested to record the conversation for better services and interpretation to avoid any communication gap. After making him apprise of previous facts he gave me complaint number 42685758. 1. ON 30TH JANUARY 2011 AT AROUND 1:20 PM VISITED AIRTEL OUTLET ADJACENT TO SPICE TELECON DE-85 NAJAFGARH MAIN ROAD, TAGORE GARDEN, NEW DELHI. STAFF WAS LEAST CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENTRANCE OF CUSTOMER AND I PRESUME THAT DESPITE BEING SUNDAY THE SAME MARKET REMAINS OPEN ON SUNDAYS AS PER NORMS OF THAT AREA. ALL THE THREE CHAIRS WERE VACANT AND SOME ONE SITTING ON SOFA DID TALK TO ME NAME? I MISSED TO ASK. IT’S SHAMEFUL ON PART OF AIRTEL THAT SUCHCKIND OF CALLOUS TREATMENT IS BEING OFFERED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ENTER THE SHOWROOM WITH SOME KIND OF GOOD EXPECTATIONS AND WARM GESTURE FROM THE STAFF. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REVET ME ON MY E- MAIL ID AS GIVEN ABOVE. NON RECEIPT OF RESPONSE WILL ITSELF BE PRESUMED THAT AIRTEL IS LEAST CONCERNED WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PROBLEMS.HOWEVER AS MY QUERY WAS ABOUT POSTPAID CONNECTION WITH BROAD BAND HE DID SAY THAT NO POST PAID CONNECTION IS AVIALBLE THERE.

2.SAME DAYON 30TH JANUARY 2011 DID CALL[protected] AND SOME MR. IMRAN WAS ONLINE AT AROUND 1:30PM AND REQUESTED HIM TO TELL ME ABOUT THE FEASIBILITY OF FAVIALABILITY OF CONNECTION. HE SAID THAT HE IS NOTING DOWN MY INFORMATION AND THAT I WILL GET RESPONSE WITHIN 72 HOURS.. I REQUESTED HIM TO PLEASSE RECORD THE CALL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE COZ THE PLAN HE TOLD ME WAS THAT AT RS.1399/- PLUS TAXES I SHALL BE GETTING 25 GB DOWNLOAD FREE WITH GAURANTEED SPEED OF 25 MBPS AFTER WHICH THE SPEED WILL DECREASE TO 256 KBPS.HE GAVE REFERNCE NUMBER AS 8985234 AND ONE MORE NUMBER WHICH I COULD NOT WRITEDOWN FOR LACK OF PEN AND PAPER.
3. SAME DAYON 30TH JANUARY 2011 A PERSON STATING THAT HE IS FROM AIRTELL DID COME TO MY RESIDENCE AT AROUND2:00PM AND SAID HE WILL SEE IF THE CONNECTION CAN BE GIVEN AND THAT HE WILL RETURN SOON. BUT TILL 3:11 AS I AM WRITING THIS MAIL THERE WAS NO RESPONSE AND AS HE TOLD THAT HE WILL REVERT BACK I COULDN’T ASK HIS NAME TOO.( MY FAULT).
IT IS SHOCKING TO LEARN THAT COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTE AAS AIRTEL ONE OF PIONEER COMPANY TO PROVIDE MOBILE IN INDIA IS NOW SO SATURATED AS TO PROVIDE ANY NEW CONNECTION AND THE SAME HAS NEVER BEEN COMMUNICATED IN ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS RATHER ASKING TO OPT FOR CONNECTION. FURTHER THAT NOW IT IS NOW CLEAR THAT ONE CAN CHANGE THEIR OPERATOR AND SUCH KIND OF RESPONSE BY COMPANT BEASR BAD NAME IN REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY IN THE MARKET AND I THINK MARKETING/ADVERTISING INCHARGE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH KIND OF WRONG AND MISDIRECTING ADVERTISEMENTS.
