Unnecessary balance cut

Issue not resolved for the complaint: CIVRP30607025776

Hi,

I have registered a complaint on 07-Jun-2012, Request reference number is: CIVRP[protected].
I have received a call and it was said that the issue will be resolved in 24hrs but I am still in the same old MNP offer. My humble request to the concerned team is to please deactivate the MNP offer on my number at the earliest. Hoping for a positive response and a solution atleast this time.

PATHETIC Customer Service

I'm writing this at 3.17 pm June 10, after all my efforts have failed to get my internet service up by calling 121. Unwanted balance

Airtel is not disconnecting my broadband connection after even 20 days

deactivation of prepaid sim card

Last week, I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection and the airtel exeuctive contacted and took 501 rupees along with documentation. He promised that connection will be given in 48 hours. It's been 8 days now and nothing happened. Today I called customer care and came to know the they are not giving connection to me and didn't quote any justification. Process is total rediculous.

Moreover they haven't informed...

charges deduction

Nonsense and stupid service

It is ridiculous that my prepaid mobile number was suspended WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE to me. Until yesterday (07-Jun-12) morning my airtel number was active and receiving messages. I am in Singapore using this number in roaming. I am a frequent flyer and use this airtel number whenever I am in India (Chennai). While in Singapore, I use this for incoming messages from India.

Non refund of Security for International Roaming
