Once again there is a unnecessary cut in my balance from 10th june,2012. My mobile no.is [protected]. I just want to know how is it that the Airtel automatically activate unnecessary schemes and cut the value. I have been trying since the morning(11th June,2012) to contact the customer care but it is of no use, nobody responds... I am a old customer of AIRTEL but now I am bound to complaint in a regular interval because...

I have registered a complaint on 07-Jun-2012, Request reference number is: CIVRP[protected].
I have received a call and it was said that the issue will be resolved in 24hrs but I am still in the same old MNP offer. My humble request to the concerned team is to please deactivate the MNP offer on my number at the earliest. Hoping for a positive response and a solution atleast this time.

I'm writing this at 3.17 pm June 10, after all my efforts have failed to get my internet service up by calling 121. I apologies for being rude, but there are LIARS sitting in customer services team for Airtel. Below is the sequence of events which happened and will show how I was fooled by your customer service

I have registered a complaint to disconnect my AIRTEL broadband service but they have not disconnected it after 20 days. They are trying to retain the connection by constantly calling and mentally harassing me. I have gone through a lot of pain these days because of AIRTEL customer care. I had an airtel lan line connection and have asked the company to close my connection in the month of march. To make sure they don't irritate me with the billing dates I have maintained email communication . However the company is so bad at closure of connections that I have to finally drop a complaint. Last week, I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection and the airtel exeuctive contacted and took 501 rupees along with documentation. He promised that connection will be given in 48 hours. It's been 8 days now and nothing happened. Today I called customer care and came to know the they are not giving connection to me and didn't quote any justification. Process is total rediculous.

Airtel is charging Rs.3/- per day as renewal for NOVOSOL_Cricket Daily subscription service from my balance without my consent,
I had already requested the customer care of airtel by my mail dated 04.06.2012,05.06.2012 & today on 08.06.2012 but problem is not solved as yet.
I want that it should be stopped immediately as I do not require this service.

my customer ID is [protected]. i deposited a sum of rs 500 on 07.06.2012 at about 1100 hrs and instead of many complaints to cus care service did not resume. the man sitting at the customer care is such a careless fellow that he even insulted me as if i am demanding from him alms. the statement showing daily burn rate at 16+ fupees where as there is no channel i can view...

It is ridiculous that my prepaid mobile number was suspended WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE to me. Until yesterday (07-Jun-12) morning my airtel number was active and receiving messages. I am in Singapore using this number in roaming. I am a frequent flyer and use this airtel number whenever I am in India (Chennai). While in Singapore, I use this for incoming messages from India.
