[Resolved] Airtel — No indoor mobile signals
This is for my Corporate Postpaid Mobile Connection Numbers [protected] and [protected] in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh).
I am not getting signal coverage at my indoor address since last 2 years.
I made 100′s of complaints via emails, phone, ARC, etc. but all in vain. All SRs are closed forcefully saying duplicate SR, customer not contactable, partial coverage. All reasons are fake, as Airtel never contacted me for this issue, even after raising so many SRs.
At time of giving connection Airtel promises robust network and coverage, which is actually never available practically.
If you give partial coverage then why not you charge me for that partial rent on my postpaid nos.
I get call drops immediately and get charged for them too.
I am mentally harassed and frustrated using your connection due to no signals.
I have to wait for 1 hour to get signal in my mobile at a small place in my home where 1 point of signal comes, and that too gets dropped off after few seconds/minutes.
I was told that Airtel is installing a tower in my area. On asking for new tower details, they never provide, because actually it never exists.
Kindly resolve my issue in another 1 week or provide me signal booster, which I requested 100 times but never got it.
If this issue is not resolved immediately then I shall send this message on all your marketing agents like FB, twitter, linkedin, etc and yahoo group where 10,000 employees of my company are members. Anyhow 30% of my employees have already left your connection due to poor signals.
Even your Nodal officers and Appellate authorities are not serious to reply my emails/calls to them. Take this issue very seriously.
