I want to convert my prepaid mobile into post paid. I approached Airtel Tanjore Showroom.But they refused to accept my request, saying only Groups [5-10 nos] can be converted from prepaid to post paid.

But customer care is telling that I can convert from pre to postpaid.

I just want to know,
Whether can I cahnge from Pre to post paid or not.
If yes why Tanjore Branch exceutive refused to accept my request.
