[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — bill and call details

This is to inform you that I have a Land Line connection (phone No. [protected]) which I want to disconnect. In this view I contacted with customer care in the month of April 29 and logged a call to stop the line. Call no. was 27270056. The Call was logged by Ms. Mahua and she informed us that the Airtel would get back to me on 8th May, 2009. But we have not received any call from Airtel. Again we logged a call in June and received the a no. 27599666 and suppose the get back to us on 19th June.

My earnest request is to kindly stop the line as the instrument (the land phone) is not working.

We have received a bill for April and May. Which we would not pay as we already logged a call to disconnect the line.

I am working on project site and my air tel bill comes on Office address .It is difficult situation for me to get he bill on site address .However if the bill goes to my home address my family members can pay the bill easily .What is the procedure to change the billing address? Secondly some times I pay the bill by Credit card .in that case how to get the receipt hard copy to produce it to my office for reimbursement. pLease advise
