[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — bill and call details

There are few person in airtel industry itself that they misguide the consumer for which at last consumer has to suffer himself.
HELLO iam a respectable person from dehra dun having corporate connections of airtel since years,
well my complaint is regarding the person from AIRTEL RAJAN & CO. DEHRA DUN- i.e MR.BHARAT.WHOSE CELL NO IS [protected].As this fellow opened our connections and for several years he is collecting payments on behalf of airtel, he came to me for some gprs scheme & said that there is free trial going on for a week so u can activate it on ur phone that also only RS.399 rental i[censored] satisfied with the scheme than u can continued with it.Then i said ok for few days and having used it & found not of much use i refused continuing the gprs on my cell. But the GPRS continues on my phone for 6 months of which i also paid the unwanted rental & unwanted bill.I accept that i used a few browsing and download few things but i have been charged for 399 GPRS rental per month since 15 nov 2008 till 15 may 2009.I am using airtel since 5 years but i never had any problem with them.
Further continuing my complaint after getting my bills to such amount as usually it comes arond 500 now since gprs activity it is coming around 2000 to 2500.After seeing the amount i said bharat that kindly finish off all this gprs stuff and they r charging for it on this he said dont worry i will manage it, from next bill it will be deducted from ur bill.BUT every month the charge of gprs was there and we paid also, now from march 2009 onwards mr .bharat came to collect bill and he deposited half of the payment of each bill and told us that rest u dont have to pay i will deduct it for gprs rental we said ok .since 5 years this guy is usually giving us receipt of bills he deposit with himself, bharat also deliever the bills to us and some times we receive bill after the last date for which the late fee is charged always, at this point bharat also says that i will gonna void ur late fees. Now the condition is that my bill is getting overdue for payments and i have been receiving calls from airtel, regarding this i called BHARAT several times and his phone is switched off. THEN after fined so much on my bills and attending calls from airtel, now from 4 th june 2009 i cannot even be able to make an out going calls from my phone, here i decided to go to airtel office in our local city dehra dun, where i found my phone is barred due to non payment of bill.
the person who usually comes from airtel to collect bills and who deal with us for all bills, payments, services on behalf of AIRTEL - RAJAN & CO DEHRA DUN WHERE HE IS EMPLOYED & HE SERIOUSLY DESTROYING THE FAITH AMONG AIRTEL & THE CONSUMERS OF THIS CITY .
AT LAST I HAD TO GIVE COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS ISSUE & EXPECT AIRTEL TO SEE INTO THE MATTER & CONTACT ME FURTHER FOR BETTER RELATIONS.

i have a post paid airtel connection [protected] and i pay my bills
on time and never defaulted. Bill for april 2009 was delivered to me
on10/5/2009, where as the last date of payment was 09/05/2009

Date of delievery can be verified from courrier receipt time 0845 h
on 10/05/2009

i mentioned this fact in payslip also which is dated 10/05/2009

yet i have been charged rs 78/ as late fee which is
unjustified and arbitrary. for your late action why should i be pennalised?
Please correct this, other i would be constrained to terminate my connection
and put up a complaint in NEWS PAPER.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I was customer of airtel postpaid connection and my mobile no.[protected].

Airtel had charged for SMS which is international. I had complaint his customer care, but no result found.

Now, they are sending bill for that.

I have contacted so many times but no body contact me personnaly so far.

I request to please see the matter, I agree pay the bill except International SMS, which I have not sent.
