About 4 months back i submitted a requisition for refund of my security amount of my mobile no:[protected] and also i submitted a requisition letter for migration from post paid to prepaid and about a month back i submitted for refund and migration till now no action hasbeen taken and iam surprised about this kindly take necessary action urgently
