I want my detail bill for two months. i made many call to customer care, in person i went to vadapalni showroom, i send message but still i won't get .kindly give my detail bill for the past two months.i am not using any GPRS in my phone last month, but the money 271 is included in my bill, last i am not using my mobile for more than 10 days. but the bill amount is nearly 750.

I gave my a/c closing Application on 02/03/2009 by cash deposite at Sahay Communication Dehradun with Rs.1484/- which was reflecting as on Date and Surrender the Sim to there. Your Employee has told me that your account will be closed after two days. But he do not give me any acceptence. I lost my cash receipt some where but the cash is reflecting in your account on same day. After 8 months i received legal notice from your side regarding my outstanding bill of Rs. 1620/-. If i have applied for the closer of my account why the legal notice is sent to my address. I talk with Sahay Communication regarding this but there is nobody take care for this and said We could not do any thing for this and misbehaviour with me. Boss my complaint is this if the payment has been made by cash before my bill cycle for closure, why the legal notice sent by you
