[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — bill and call details

PLS SHOW MY BILL DETAILS IMMIDIATELY WITH NUMBERS WHICH ARE I CALLED [protected]

On 05.11.09 one of a staff of AIRTEL called my no [protected] and enquired one number because of non payment. Since i know the person i told her that the user is on foreign tour and if had chance i will ask to contact Airtel Office with an intention to help Airtel office. Again 06.11.09 and 07.11.09 i got call i told the same. All on sudden from Chennai office, one of lady staff at 12.50 pm on 09.11.09 called from [protected] and shouted very indecent manner and used filthey laungage and threatened me with daire consequences for not paying despite I am not user. It is very defamatory remarks to my reputation. Again I called and strongly protested and told i am not your defaulter. I had all details of calls. So I requested Airtel office to confirm the name (Ms.Kavitha)and address of the lady staff who used mobile number [protected] from your office at Chennai( may be santhome) for filing crimanl cases as well as damage suit against her and your company.Even I tried to contact Branch Head Mr.Ramakrisnan but this was blocked brilliently by staff of that branch..

Finally I had send notice to chairman of Airtel by Eamil ( from the net of Bharti airtel). But mail failed This is company's working. Any one knows the address of Airtel Office at Santhome can reply to enable me to file case.

We have not recceived our postpaid mobile bill of Mob. no.[protected] in the name of Rana Sponge Ltd dated 24.07.2009.
Further, We have not received a single bill dated in the month of Sept. 2009.
After talking with your Angul, Orissa branch a number of times it becomes valueless.
Hence you are requested to issue us dupilcate bills for the same .
Kindly treat it most urgent.
