I took an Airtel connection 5 das back. (Thursday 19 november). Today on 24th November 09, I got a call from Airtel customer care saying that I have a bill of INR 542 and my credit limit is only INR 500, thus asking me to pay the same. I mean even if I tried using my phone that much I would not have. So I asked him if this includes my monthly rental too and shockingly he said NO. I need to know if am the only one whom AIRTEL has been looting or its the same with everyone?

From past 2 months I m not getting the bills properly and the most weird thing is I got SMS from the customer care saying that I have received the bill with my name in the SMS.I have complaint it and for my shock they send the same SMS saying I have taken the bill(when I m in a party not at home), I m not at all satisfied with this type of service.They dint even contact me back.
