[Resolved]  Airtel — Postpaid Bill Payment

Dear Sir,

I have two Post paid mobile connections with Bharati Airtel as below - I have been trying to sort out the problem from past three months by sending mails and contacting the via phone and there is no proper response and finally they said they issue a notice on my connection.

This guys are damaging the name of "NOTICE", If we are trying to escape to make the payment or avoiding your calls or mails replying then you take legal action. I have been replying all my mails and contacted twice with Pradeep who work in part of Corporate.CollectionsKK team and explained my background of this pending bills, he said ok and agreed with my points and he said he will come back to me on this but I never see his mail or call from him. I called from different country from UK and charged for Rs. 250 and not bothered for that but even contacting and explaining the problem there is no proper response.

Regards to [protected] I have made full settlement in March Second week in KR Puram Airtel Store and the same day I went to Indira Nagar store to submit the form to convert the connection from postpaid to Prepaid and called Airtel team to request for cancellation everything went fine that day.

When I made payment in KR Puram Store they said there is no pending amount and you will not get bill anymore.

Then later I received the bill for April month and they requesting to make the payment, I am not going to make payment for this account which I never used the service after my final settlement . It's there problem and they have not cancelled the bill after my request also.

Regards to [protected], I am happy to pay the bill, But I would require a accurate bill, Because I made the full settlement on March 2nd week on the same day I went to Indira Nagar store and submitted the form to convert the connection from post paid to prepaid. Due to my abroad travel date extended I have used this connection to make calls so I am happy to pay this bill. but not for the current outstanding which they are showing because when I made final settlement on March 2nd week I paid without discount on my connection. So on my next bill I would expect some discount need to be credited to my account which every I made final settlement without discount.

I told them settle these both connections together so that I can make the payment .. but no one is responding properly and harassing me on this.
I would request you to kindly help me on this...

I have paid all the dues agianst my Cell No. and got NOC in April 2004. Insipite of my personal visit and reminder on phone till date court case is not withdrawn.

AirTel — Why Bill

I got airtel internet connection on my mobile in January.I wanted to use internet connection on my computer system. I told it to the agency before getting the connection.They told me about it that please call our 121 company number. I called them. They gave me another number.Then they gave me another number. When i called there they said that they can not help you.I went here and there for 15 days but nobody, listened to me.At last i stoped to use the sim card on mobile.I have not used internet on my PCs.But the company is sending me the bill regularily.Pls disconnect.

Sir. please save me, i gave them to disconnect me one year back (mar'08) but still they send me a bill after one year. Airtel hrassed and still harassing me, their service was so bad that i can't state that, i have no bill due BUT they are contineously sending me bill to harass me, please save me. Thanks. I registered a complain both in
internet and to my local Rupnarayanpur Airtel customer service for
connecting my service repeatedly for a whole month, but you have not
connected my line and i am losing and suffering a great worth of money

Airtel Postpaid Connection — unwanted enforcement to pay not received bill

i am being regularly called by airtel recovery department (delhi) to pay my due bill which has not been still received till 28th of march 2009 to me.at the time of connection i was given a before hand information that the bill cycle will be from 20th of running month to the 19th of next month.the airtel company will generate your bill on 21st of every month and within a week costumer will receive the bill, and the last date to pay the bill will be 8th of every month.but inspite of this i am being called daily in the morning before 8:30am which is far early than the official working period in this regard.and they are forcing me to pay my bill.i have already contacted the costumer helpline but have not received any satisfactory reason for this problem.How can i pay the bill which has not been yet received to me.inspite of me telling the proper bill cycle they still are persisting the same scheme.i have received such calls continuously from 24th to 30th march 2009.
i have got my paper bill in which u have charged me 977 rupees for roaming charges which i have never used so kindly tell me what is going on, m getting harrassed by ur service so kindly waive off these extra charges which u have send me in my bill..
reply me soon its going too much late i have complaint many times about it on 121 so do it fast otherwise disconnect my no...

AirTel — Airtel post paid bill issue

I have changed my plan Airtel one india 300 plan to CUG plan in the month of Jan. I received the ebill end of feb after i made complaint which i supposed to get on Feb4. I used pay my bill through SI, it wad debit from my account. I was waiting for Feb ebill in the month of March, i did not get it. I had given complaint to customer care, i have received 20th March through ebill. This time bill came with protected with password. I received password through sms. But it did not work. My pay bill date is 21st. I was thinking i will get debit through SI. On mar26 i got call saying that i have not paid my bill last 2 months. Again i try to open ebill. I could not, then i made complaint my previous payment and regarding SI and asking bill statement. They said it will take 8 days times. They did not solve my bill problem after 20 days also. And no idea what happened my SI. Meanwhile they cut my outgoing calls due to non payment. But i wanted to look my statement for the previous payment. Also this month most of the time they are keep on upgrading system, due to that i could not get help from Airtel outlet., they say server down. I looking forward to solve this issue as soon as possible

AirTel — Prepaid to postpaid connection pending

8 days since I submitted by documents through their executive who collected it from my office.

4 days since by number has been deactivated

4 calls made to the customer care center

1 visit to the Airtel office

1 mail to the customer care and the nodal officer

Result: Still pending and complaint unresolved

Appeal to everyone: "Don't go for Airtel pre-paid to post paid, it avoid all the hassels, dont go for Airtel in the first place"

Appeal to government: Mobile number portability at the earliest

I am sorry to say that I am waiting since May’2009 to get the refunds against the Security Money deposited by me for International Roaming during May’2009, with your company.

Since 15th May’2009 number of time I have contacted to your executives over phone (No. 121), but every time everybody has promised me for an early refund of my security money, but till date I could not get the refund of Rs. 6000/- against security money deposited by me in your company.

I will feel obliged if you could refund the above said money at your earliest, otherwise I will forced to go through the police in the court of Law.

Airtel Postpaid — bill payment

THE BILL HAS NOT BEEN SENT ON MY ADDRESS EVEN AFTER THE DUE DATE.. AND THE COSTEMER CARE CENTRE IS ASKING FOR WRONG CHARGES AS THEY ARE ADDING AMOUNT FOR INTERCALLING NUMBER WHICH IS FREE AS PER THE COMBAT-2 PLAN.
