i am in trichy, in srirangam retailer, in indoor signal is a very low i will compliented to trichy distubuter before six month him come to servay here he has accepted that complient. he is say he is want two months time but here now no responce and no call and sms.please requre my complient very soon.

I am geethalakshmi, using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected]. and i want to incoming and outgoing details for months MAY 2009 TO JUNE 2009.

prepaid card Rs.150/- — Services stopped, no refund.

MY SON, MR.ANKIT BHATT, STUDY IN ENGG. AT BIKANER (RAJ), AND PURCHASED YOUR PREPAID CARD AT RS.150/-. WITHIN FEW DAYS YOU HAVE STOPED SERVICES -NO INCOMING NO OUTGOING - REASON I DON'T KNOW. I FAILED TO CONTECT MY CHILD FOR A LONG TIME. THIS IS REALY VERY UNFORTUNET AND UNJUSTIFY. YOU SHOULD COOPERATE WITH MY CHILD PROPERLY AND SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE STOPED. PL. REPLY ME AT ABOVE EMAIL THE REASON AND ALSO PROCEDURE FOR THE REFUND.

Airtel — Prepaid tariff changes without informing

I had received the message in my mobile from airtel regarding prepaid recharge stating that for recharge of Rs.62/- talk time worth Rs.82/- will be given and the validity is 3 weeks(21 days). I am already in airtel prepaid TM plan for that mobile to mobile is 49 ps and sms is .05 ps and so on.

But to my utter dismay for sms it is deducting 50 ps and for calls 50 ps from saturday night onwards(30.10.32009),Am Airtel prepaid customer from 2001 onwards and i have no compalints so far except this.

I had registered a complaint in airtel regarding this and my ref. no. is[protected] and I had interacted with one Mr Sathish and I do not know from where he spoke and said that my problem will be solved within 3 hours. so far it is not solved.

Kindly look into this matter seriously and solve the same immediately.



I want my earlier plan to continue and without informing do not chage the plan according to your whims and fancies.

Also am unhappy with the tele service because while talking suddenly many times the line is getting disconnected and I have to again keep on call and press 1 ,2,3,4,5,6,76,8,9 and so on to get the customer support person on line. My cell no :[protected]. Attend to the problem at once.

My mobile no is [protected], I am receiving cricket alert messages which I was not opted or not requested and charging money for that so please reverse the amount if it is repeated I will cancel the connection which I am using since 10 years without any break. So please do the needful.

I am Airtel prepaid customer with # [protected].Co. has unnecessarily reduced my talktime by adding unknown facility in which I am not interested atall. Now the balance has settled @ Rs.-30/-.
I cant continue to recharge. Complaints made in service centres are in vein.Any solution ? Airtel
is loosing the faith very fast.
