Airtel Prepaid — Unnecessary money deduction from my prepaid account.

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that airtel has been deducting Rs 15 every month from my number for the past three months. I had previously registered in frenzo chat as such activating the service reqiured a service fee, but since I have deactivated the service I am not liable to pay any fee. I contacted many times in Airtel regarding the problem but they simply show no concern and are not refunding my amount. I have talked to the senoir executive Gauri Pal but she also ignored me.

Therefore I kindly request you to take strict steps against Airtel regarding my problem. My airtel prepaid no. is [protected].

Airtel Prepaid — Airtel automatically enrolled me to fee based services

Dear Sir/Madam,
Last month I got a Airtel Prepaid sim card and I just use it sparingly. All of a sudden I started getting Jokes and other tips by SMS from Airtel. Having used cell phones for more than 10 years in India, US and UK so far, I know what I've opted for and what I didn't subscribe for and in this case I'm sure that I didnt request for this paid service where Airtel charges 1 Rupee for every SMS or per day.

After searching on the internet I found that this is quite common 'trick' played by Airtel making money out of innocent customers. Most of the customers may not consider it as a big issue (just 30 to 60 rupees), but if Airtel does it to almost all its (60 million or 6 Crore) customers, they will be making Rupees 360 Crores just by this one foul play (6,00,00,000x60=360,00,00,000).

On behalf of all affected customers, I request you to kindly take action againt Airtel or atleast warn them against such malpractices.

My mom just opened a sms and it deducted Rs75 . Airtel deducts money indirectly. We are at loss. I want to know about other service providers. Better do not use any of the boosters recommended by them.

Our calls to customer care is a total waste. Today when I was complaining the person who took my call cut my call. Again I called the cutomer care and another person took the call this time. He said that they cannot cut the call and they dont have that option at all. In a CRM even if the call got cut they are supposed to call us back to know our concerns. But I called them again. Either they put you in IVR and waste our time or they give some irresponsible answers. Anyone who reads this kindly tell all your airtel friends not to use any of the boosters recommended by Airtel.
Today I fought with Airtel retailer too. He said the he would think twice to suggest a booster to his clients hereafter.He is losing his good name because of Airtel schemes.
