can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

i am using airtel prepaid mobile no [protected] since 6-7 years ihad registered my no. for DND but rather that unnecessary messages are sent to my no. today my phone was placed in my locked car for about 2 hours .when i picked my phone i saw a message from airtel that thanks for downloading tri series cricket u have been charged Rs99 & another message that thanks for downloading brian train (jawa game) uhave been charged Rs 99 ihave not touched my phone then icontacted customer care executive for this matter .but they disconnected my phone now iwant inquiry in this matter iwant to know procedure to get my balance back.otherwise iwill go to consumer forum

I have been facing lots of issues with my airtel connection for the las 2 weeks. Every time i top up some specific amount is being deducted from my account towards free sms. Eg: If i top up for Rs10/- i m getting only Rs6/- balance and 1 re is taken towards free sms. If i do for Rs30/- m getting only some 23 or 24 and rest is being taken for free sms.I dont want this to happen. I m using a seperate booster pack for message any how.

Also for the last 14 days i am not able to call customer care through 121 or[protected]. From someother mobile i called and informed customer exectutives and team leads about these problem some 10 times. Each time i call they are telling with 24hrs it would be rectified. And finally on 12th nov i shouted with one of the superviosrs and she shouted at me saying that its an automated process and she cannot assure when it will be rectified. No more Estimated time around for this issue. Such an irresponsible response i have never got from any network providers. Still am loosing some amount whenever i top up towards free sms and not able to contact cust care.

When i received a message in every day with out my knowledge they are deducting one rupee per day.Kindly stop this service immediately also i am very much dissatisfied in this regard.

i have been charged for rs 10 for friends chat.
I was using my internet gprs of which 15 rs had already been deducted

while surfing the net i received first this message On 13 nov 09 at 06:37 pm

"Being an Airtel Friends chat subscriber you have agreed to terms and conditions of the service. For T and C log on to www.indiamobilechat.com."

After that in three minutes another message came at 06:40 pm
"Your Friendz Chat ID is[protected]. Call[protected] to chat with this cool friend at Rs2/min.Reply with Help(toll free) to have fun with friends on sms."

Afterwards another 10 minutes third message came (i was continuing my surfing) at 07:01 pm
"Thank You for subscribing to Friendz Chat. You have been charged Rs. 10 for 10 days.To unsubscribe call[protected]tollfree). For chatting Call 543216 at Rs2/min"

From all this above, i never have wanted any such friends chat and have never subscribed for it
So how do you (airtel people) deduct my money without asking my opinion.

please note, even after plenty of complaints to the airtel customer office, i am still unable to get with customer care for any problem. the no 121 and [protected] do not work at all.

sir,

my number is [protected].I want change my id on this number. so i communicate with airtel office sector-18 noida.I fill the form and they give dublicate sim and sim no is[protected] H 2 on 31 oct 2009.but at now my sim is not activated. Always show the message "sim registration failure". when i concern about this matter to airtel office sec-18 noida.they are not giving me proper responce.Please slove my problem as soon as possible.My alternative no. is [protected]
