[censored] airtel, i had a pospaid connection and i got the bill in thousands, I hardly call anyone just my parents and couple of friends thats it, for the first three month bill came at the right value.
around RS 700-900 but after three month their meter goes from 900 to 2000 per month and i never call my friend that much hello... When it comes to itemized bill it had all the number which i generally call but for greater duration and n number of times which no one can make out ... AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION and their CC they say pay the bill this time it came to 4000 and quess what i hardly make any ISD call and my plan was one minute/re 1.
If we calculate 4000 minutes in a month means on an average means 133.33 min in a day means what i spent more than 2 hours of my precious time in call people wohhhh it can not be true tell AIRTEL [censored] off.
I requested the Airtel CC to check the bill their is something wrong in the bill then they say it is correct and keep on calling me and SMSing me like 6-12 times in a day.
Harrasing people wont help when you are a big fraud you go GET [censored]ED and next time if you really want to be in the market then plz plz send the right bill...

with due respect i want to say that i am Phool Singh, i have bought a prepaid connection from a dealer on 30th oct, 2009 and i have submitted my id proof and neccessary documents. My Name is Suresh Babu.I am facing frequently one problem with Airtel .They are activating unwanted options like Mtrimonial, Movies, News, Airtel Products...without my choice, as well as they charged for correspond activation. I was tried for register my mob no (+91-[protected]) in "DND”, But it was through technical error message. What I should do at this moment to prevent unwanted messages and telesales calls.

I want Know how many times product options (like Mtrimonial, Movies, News, Airtel Products...) were activated for my mobile no from past 11 months from today date?

I am getting the location of bus stand in my mobile having no.[protected] May I have the courtey to know the reason for the same Kindly disconnect the facility if any availed.

Because o[censored]ntrained people in customer care service, customers are loosing money because of wrong guidance and irresponsible answers.Though i am a customer for the last more than 10 years, i am looking for the day to get out of Airtel, the only binding being the familiarity of the phone number to my friends and clients. May be airtel has grown to big to handle customers and care for them.

I am unable to contact any one including nodal officer as his number always busy!!! ( Like some of the typical...)

I wonder whether air tel will do some thing about this at least now.
