I have Airtel Prepaid in M.P. and i am using Hello Tune Service with 30 per month rental, but Airtel is giving their Own Advertisement first 10 to 15 sec after that only my callers can be listen the songs. i am very disagree with this Advertisement. if we are paying for that why airtel giving Adv. Kindly Stop this stupid things from everywhere or otherwise we will stop this services.

i lost my mobile (Ph no.[protected]) yesterday i.e on 7th november, i made a complaint in sec-18 Airtel office and they issue me a new Sim . Neither the new Sim is activate till now and my told me that sometime the ring is going on the number means my previous Sim also has not been blocked yet.
Kindly request you to block my previous Sim and activate my duplicate sim.

RECENTLY THERE IS A SERVICE CALLED “FRIENDS CHAT” WICH S DIRECTLY ACTIVATED BY THE AIRTEL COMPANY DIRECTLY.THIS IS A SOURCE OF INCOME TILL THE TIME U DON CHECK UR MESSAGES.THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY FRIENDS USING AIRTEL NETWORK....V DINT ACTIVATE TIS SERVICE.
THIS SERVICE TAKES INITIALLY RS.30 MONTHLY CHARG.RS2 FOR EACH MSG SENT BY COMPANY.EACH DAY U MAY RECEIVE NEARLY 10 MESSAGES.SO U REPLY OR NOT UR MONEY IS REMOVED…..

on 5th nov 2009, i called 121 for some assistance bt the customer care executive droped my line on being unable to answer my query. next day i again called for the assistance bt i was asked that ur call will be fwd to seniors and again on waiting for v v long time my line was again droped.

I recharged RC 62 they changed my plan everything with out any information. I want to get back my plan i can't get back my 62 Rs.
If they stabilize with their plans it's very useful for all customers. This is very one way of Cheting the customers. this is very bad one for customers also. wherever i want ready to complaint and ready to throw out my SIM card also.

Airtel Prepaid — unnecessary charging to services that i had not subscribed
Dear sir,I Dinesh kumar Tiwari has been a costumer of airtel india for the last five years.
In my mobile without my permission the "friends chat" service has been activated one month earlier and Rs 30 was deducted from my account . After that incident i had complained. Then after that i had a call from your executive and with his advice i had deactived the service but now on 9 Nov 2010 still Rs 30 has been deducted.
I want to know that is it like that only you are making fool to people.
Your costumer care executives doesn't reply sincerely and the disconnect the call without solving our problem.This type of rude reply doesn't suits to a reputed company like your's.
In short I am totally fedup with your service and if it would be like this the soon I will be switching to other service providers.

I had buy new airtel sim last month.i gave my id proof to retailer. after few days custmer care verify my address and other detail through a call i verified every thing which was necessary.next day one another custmer care officer make a call to me and wanted to verify my address and other detail, but i coudnot verify my details because i was busy that time so custmer care officer block my incoming and outgoing call. plz reactivate my no.[protected] and start incoming and outgoing
