can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel Prepaid — deduction from the balance in the name of activated chat or games services

My Airtel number is [protected].My complaint is regarding the amount they deduct for the services they activate on my mobile without my request for it.When i approached the customer service,first they refused to accept that they have done this.They insisited that i activated a certain service.After lot of detailing ,they apologised and deactivated the same with an assurance that it will never happen again.Again after a month or so i got a message that some games have been successfully downloaded and again some 30 to 50rs deducted.On complaining i was asked to give them three days time wherein they will reimburse the amount and ofcourse an apology for incovenience but they calle up after thre days only to say once the amount deucted cannot be reimbursed.Now again on 16 of august i found that 30rs less for renewal of chat service,when contacted the customer service ,the answer was the same THAT I INITIATED THE SERVICE.Iam a 67 old retired teacher and all this has only irritated me and i have finally decided to switch to some other network because iam not ready to get cheated.Iam ready to pay 50rs as taxes on a 100rs recharge but cannot stand being cheated.

airtel is asking for Proof again...

i took my sim 3yrs back with my college id proof but now im not having anyother proof excepth that..
as i finished my college and it too is invalid now...
how can i submit my proof again...
but im still living in same location as its my permanent address..
If airtel wants can check it out via a personal but they are threatening to disconnect my sim...

I really had always a bad time with Airtel service provider. they keep deducting, adding, putting offers w/o asking you. Recent one, I couldn't take it. I had an online topup recharge for my mobile and I recieved almost nothing. I had a word with the complaint cell of Airtel, They told, its a fault from their end and I will be updated in almost 1/2 to 1 hr. When I didn't get any update, I called up again.. again I had to tell all details and my call was passed to someone called Mr. Lalit Tiwari, who was really bad in resolving my issue. He was adamant that we can't do anything. I told him, if you can't update the recharge amount on my mobile, then refund me. He said, we can't do anything, which is really wrong. I told him to transfer the call to someone else, and he said he can't. It was really a bad experience. Finally after almost 1/2 hr of talking to him, he said he will lodge a complaint for refund. When I asked for the complaint no, he said, I will get an sms, which I never got. It is really disappointing to have such poor customer service from such great service providers.

Airtel — My Balance wiped off

I recharged my Airtel prepaid acct with Rs 500 on 17th of June and i was told that this voucher has indefinite validity.
After a month, the unused amount was wiped off saying ypu should have used the balances within one month which was wrong.
I want to know why the Airtel customer care disconnects the phone when asked for the supervisor... N i hae been charged extra the exprience with Airtel has not been satisfactory...
