can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel Postpaid — forced deduction of my balance

my account balance has been deducte without my subscription of any airtel value added services. Evev after twentyfour hours of my lodging the coplaint about the matter i have not received my wrongly deducted amonts. I once again request you to refund the entire deduction against the airtel value added serices in general and games value added in particular.

even after 24 hours of my lodging the complaint my deducted amounts towards airtel value added services in general and games value added in particular that i have never subscribed and it is getting renewd miserabely against the value charges. I once again reterate to refund entire deducted amount sooner than latter.

my sim has been deactivated by airtel and the reason was given to me for the deactivation is that i was not using it since 3 months and but it was only 1 month i didn't used it...becoz my documents was not submitted to them but i deposited my documents when i bied my sim. but after 5 yrs i was getting a message that my documents are not submmited pls submitt it so i submitted it within 7 days than also they deactivated my sim...

i was using airtel prepaid for last 6 years suddenly they cut my number without informed me and when i called at 121 then they told me that my documents are not submitted even i submitted my documents before.i went to the service centre of airtel they have another reason that i was using my number in markting and someone complaint my number.o.k iwas using but using three months before.even you should have to inform me.but they din"t.i m a buissnessman and my number were at my all clients.i visited 2 times at service centre for some hope and called up to 50 times at cutmore care.but i din"t get response from both sides.all my contatcts were save in my sim.i m hopeless now.my mob no was [protected] my new no is [protected].please someone help otherwise my buissnes will ruined.

I am an Airtel prepaid user. I have been getting a host of SMSs or calls which are unsolicited. I have never been availing the numerous Airtel paid services for which I keep getting SMSs/calls. But I immediate delete all such unwanted and unsolicited messages. Yet, I am being charged by Airtel illegally. Recently, I received an SMS from Airtel No.[protected] stating "Your subscription to My Tunes has been renewed at Rs.15 for 15 days" whereas I have never subscribed to any such Tunes! I then registered with the Airtel `Do not disturb' Registry and the Regn. No. allotted to me is [protected] and I wanted blocking of all such unwarranted SMSs/calls but, unfortunately, I continue to receive messages and calls . I want Airtel to stop such unethical trade practice. If not, I would rather switch to some other mobile service for the sake of peace. May I expect a positive response from the Airtel? Airtel Prepaid — Unwanted services

Hi,

I don't know where to start from? I have faced this problem so many times that I really don't understand how to sort it! I think its my own battle as the problem creators are in mood to sort this and give a damn blind eye. These guys can even beat the government authorities. Welcome to AIRTEL!!!!

I have an airtel simcard with a number +91 [protected]. Time & again there are these unwanted services that keeps on getting activated on it. Sometimes it is about matrimony, at times jokes, cricked updates and the list goes on.... The thing is the cell is for home use and used by my mom, so we do not keep much track about its activities unless the balance shows in minus. I had personally complained so many times and even complained to the manager that there should not be any services active as we do not need any service, but you know what, you cannot stop its continuity. its AIRTEL after all!!!!

What can I say about the customer service that its offered? considering it is a chargable call??? How can one tolerate that the represetation literally hangs on you when we talk about your service without any offence?? When you try later the call is automatically diverted to a machine asking us to dial @@@@@@ for balance inquiries??? damn it who is asking for balance??? and to back it, its a chargeable call??? how acceptable is it??? When you ask for a supervisor at the beginning of the call, you know what, you are off the line.. without even giving a hear??? I tell you, if you guys face this same problem, how will one go for this service called AIRTEL???

Representatives promise that the service will get deactivated, but its sill active. They say the amout deducted will get refunded, but it still does not. I pay for something i had never asked for, neither used the damn service. How acceptable is that???

I personally have worked with the top BPO's and served both US and UK clients. You know what, even if a call gets accidently disconnected from our end it will cost us our JOBS. Thats the difference. And customers have toll free number to vent their frustations as long as they could. I know what it feels, so i always keep it short and simple, but the airtel representatives...... i dont know what to say...

My last resort is to switch to another service provider cos i know this will go on till eternity, until AIRTEL lasts!!!!

FYI, i did not call on the number mentioned, because its balance is gone to -6, i have another airtel no: -90 [protected], from which the call was made. I think even this number should be dismantled ASAP.

Thanks for the excellent service and the 2 reps i spoke with today truly stuck to airtel standards. One of them set false promise, the other one hung up on my face. Tried again, was politely turned to an IVR, the call i was paying for.

Airtel Prepaid — Bad and Costly Service

Dear Sir,

I think it is the time when airtel must waste some time over its policies. When I bought airtel prepaid, I was proud of being on the india's best network but now a days I feel be cheated. I have following complains against you:-

(i) Your charges for either call or sms are higher than any other operator.
(ii) GPRS speed is also not as good as it used to be.
(iii) Here is the conversation I faced while trying to call customer care:
(a) when I called '121' it said I've not sufficient balance to call this number while I had 25 Rs in my account. So how much do you charge for a call to Customer Care?
(b) When I tried to call '198', two times they say 'do you hear me?' and disconnected the call. And when third they hear me, they don't listen me. They go on saying 'Please hold We are stopping your hello tune.' while I was not talking about any hello tune. then I had to finally disconnect my call myself otherwise they would surely make me consult a mental doctor. I think airtel are making their employee to work extra hours, that's why they are being so rude.

So, finally I've decided to go to other network using MNP and hope you will fully cooperate with me.
