[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

Airtel Prepaid — Got 10 rs on 110 rs recharge

On 12th jan, I got call from airtel cust care. They told me to rechrge with 110rs and you'll get 98rs balance + 1 year validity. I got 1 year validity but only 10rs balance,

What should I do now?

I got an easy sim as a retailer on sep or oct. 07. I tried to boost up the bussiness so far and tries to increase my sell day by day. I was carrying a counter by the name COMPUTRIX GURU. My mobile no. was [protected] and sim no. was[protected].
On 6 feb08 i lost my mobie while going from my shop to home. That was evening so the very next morning i logged a complain to cjm court. At that time i have lumpsum 346 as my main balance and 2300 or 2800 as my easy balance. I had informed to all authority i.e. My distributer and the T.M. also. I submited all the necessary papers they demanded. First they say sim card is not available and as it comes will provided. But it is almost a year and yet i can't get my sim back. I strongly feel that no one take any responsiblity behalf of me. I had complained many time to my distributer as wel as T.M. with no result. This all distroy my bussiness as wel as my mental calm. Can u help me? Or i will still in flunk.
