can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

Airtel Prepaid — error in network connection

i am frm kondapalli near vijayawada. the airtel customers are having network problems here. we r unable get incoming and out going calls.there is no proper response from customer care. please consider the complaint

Airtel Prepaid — Refusal to refund extra unrequired value added servicecharges

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father Libert Lewis whose AIRTEL Prepaid No. is [protected].
Nearly 2 months back he had recharged his new SIM with approx with Rs.200 worth talktime. Following which he had gone abroad with the SIM.

However due to certain compulsions he had to keep the cellphone off. During this period Airtel has illegally activated several postpaid value added services,without any consent and subsequently gone on charging for the same which deducted nearly Rs.120 from the balance on the SIM Card. This came to his notice when he switched on the cellphone(SIM Card) on arrival in India.
On calling the customer service on 121, the supervisor agreed to discontinue all value added services activated and refund the entire sum by the 21st of September which has not happened at all.
Later on contacting them,a different Airtel totally declined to entertain my complaint, blaiming my father itself for using those services and declined to explain any further very rudely.

In the past I have had a similar experience where AIRTEL readily accepted their mistake.

This incident has resulted in loss of nearly Rs. 120/- and has resulted in a lot of frustation and mental anxiety and we have been subjected to pathetic customer service.

We want immediate refund of all Rs.120 and immediate suspension of all value added service.

Please cancell all helo tunes activated on my number as I have not requested for it.
Also please cancel VAS activated like cricket score 7 Ganesh prayer.
I have an complain saying that why dont you come up with new and youth scheme's like SMS pack its so difficult to communicate with friends... dont you people compete with other networks if you do then vodafone is giving its customers value for money by providing 150 mgs free without rentals and STD calls at 50p other networks are also having the similar scheme. so pls do come up with a scheme which satisfies the students and make it applicable for all Sim's. its an humble request... Airtel cheated by deducting Rs. 30/- from my prepaid balance without my conscent from my mb. no [protected] on the pretext of sending silly jokes. It is virtually immpossible to talk to their customer care executives leaving me to believe whether the existence of the dept. S> Gupta

Airtel Prepaid — Airtel prepaid - andhra - data misuse

Hi,

I took a airtel prepaid connection from one of their customer relationship centers by submitting my driving license and pan card (in Xerox) and filled out the form to get the SIM card.
In my presence, the staff working there, filled in the official details pertaining to SIM number, mobile number, stappled my supporting docs with my photo.
All is well, and even got my SIM activated.
On one fine day, when I tried to unsubscribe some stupid automatic subscriptions for prepaid customers, surprise is my turn..coz the connection is not on my name. I was shocked. This is critical misuse of personal data. I have submitted my personal data trusting the relationship center, as I dont trust other vendors who also help in getting mobile connections.
It was hard for me to call the customer care evrytime they ask my personal details, which I dont know abt. when I contact the staff, they were negligent in saying the data might hav misplaced in the head-office.

I seriously condemn this...what if, I have submitted my bank details...it got my pan card attached and any one can create a duplicate of the pan card and misuse it...
who is going to take the responsibility..

I have problem with Airtel on my prepaid card no [protected] and have registered do not disturb. My
VAS service is not deactivated and daily they are charging me Rs.3/- I have lost almost Rs.20/-
I have made multiple compaints and I was assured by Airtel that things will be rectified. I would like to take this legally if possible

i am just so astonished with the behaviour of your customer care exec. they are so much in hurry to keep the phone and they just discontinue without any information or satisfying my answer...
