I live in Kolkata, near DumDum airport. Here the Airtel tower is very low & too slow GPRS. Sometimes the tower signal was totally hidden. We peoples are really very helpless. Please help us. *Sometimes the MobileOffice service also was very disturbed. Some airtel cust.care peoples are said that here some serious tower problem in DumDum during the aayla & Nobody allow to install the new tower of yours in their roof but i really interested to install the Airtel tower. Airtel provide the best schemes to limited Numbers. My friend always get the best schemes. He uses 10 paise/sms without any monthly deduction + 40 paise/min A2A n 60 paise/min with others. I dont get a single msg of such schemes from Airtel. I think you must not be partial to particular numbers. Kindly provide me the same scheme as early as possible No-[protected]...Plzz see to it...

I am using airtel prepaid connection with number [protected] and without my consent Internet Service has been activated on my mobile by your department. Inspite of numerous complaint to your Customer Care Service for deactivation of the internet service the same has not been deactivated by your department, which shows that Customer Care does not take keen interest in solving customer's problem. I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into my grievances for deactivation of internest service on the above mentioned mobile No. immediately and confirmation of redressal of my grievances may be forwarded on my e-mail or through SMS on my mobile.

My mobile No.[protected] On 23rd November I have received a msg "Full TT offer ! Recharge with Rs.155 & get TT of Rs.155 (Normal TT Rs.138.53 + Extra TT Rs.16.47). Extra TT will be credited in 48 hrs. Offer for 1st Recharge only." Following this I have e charged for Rs.155/- on the same day at 09.59 pm vide Trans I.D.[protected]. But the Air tel has not credited the extra TT of Rs.16.47. I made a complaint on 30th Sept. At that time they have informed me reply will be sent before 2nd October, 09. When contacted the Air tel people one Mr. Murugan yesterday (05.10.2009), he told me that as per the computer there was no such offer for me. Similarly, yester day (05.10.2009) I got another offer for Rs.121/- from Airtel. At that time of discussion, I came to know no offer was sent to me on 05/10. I do not know who is sending such offers frequently without the knowledge of the company. I shall be thankful, i[censored] could kindly look into the matter personally and give me a suitable reply immediately and the credit a sum of Rs.16.47 immediately

My Post Paid Mobile No. [protected] was converted to Pre Paid in August 2008. My outgoing facility has been discontinued w.e.f 26.09.2009 without any fault of mine & without any prior notice. You claim that you can collect the documents from the residence as per SMS sent. But sorry to say that no such facility is being provided.. Address Proof & Identity Proof alongwith Photograph has now again been submitted with your Dealer Axis Communications Sector 16 A Faridabad.I was refused to give acknowledgement of receipt of documents. Mobile has still not been activated so far. Sorry for the poor service of the company
