I have lost my mobile phone. My prepaid connection no. [protected]. I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.
Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — balance loss
My mobile number is [protected].I'm writing this complaint for informing you about the loss of balance.
On 15th feb 2010 when I checked my balance I found it as RS -9. i.e exactly 30 RS short of my balance.On contacting your Customer Care Lab on 121 and talked to your customer care representative, I was informed that you are debiting my account for 'Friends chat'. To my best of knowledge I had never -ever asked for this Plus service. So why it has been done without my permission, If you have any record with you for the same please let me know. Else you have to refund Subscriber Charges and give CREDIT for the same amount.
