Dear Consumer Forum,

I would like to tell what sort of people work in Airtel and they call themselves the best service providers.

I had lodged a request for Shifting my Airtel Landline/ Broadband / IPTV to my new address. I was told the SLA for doing the same is three working days (Reference number for this: 367820). Three days went a long time back but I heard no response from them. Then I raised another request (Reference Number :[protected]. After calling them again and again, finally a technician called named Govind. He told me they will come and set up everything. The guy came and told me he can only install Landline and Broadband but not IPTV, surprise surprise, I have not raised a request for IPTV, amazing.

So as per my understanding, they thought If I am shifting to a new address, I will only take landline and broadband with me but not IPTV. He asked me to raise another request, so I called the same best (????) service provider and raised another request (reference number :[protected].

Anyways, he still did the set up but could not activate IPTV and told me that It will be done next day by 12:00 clock.

Next day I tried to called the same technician (Govind), he refused to pick my phone. I guess that must be professionalism on his part. So, basically I did not get my IPTV activated the next day as well.

In the meantime, I wrote to care.[protected]@aitel.in and [protected]@airtel.in as well, but did not get any response. One fine day a guy called, he said he is from Airtel Corporate Office. I explained the problem to him. He said he will check and revert back in ten minutes. Surprise Surprise, I am still waiting for his call.

Also, I got an email and a message from them saying they have resolved my issue (reference number : 367820). Now as per there records, my issue is resolved and I still do not have IPTV.

Its been a month now, is there anybody at airtel who can sort this mess.

Dear Ratesh,

These types of circumstances tend to appear before us, as we are unable to realise what our rights stands for and how we can enforce the same.

you can always speak to the appellate body of the company concerned, they will resolve the issue, else the district consumer forum is the protector and enforcer for the rights of consumer.

Airtel — landline/broadband/iptv not working

AIRTEL NEVER PAYS HEED TO IT WORT PROVIDER
Dear sir,
This is regarding my landline/broadband/iptv account no.[protected] phone no. [protected]. From day one I have been kind of harassed by a company of your repute. Despite my booking a combo plan for all the three services after making prompt payment on 6th June 2011, my connection was installed at my address D-15, Green Woods City, Sector 46, Gurgaon 122001 only after waiting for more than one month.
Then after working for a few days the phone line and iptv stopped working, my complaints regarding the same were not listened to. On my recent complaints on the 12th of Aug 2011 ref no. 2260438, I was shocked to learn that my connection lies in an expired state. On making request I was told that the issue shall be resolved by 16th Aug. Again on making a complaint on the 17th ref no. 2437136, I was give a time for 18th Aug'11 till 4.30 pm. Still not activated till today. Another complaint is also registered today ref no. 2596214 and am told that my problem shall be resolved no by 27th Aug 2011. Do you think this is the way a company like Bharti Airtel Ltd. functions?
Is this what service you get in the name of technology promised?
I am totally dejected with the malpractices and shall definitely spread this word of non performance.
Finally writing to you is my last refuge, and if this also does not help, I shall surely approach the regulatory bodies in this regard.
I request you to kindly take prompt action, as my patience is now being lost.

    My name is Keith F Dcouto.
    My Airtel # is: [protected]

    My complaint with Aritel service is as follows:

    1] I had an airtel #[protected], this number was suddenly blocked because Airtel wanted me to submit identification proof even after I had submitted the same before activation. The number was taken roughly in the month of Feb 2010 and blocked in May or June 2010.
    2] When I went to submit the documents again, the no was already disconnected. The person at the aritel outlet at Mosque road, informed me to go to the Cunningham road outlet if I wanted the same number and my existing balance transferred and reactivated
    3] When I went to the Cunningham road airtel outlet, they informed me that it was not possible to reactivate my number [[protected]] and I have to take a new connection.
    4] I took a new connection [[protected]] and my balance from the old number was not transferred to my new number, despite requesting for the same. I lost Rs 100+ . I also submitted all the ID Proof’s to the airtel officer at the Cunningham road outlet and obtained service. This happened around the month of June 2010.
    5] Now again on August 24th my number was suddenly disconnected WITH NO REASON OR MESSAGE.
    6] When I went to the airtel showroom on Mosque road I was told it was because I need to submit ID Proof again. But I had already submitted the same when I availed the connection.
    7] I BELIEVE IT IS AIRTELS RESPONSIBILITY TO VALIDATE ALL THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE ACTIVATING MY SERVICE, AND NOT BLOCK MY SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE INCASE THEY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS. THIS PRACTISE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE; IT HAS CAUSED ME A VERY HUGE INCONVIENCE BESIDES A LOSS IN MY PERSONAL BUSINESS.
    8] On August 25th I provided all the documents again to the Airtel showroom on Mosque road Airtel office and was told my service would be reactivated within 24 hrs.
    9] As usual it was not reactivated after 24 hours, when I enquired after going to the outlet everyday in person, as they do not answer calls on the phone, I was told the number cannot be activated on the current SIM, and they will provide me with a new SIM.
    9] On August 30th I got the new SIM, but the connection was not activated, despite the person at the Airtel shop informing me it would be done the same day.
    10] When I enquired again on Aug 31st, I was given the same dialogue again that my service would be activated by end of day Aug 31st. This is still not yet activated.
    11] I have been informed by the representative at the airtel shop on Mosque road [Name: Rohil] that there is no customer service number I can call to escalate the issue from a LANDLINE.
    12] Since i do not have an active airtel # I cannot even call airtel customer service number
    13] Two of the representatives from the airtel outlet on mosque road provide me with their numbers to call them if I had any queries, the numbers are: [protected] & [protected]]. However even during the week it is very difficult to reach them, they do not answer the phone when I call them. Except for 2 calls but I got no proper resolution to the problem, they only told it wil be fixed but no results. On Sept 1st I called both these numbers several times but now they are not even answering my calls.
    I WANT TO LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT, FOR THE TROUBLE AND INCONVIENCE THAT AIRTEL SERVICE HAS CAUSED ME.

      Dear All,

      I had applied for an Airtel Braodband connection on 12/08/2010, but to my dismay it has not been installed till date. The worst part is that there is no one that you can reach out to and all the people you can speak with are a bunch of liars. They have the audacity to stop taking calls when they do not have an answer to queries. The nodal officer and the people attending phone calls in his office are so insensitive that they are completely distracted when you speak with them. I have made umpteen number of phone call and have written several emails, but it seems that no one cares. I do not even know whether I will get a connection or not.

      I could somehow reach Mr. Rishi Wahi's office, but his assistant refused to share his email ID with me. I am completely harassed now and really do not know what to do?? I am attaching all the emails that I have in this regard. Please suggest a future course of action.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,'

      How many does it take for your firm to provide a broadband connection?? Unfortunately and out of no choice I had applied for your broadband on August 12, 2010 and I do not have the connection till date. I have been getting false commitments from across your employee levels. I feel frustrated to have this kind of treatment. Your employees do not take phone calls and if ever I am lucky to get a chance to talk to them they keep postponing the the date by when this would be installed. I am sick and tired waiting for someone to coma and install it. I was on leave yesterday and today as someone (Mr. Nilesh from Thane - [protected]) had committed that net would be installed but no one turned up or even cared to call. I just do not understand what I should do.

      My form number was SL253159. I am out of town now till coming Sunday (August 29, 2010). I had spoken to Ms bhari at the nodal office as well, but again a waste of effort.

      Th resolution is not installing the connection at you convenience. The resolution should be it being installed in 3-4 days of applying for it. Daily your officials say that it will be done today, today, today. I work and cannot be available as and when it suits you. This is the most apathetic attitude I have seen from any service provider. The worst part is, your officials have the audacity to say 'CEO bhi nahi karva sakta'. I am losing my patience now and really do not understand what should I do. I really wish I can get rid of this trouble and apologize for troubling you guys by asking for a service.

        WE had booked Airtel landlines with broad band on 25th Aug 2010. The company's DSA Remidial Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd. JM Road Pune promised the connections on or before 31st Aug 2010 with broad band. Two days before the connection was to be provided he called and said that broad band might be a difficulty but he will ensure to provide the same. They did not gave the lines as promised on 31st Aug and when we enquired on 1st Sept whay they ahve not provided they confirmed that the borad band can not be provided. On asking why they gave flase promise lot of arguments were exchnaged and then started abusing and cam e to ur office to return the money deposited being rs. 2000/ and abused us. Can the company i.e Bharati airtel which boasts itself of complete customer staisfcation can deal will such kind of DSA's and can somebody teach these arrogants a lesson?

          I have been using Airtel Mobile Since 2005.One of my Airtel Number [protected] which I had taken from M/S Ajmani Telecommunications, Lajpat Nagar Kanpur as a Postpaid connection in 2006 and had migrated to Prepaid last year ie in 2009. Since then I have been using. I ws out of station for the last month so I switched off my number as the incoming calls were Diverted to my other number and I did not want to carry 2 phones along.Last week on returning I came to know that my sim was not prooviding network.On visiting Ajmani i was told that she sim had been swaped somewerw in Varanasi.On asking how could it happen they were also mum.But they mailed to several seniors in the Airtel and finally I was given a new Sim which is now activated.But there are still so many Questions unanswered..
          1..How was it possible to swap the number to someone other than me where as the Identity Proof,Address Proof,Photographs re submitted before any such event.

          2.Where are the RULES which say that in case there is any such change to be done the original Documents are to be verified.

          3 .The connection is issued from Ajmani Telecommunications and than again Migrated to Prepaid at the same Centre ,How can some one else Swap it.


          Can anyone please answer these question as I stronlky feel that Bharti Airtel is a good Service Provider but fail to understand how this happened.

          It is strange that my prepaid balance is being deducted although I have not made any calls from this number today. Firstly rs 15 were deducted on 4th sept again yesterday morning 5th sept Rs2 were deducted. I contacted the customer care and requested them to deactivate all the tariffs or Value added services as I was unknown to the services which have been activated on my number. I also deactivated the Caller Tune for the time being so that there is no reason of deduction left other than making outgoing calls. But even after that Rs 15 were again deducted from the balance in the evening and when I contacted the customer care again I was told that 3 Numbers were activated for FnF special service and the amount @ Rs 5 per number has been deducted .I fail to understand How this is possible. Are 2 Sims activated at the same time.? How is it possible.???? But When I haven’t even used the Phone How were the FnF numbers activated.What is going on….as it was Sunday yesterday nothing more was possible to be done and now today Monday morning I noticed that Rs.2 again Have been deducted and now the Balance in the account is only 00.51 Paisa .I fail what is happening and what is going on with this connection. I went to the Airtel dealer Ajmani Telecommunication kanpur where the executive sent an sms “STOP” to 121 and assured that now as all the services have been deactivated, there will be no such occurrences of balance deduction as happened earlier. Hoping so happens, I again request Airtel to please look into the matter and resolve it on priority.

          This is regarding my Airtel Prepaid no [protected], It is disgusting that today evening my mobile number [protected] started showing NO NETWORK and when I switched off and again switched on the mobile set it showed "REGISTRATION FAILED" and when contacted Ajmani Telecomunications, the concerned Executive cheaked onn the System and told me that the SIm has again been swapped.I fail to understand what is going on .If any illeagal activiities take place with my number who will be responsible for that.The whole episode is raising several questions on Airtel as well..

          How could it be possible that without my written concent or authority a duplicate Sim was issued somewhere in Varanasi.Does Airtel have any Legaldocument which shows that I have transferred the ownership of my number to someone else.If there is existance of any such document.I demand it to be shown to me in ORIGINALas soon as possible or otherwise I will file a Case in CONSUMER FORUM and the company will be ANSWERABLE and RESPONSIBLE for the consequences.


          An early action will be highly appreciated.

              i lost all of my balance every time i recharge.when we complaint for it on customer care no. they dont care for it .i keep loosing money .

              Today, I got one message from customer care saying that this service will be renewed in my mobile by charging me @ Rs. 30.

              Is it legal? Who has authorized you to snatch money from my pocket for these type of activation??

              Kindly unsubscribe my number from all these type of value added services provided by the airtel as soon as possible.

                Dear sir ,
                on 15th of july i shifted from Indore MP to chennai.On 20 th of august i applied for airtel prepaid connection at your retailer CSM World ,VELACHERY and got the connection immediately. i was very happy , it did NOT last for long as it stopped working next day itself . when i checked with retailer , he told that sim has a quality issue. since than i m behind the retailer and your sales executive.your sales executive even harasses a lot by attending the call very rudely.i have around 265/ rs balance in my a/c. i have even visited your saidapet consumer showroom too but no one could held me, i m really disappointed with the poor response of your company at every level.For Quality issue customer is not responsible so you should replace the sim and activate immediately. i hope this forum does something for this. MY MOBILE NO IS- [protected]. AND ITS ON MY NAME MANJU BALA TANEJA

                  Dear Sir,

                  I would like to divert your attention towards my complaint made to Airtel Digital TV for relocating the disk of the DTH setup. I have logged my complaint on 9th August 2010 to the Airtel Digital Team that my Settop box is not working & the dish antenna is dislocated from the installed place. Their engineer visited my place & repaired the settop box but the dish antenna was not fixed & he promised that someone will be visiting from Airtel to fix it within a day or two. But no one visited then I again registered my complaint at the customer care & they convinsed me that your problem will be fixed within 24 hrs but till date no one arrived & the problem is still not resolved. Till Today i have registered around 8 to 10 complaints at the customer care center against the same problem but no one has bothered to attend my problem.

                  I have called them atleast 25 times, spoken to their seniors but all in vain no reaction from their end.

                  Secondly they keep on deducting my digital account balance every day & keep on irritating me by sending me sms stating that my digital TV account will be expired.

                  One of their executive one requested me that since all your account balance is deducted hence we are unable to process your request so please recharge your account & we will resolve your problem within 24 hrs. Then i recharged my account immidiatly with Rs 100 & the executive confirmed me the same.

                  But till today my problem is still not addressed, Airtel people have tried all possible means for harrasing me & are not concern about my complaint atall, the nodal officer is not bothered to take calls from the customer.

                    Hi,

                    I have an airtel mobile (Mobile number: [protected]). There is no network coverage in my home since 10th August 2010. I raised a complaint with airtel on 14th August 2010. They gave me 25th August 2010 as the final date to get the complaint resolved but it did not happen. I called up on 26th August to know the status of my complaint. I was told that the complaint has been closed because network team tried to contact me and they were not able to do that. Now, who is going to make them understand that this is the complaint at the very first place.

                    Then i talked to one of their nodal officer on 26th Aug 2010 (Mobile number : [protected]) he told me to be assured and the complaint would be resolved in the next 48 hours i.e. by 28th August 2010 but i am still facing the same issue even 3 days after their 2nd deadline to get the network issue resolved.

                    It has been 21 days and i have no network coverage in my home. This is an extremely sorry state of affairs in Airtel. If they are not able to resolve a network issue in NCR in 21 days i wonder how many days or months or years would they take to resolve a similar issue in other parts of the country.

                      i have taken its mobile service offer for internet on mobile and pc for rs 98/- month on 5 th august and till date service is not started on my mobile due to connectivity problem. i am giving complaints for 4 to 5 times but no effect.

                        i have a landline no 400674 fron date 25 aug it was dead i complined about it on 27 aug .on local level franchisee but till today they r not rectify my problem. tommorow on date 30 aug i call to airtel call centre 402121 in afternoon they give me the time to solve my problem upto 7 pm & ref no is given 37026956 but upto 7 pm 30 aug phone was dead . At 8 pm i called again to call centre off airtel he told me within four hours our technician team will contact u but now till today they r not calling me at 11 am morning i call again but they told our system is busy call after some time . at 3 pm i called again they again told me within four hours our technician team will contact u. So could u help me about this matter.

I have called several times to customer care, they gave me my complaint number i.e 39385570 and i was told that my problem will be rectified by next morning 11:00am. But this is unfortunate that nothing has happened.                           I am using Airtel Broadband/Landline against the number [protected] for more than 5 years. I recently changed my broadband plan which was supposed to be an Unlimited Plan, but my June bill which arrived charged me against a limited plan. I immediately brought this under the notice of Airtel but there was no action taken. Then again the July bill was charged against the wrong plan and in the meantime I and my family started receiving harassment and threatening calls that either we pay the incorrect amount or our connection will be terminated. I brought this to notice of Sr. Manager Customer service Mr. Ashish Sarin but his response was also not satisfactory. On 28th August 2010 my connection got terminated and on 30th august 2010 I received an e-bill in which waiver for 2 months is there. But again for last month I have been charged against the wrong plan.

                          Due to unavailability of Internet my father suffered losses in the Share Market on monday 30th August 2010. Also, I and my family have been under immense mental pressure due to harassment by Airtel and its employees which has affected my work at the workplace. They have harassed me while I was working at my workplace and have taken away my mental peace.

                          To whomsoever it may concern,
                          I write this email after being harassed by airtel employees for over a month. I requested for a change in my broadband plan against my landline number [protected] to an unlimited plan, but due to a complacent employee of airtel the plan that was set at airtel's end was a limited one. As a result when I received the bill in june the amount that was charged was incorrect. I repeatedly talked to your so-called customer CARE (read it customer harassment) officers and they assured me that the charges have been waved off. Mr Shyam Kumar, an empolyee of yours confirmed this to me with the complaint number : 1127727 and assured me that all the adjustments will be made in the next bill. After that no bill came to me. I requested for another bill and the request number for that is[protected]. Since then I daily receive a harassment call, telling me that if I do not pay my bill my account will be discontinued and my connection will be disconnected.
                          Today I have received an ebill, which does not have any adjustments and moreover even this month the charges have been made against a limited plan. If this is the what airtel boasts off, then you guys are a big liar. Never in my life I have been harassed so much by any company and all this private companies are better is a fluke. I still have my MTNL connection and there has not been any problem with it till now. I believe taking up an airtel connection was a big mistake and I myself will soon rectify it.

                          This is the second time I am writing here in 3 months and still my case is not resolved. Forget about being resolved, I and my family are harassed and mentally tortured daily by Airtel employees.

                          The original problem was that my broadband bill for the month of June was charged against a limited plan whereas I subscribed for an unlimited plan. This was not resolved until late August and in the meantime I was harassed daily by Airtel employees and was given false promises by them. I can name a few: Mr. Shyam Kumar, Ms. Namrata and Mr. Nasir Ahmed. Also, the consumer forum directed this problem to Mr. Ashish.Sarin who has also not been effective to resolve this. Again my July bill was also charged against the wrong plan.

                          In the late august when I was told that my bill has been rectified for both the months, I asked the airtel employee tot kindly send me the rectified bill and I will make the payment, but due to the inefficient employees and procedures of airtel I did not receive any bill and today my landline and broadband for the number [protected] have been disconnected. I seriously want to take up this misbehavior, harassment and torture by Airtel and its employees in the court of law and I am writing a separate written letter to airtel so that I have a proof (since these guys are so unprofessional and unethical they will definitely delete the emails).

                            As per trail mail that both numbers are de-activate due to negative verification, I just tell you that both the numbers convert from post-paid to prepaid and the same address given to you at the time of convert from post-paid to prepaid ( Post-paid address and prepaid address are both the same ).

                            Another question , no any veryfication from your end at given my address to you , So why tell you verification negative..................and why given to my number to another customer. And when i trying to call that no.'s that anouncement is dailed number not available, so why activate that number to any person.


                            Activate my same number for me , otherwise we are going to Consumber form.

                            As I have converted my no. from Postpaid to prepaid. At the time of convert , I
                            had submitted a copy of My ID at Your Karnal Airtel office. After that again
                            demand from airtel for submit a ID copy, I had again submit a ID copy at Karnal
                            Airtel office.
                            I have that number before two yrs. ( Approx. two yrs continue with post paid
                            ).
                            I have a Business and its totally depend on Mobile. I have facing many
                            difficulty due to my old mobile no. is available at my customers.
                            Kindly Look into that matter on urgent basis.

                              Hi,
                              I had contacted on 7th Aug, Mr. Santosh ([protected]), an Airtel Sales representative for a Wifi Broadband connection at my residence (Address - Flat No. 1729, Wing G, Maple Leaf, Raheja Vihar, Mumbai - 400072). This person came the next day to collect all documents and a cheque of Rs 992 promising me that the connection will be done in the next 2-3 working days. However, there was no response from him for the next 7 days, after which I called him to find out that there were some server issues. He promised (yet again) that now everything is set, and I should get my connection within the the next 3 HOURS. I eagerly waited when a person (Vijay) from Airtel came to do all the wiring related work. On questioning he told me that the installation will be done within the next 2 days. Unfortunately, till now (30th August) there has been no phone call from Mr. Santosh or any other Airtel representative. In fact, Mr. Santosh is not receiving my phone call either and neither is his boss Mr. Praful ([protected]).
                              Request whoever concerned to please look into this matter urgently and let me know the status. Also, can anybody take strict action against these people so that they don't give FALSE promise to customers. A truth upfront would have been much appreciated.

                              Airtel Broadband — Connection not provided as promised by airtel sales rep

                              I took the airtel connection on 7th - April - 2011 and he sales rep Arjun promised i will get the connection by 9th before 12 PM . After trying to call him many times he finally picked up my call at gave me the number for the installation team leader by the name Senthil and his mobile number is [protected] and he promised me that the connection will be given by evening. but after i tried calling him several times he sent me a message in the evening to contact Murali([protected]) . Murali said they have not got the job card and told me to call on sunday morning. I tried several times again to reach senthil and atlast in the afternoon he sent me a SMS to call the sales person(Arjun) by stating my application has not been received. I tried caling up Arjun and he conferenced me ot some technical team and they said my Application is already processed then Arjun said he will try his best to get my connection by 5PM today which is 12th April. I tried reaching many times today even he stopped picking up the call an he sent a message sometime back stating the technical team is playing around and asked to me to complain to nodal officer nodal.[protected]@airtel.in.

                              Please help me in resolving this issue.

                                This nasreen from chennai i got airtel digital tv connection on august 2nd but after one week[protected] i came to know that i have a current shot in digital reciever i gave a complient to the service provider he came and saw he told that receiver should be changed and he also told that he doesn't have stock now and he may get by next week only. after tht he did came and no responce from him then i call to the customer care and gave complient through phone but still no responce from them till yet. yesterday i came to know receiver i totally not working. really am fedup with this connection. i don't want this connection i want to change this dth connection. as soon as possible u refund my money which i paid for connection. or else take action towards my complient with in 24 hrs.

                                The service provider Airtel is worst these days and the service is poor , very careless i was using one SIm for past 2 years and suddenly it got barred both incoming and outgoing if i asked the customer care service they said that it might be ur sim is rejected or damaged but suddenly my parents called to my number and someone picked the call and spoke, Airtel rereleased my number to another person when i was using that SIM , when i called and asked they said by mistake they did, this kind of careless ness never happen in any service provider

                                And my another number got barred incoming when i called they said the same thing like incoming unknowingly barred its realy a worst service

                                And another thing is when we call to 198 of customer complaints they wont give the line to speak with customer care officer to complaint and talk to the officer u have to struggle even i[censored] make non stop call finally like tat i tried i got the line after 4 days so this kind of worst service no one will provide

                                Last thing is Airtel another customer care number 121 where they charge 50 p per 3 min poor service

                                  My self Shaik Imamuddin I am from Korutla Karimnagar District. AP. I am the old customer of Airtel since 2004 I was using the number [protected], it has the validity of life long and a balance amount of RS 65, due to some personnel issues I was not using the number for not more than one month After a month when I shifted to Airtel I was shocked to see that my Sim card is rejected and later I contacted to airtel customer care regarding this matter they said the number is issued to the other customer.

                                  How can they do this to me if I have a sufficient balance and a lifelong period of validity I had not used it by some of my personal issues and i had resumed to the same Airtel. Please help me in this aspect I need the same number back at any cost please suggest me to whom should I contact and Is there any legal procedure for this matter to have the number back. I was continuously contacting to the customer care office, also I personally visited to the airtel office located in Hyderabad but there is no response.

                                  When I contacted to one of the appellate at [protected]@airtel.in they said that "We regret the inconvenience cause to you. We would like to inform you that the Airtel Mobile number has been deactivated on 09-FEB-2010 due to non usage of the number and it has been given to another customer. We regret to inform you that this number can not be given back to you."

                                  How can they do this to me, they said that the number deactivated on 09-Feb-2010, but I had got a message on 23 Apr 2010 which is still in my inbox the message states that" Pure water, clean water, fresh water, sweet water, healthy water...Kent water. Don't believe us? Get a Free demo at your doorstep, SMS KENT to 5616111 now. " and at that time my account has a balance of RS 65 and a lifelong validity.

                                  I had registered the complaint in the month May(after a month) to one of the customer executive on 121 service. but they did not respond to my compliant so, is it my mistake. I have the clear records on my side so Please help me in this aspect to get the same number as earlier or after a period else if the existing customer to whom you allocated my number if he/she wishes to stop the services can you confirm me that you will re allocate the same number to me so that I can wait because I need the number back at any cost.

I also informed your customer care centre on 13-08-10 about submission of re-veryfication form.

                                      Today on 29-08-10, when i want to make a very important call to our client then i came to know that your service centre has debarred my mobile no. for all out-going and in-coming call w/o any reason/information. This is very unfair on your part as well as against the ethics of business. I am feeling very harassing now. Take an early action in this regard.

                                        5 days ago, when my call was ended I got information about airtel radio, but when I make call on giving no. they directly cut my 30 rs. from my main balance. When I tell about to customercare centre they told me that it is your problem. Means, it shows carelessness about customer in Airtel.

                                        Airtel-Prepaid — refusing to refund after disconnection

                                        I had taken prepaid connection numbering [protected] from Airtel at Airtel malleswaram relationship centre about 3 months back.I had submitted Passport xerox as document.Now after three months suddenly they have disconnected the number .When I asked the customer care for the reason they said ,I did not resubmit the document.But i never got the intimation in the first place.Not even a single SMS or Call .First of all these people don't know that Passport is the most legitimate document a person can have in India.

                                        The surprising thing is now they are refusing to refund back remaining currency amount.

                                        I have been subscribed fot Airtel Cricket picture post without my permission

                                        I have contacted many people in the customer care to unsubscribe the Airtel Cricket picture post, They said we will unsubsribe the same but all in vain.

                                        They are collecting 30 Rupees/Month for this. I dont know why these people are not loyal to their company as this leads the customer to get irritated and change their sim to some other connections.

                                        My humble request is Don't spoil your company's name and work to increase the customer or atleast dont loose the existing customer.
