I m unable to send SMS, I've complainted more than 15 times, but whenever i complaint they replied me that ur problem will be resolve in 24 hrs.

i have recieved daily sms for a number 58906 and 58906015 and debit the amt. 1.5 rs so i don't want to use this service so pls deactivated this service to my mobile my no. is [protected]

I live in Kolkata. I have tried to send sms several hours a day but failed. Message sending fails again and again. But after 4-5 hrs it is possible to send sms. Down with Airtel. Vodafone is much better. They provide 200 sms for 14 days @ Rs. 22. But, Airtel gives only 150 sms for 11 days @ Rs. 26. U tell, which one is better ???
Dear Sir/Mam,

I have prepaid connection of Airtel and my cell no. is [protected] in the month of January 09 there was a scheme of 100 National messages free by recharge of Rs 26/-.

So I got recharged my mumber also in above scheme. When i started to send national sms, I found that Airtel had charged Rs. 1.50/- per sms.
I also had sms scheme 360 local sms by rechage of Rs. 36/-. But airtel has charged the national sms charges from my 36/- lacoal sms scheme.
In this regard i have talked at their customer care center, but they didn't respond at all.
Kindlay look into the matter and take necessory action so that other customer also can get solution of this type of problem.
you send one sms that i have won the prize of money 20000 gb pounds i think whetherits true or wrong if its become wrong i want to meet u i court because of wasting time and cheating through sms
I m from Chennai. I am using this postpaid card for the past 5 years.(POLICE CARD). I was offered for free sms scheme for the past 5 years. For the past 3 months, i was being charged for sms for Rs.1/sms.
This i could'nt know and this was deducted for the last 3 months. When i asked for the customer care support officer, they have said that to post a complaint regarding a sms scheme to [protected]@airtel.com.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

i have recieve a message that "you are a WINNER! Your number has been chosen for a $2500 CASH prize call +[protected] to claim." So, give me information about that message and it message comes from your message center no. [protected] so give me the information at my email and contact no. [protected]. It a fake message or True.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My mobile no is [protected] and I am registered under the Do Not Disturb Service of Airtel.
But still I receive countless of Promotional SMS each day. I even asked TRAI, but their reply was not at all satisfactory, as the said, that I have to send the details of all the promotional sms to Airtel.
Respected sir/ma'am, I am a businessman, and beleive me its so annoying and disturbing, but there is no answer for my complaints, even in the Nodal Office of Airtel.
If this is the rule, then I am afraid, it must be abolished as soon as possible, or shall be challenged in the court of law.
I sincerely and very humbly request you to kindly, take actions against these companies for their irresponsible and irritational behaviour.

Dear sir,
My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel CG) and 4 days ago i have received a sms that is:
"Now get 100 free local and national S.M.S. in Rs.20 valid for 15 days call 567001 "
and then i called that number and after listen IVR instruction
I choose option 5 for 100 S.M.S. at Rs. 20 and then instantly my balance are deducted
of Rs.20 then i received a S.M.S. in which " free messages are
send to your dedicated account 2 in next 24 hours"
but now i have not received any messages in my dedicated account
So please resolve my problem.

or call mr. amit verma to [protected] airtel service center CEO.
My mobile no.is[protected]. I received SMS from No.55382 & 57272 regular. These SMS includes adult jobkes. I regularly complained airtel cumstomer care from 15th september, 2009 and personally gooing to Airtel outlet also. Everytime they assured me that the service stopped within 24 hours but till date I received the same. I also told by the custome executives that no service has been activated on this number.

I received SMS from No.55382 & 57272 regular. These SMS includes adult jokes. I complained airtel from 15th September, 2009 and personally going to Airtel outlet also. Everytime they assured me that the service stopped within 24 hours but till date I received the same. There is no service has been activated on this number for the said SMS.

last month paid 700 Rs for sms bill, i am geeting hundreds of sms from 55381 and Al cricket,from 15 days i am calling custmer care centre for stop sms because i am not able to pay exctra bill. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzstop sms from this number [protected]
My Mobile has received the following SMS :

My Mobile has received the following SMS :

I also have received the same sms on the 5th Dec, 2009. If you need any deatils, please send me an email in the email id that i have entered.
