[Resolved]  Airtel — Unnecessary deduction of money

This is my complaine to airtel
Dear Sir/Mam
Subject:Surprise to see your burst customer care services ,without call my amount is deducting

First of all my balance is reduced to Rs 60 massaging that GPRS is activated by customer care Mr.Vivek during complaining on 198 about my other mobile no.[protected].
But actually no services are activated by me & no one other uses my cell.Because this is not the first time it happens
Again I talked and complained to Sr. Executive officer Mr. Atul Kumar through customer care (198) . After deep discussion Rs. 60 is returned .

But I was surprised that again sending 12 times same MSG (Live Arti) continously and deducting
Really it is very shamans work of Indian Airtel which is an standard company.
Rs.5 multiplied by 12 i.e.Rs. 60.Due to these deduction I was unable to contact my family in time

Kindly take necessary action against Mr.Vivek & Mr. Atul Kumar (costomer care office Hajrat ganj, Lucknow)
and refund my Rs.60 for mobile no. [protected] and Rs.50 for mobile no. [protected]

i have been usin my card from last 3 years.i have taken a pack of Rs.59/- with the help of which my ISD Calling would be Rs.3.99 instead of Rs.6.40.i called up customer care n infomed them that extra money was cut buy them.initially they said k i was wrong n were very rude.they even hungup my phone.But latelly did refund my money back.Again the same thing happened n they said that they would refund my money back within 48 hrs.Then i got a call from there executive that they would refund my money within 24hrs n it has been 72hrs after there call but still my money has not been rufuned to me.I have called up customer care 10 times.Airtel is useless and they are poor at customer service.The market is so competative still they dont understand the importance of customer and there valueable time.Shame on the organisation.

I am madasamy. My num is [protected]. Yestrday i received one sms from Airtel. I am drying to delete that sms. I received one message charge for your sms is 30 Rs. I shocked. This type of service is not good. Pl give explanation for the deduction of amount.

AirTel — unnecessary deductions

sir my cell no. is [protected] . i am being harrassened by airtel by unneccerily deducting rs 30 daily for some on demand service which i myself is not aware of.. and the most amasing thing is that this service is for 3o days and they charge me twice daily ... custumer care is very weak to support in this case ...kindly make proper step thanks

AirTel — UNNECESSARY deducted

I Airtel prepaid customer mobile No : +91 [protected] . The charges debited by u towards friends chart while i ll stoped this subscripction. but unnessery u ll debited again last time i ll contacted to custom care center told for stop all subscripction.and also told to them that dont subcrib any subscripction. upto now ull deducted minumam 300/- above.this is the final warning 2 u, and please cridet my amount back as early as posible otherwise ill go to consumer court after a week.ill request again to u Earlier deducted amount will recharge Rs.30.00 to the same mobile No. This was credited my mobile at the same moment.

I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE FROM AIRTEL

the problem has started on 16 june 09. i am receiving sms(thought of the day, love tip) and GPRS is being continuously activated and deactivated .

EACH GPRS ACTIVATION COSTS RS 25 AND THOUGHT FOR THE DAY COSTS RS 3.

on 16 june i got 1 sms

on 17 june i received 10 sms

on 18 june i got 34 sms

on 19 june i got 6 sms

on 20 (today) till writin this mail i got 22 sms

all are from massage center [protected] and the messages are coming within fraction of seconds

i am giving here few sms that i got today ( 20 june 09) :

1 charging notification(25 Rs/ day) at 8:50:47 am

2 to receive mo settings... at 8:50:49 am

3 unlimited gprs activated at 8:50:50 am

4 unlimited gprs deactivated at 8:50:58 am

5 you are now on zero rental at 8:51:02 am

6 unlimited gprs activated at 8:51:36 am

7 to receive mo settings... at 8:51:37 am

8 charging notification(25 Rs/ day) at 8:51:48 am

i have called on 121 at least 5 times, i went to service centre

( S.S. COMMUNICATIONS ) at least 5 times from there i called on 999 (2 times)

I HAVE CALLED ON YOUR MOBILE WHICH I GOT ON AIRTEL SITE ( [protected]) AT LEAST 50 TIMES IN THESE DAYS

today even the TIMES OF INDIA HAS THE NEWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM BEING FACED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMERS

I AM BEING FORCED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM THE DAMAGES

i am loosing my money and nobody is there to help the customer.

I AM ALSO APPROACHING TRAI FOR THE SAME.

i hope you will solve my problem

Airtel — deduct money unnecessary

sir i am in plan of (perday first call Rs.1/ and remaining all calls air tel to air tel Rs 40ps and others Rs.60ps )for that i paid Rs140/ per year. but unfortunately every first call cost Rs 1/ cutting
so airtel blame all custmers
hence they loose their customers
I have not subscribed for any value added service even though money is being deducted from my prepaid account since 17/09/2010.

AirTel — Unnecessary deduction of money.

Dear sir,
I am a customer of Airtel mobile having GPRS connecton (Mobile Office ).I used to buy Rs.98/- pack for using this service.But though I have 98 pack still sometime they deduct money from my main account telling that ( " Thank you for using Airtel Live services" you have been charged Rs...... )


What is this ? please help

AirTel — unnecessary deduction of currency

i am using airtel no from last 5 year i,e [protected]. but now without any information or msg they deducting Rs.10 on 14-01-11.i caaled to customer care But they not giving exact reason and telling that i activeted jokes pcak. so please pll give my currency back or give exact reason what it was deducted. or else i ll change my service thats it no other option.

Myself Mohamed Rafiq MJ from Chennai raising complaint agiant Airtel network.

As am using this Airtel network (Prepaid) from past 6 to 7 years in these years i found this network very good but in From past three months am facing lot of problems with Airtel that Unnecessary Deducting Currency from my airtel no[protected], I have a free Internet browing for 6 months that am using only for my official emails and personnel emails. when i enter to email immdiately am getting sms from AD-54321 that i have downloaded game from this hence i been charged Rs. 50/ for that. i get shock and when i use to call customer care they not giving proper response for that, disconnecting the call in between conversations and also making to wait for 10 to 15 min in stand (they charging us 0.50p / 3 Minutes). you can refer my last 3 months Data from Airtel that how many complaints i raised and how many times i called to them. When i get connected they suppose to say that they cannot refund this amount to me. its matter of Yesterday 09.02.2011 & today 10.02.2011 i got 4 complaint reff no from Airtel CBDPA[protected] , CBDAL[protected] , COLWO[protected] (In this they informed me that you get refunded yesterday ie 09.02.11 but still i didnt recieved it) Today 10.02.11 morning again i spoken and got COVWC[protected] (In this they agreed to refund but again they refused to refund). Hence i told them am going to raise a complaint in consumer court. They told most welcome to complaint. My position is that now i cant change my no also. If time comes i do that too. Kindly consider my request and take Sevier action on them. I really affected with this useless network and customer care persons. These type o[censored]seless networks should not there in our country. In the name of service provider cheating customers and making money. We should not entertain them in future, they have to pay attentions to our problems.

Bharti Airtel — Unnecessary deduction of money

bharti airtel are deducting un necessary money from my prepaid account, telling that you have subscribe this or that any value added service which i never subscribed. They use to send me unnecessary call and messages which i stop using DND service but again they are sending messages.

After getting so much fed up with them i planned for mobile number portability and when i register for mobile number portability. They called me and told me that we will refund all your money and dont change the service providers. They never refund my money and again started deducting money.
This is very worst work of customer care of AIRTEL which is going on till now
Now I hate to Airtel

Airtel GSM — unnecessary money deduction

sir i am nishant mishra and i m a regular customer of airtel gsm and my number is [protected]...on 5th november 2011 there is un-necessary activation of hello tune on my number and my 20 rs deducted,then on the same day on evening i make a recharge of rs.40 and after making a call i m having a balance of rs.18 and when i woke up in morning my balance is rs.7 only......i tried a lot to contact customer care but unable to establish the call.
sir i request u to check my account details and take necessary action regarding my issue and i also request u to contact me as i m unable to contact customer care....

AirTel — Unnecessary deductions

Hi

This is regarding my prepaid connection [protected]. Today I got a message from airtel that 5 Rs have been deducted for real Estate VAS. which I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED. I called up Customer care and they said its been activated from 5 Dec, and every day 1 rs is getting deducted. Also 5 rs got deducted on 13 Jan as well and I didnt knew about it.

Now airtel has crossed its limits. since 5 Dec. As far as I know the total deductions are: 45 + 5 + 5 + = Rs. 55, if there are some more I dont know. We cannot keep track of our balance after every call as if its the only thing to do.

And this is not the first time, it has happened so many times now, you CC executives are not able to solve the problem

I wish to get my money back which has been deducted for the service which i have not asked for.

Airtel is harassing the customers

1. First ask about your problem using tollfree 198 number, talk to the customer care executives.
If they resolve your problem, then its ok.

2. Even after 1 or 2 days if your problem is unresolved call them again, and ask them to register your complaint and take the docket number for your complaint.

3. If you are still unsatisfied, contact Airtel Nodal Officer [for your region] which is given below (first try to email and wait for response upto atleast 24 hrs on working days). The contact addresses are provided on Airtel website in Customer Care section.

4. If you are still unsatisfied, contact Airtel Appellate Authority of your region. See the contact details on the website.

Every telecom company should have the contact details of these officers on their website and this process can be applied for any operator. Tell others also to follow the above procedure if they have any complaint against any telecom operator.
