I had invested 4.5 Lacs 3.5 years back as advance for two plot in Precidency elite. One of the agents (known person too) had approached me and I believed and invested.
She had shown me some land opposite to DC office in chickballapur and all kind of commitments were made and I believed and invested.
I was in touch wither all the time atleast once in 2 to 3 months. She kept on saying the same story blaming government. I agree that goverment and boom is also one of the reasons, but there are somany small real estate people developing the layouts, but why not these people. It seems that already CCB investigation is in progress.
Anyways, for her few thousands commission my lacs are stuck. Infact one of friends also invested through me, but being lucky he had taken the money back. The same lady still sends some messages conveying new opportunities for buying plots, insurance etc...
My agent says that bhaskar reddy is a good person and he will definitely improve upon the situation. What else we can do except crossing fingers and wait for something good to happen.

How can a good person issue cheques without any money in the account and commit criminal offenses?. How can a good person abscond from police without giving any reply. How can a good person run away from customers after taking their money without attending court even after arrest warrants are issued on him by cour?. How can a good person tell so many lies? How can a good person threaten customers when they ask for refund of their hard earned money? You seem to have not interacted with Bhaskar reddy and going by the smooth talking of his agents. A fruadester is never a good person. He intentionally avoids customers after taking their money and gambling with that money. The least you can do, as a good citizen, is to complaint to the police when someone cheats you. You can also expose this person so that other does not get cheated and suffer like us. You seem to have not interacted with other group members who suffered. There are customer who after retirement put their money and got cheated by him. There are people who could not go for much needed surgery as this Bhaskar reddy did not return their money. There are customers who are running around his office, pollice and trying to bring this person to justice for all the cheating v.Bhaskar reddy and T.R reddy have done. Watch the video posted in the web on Bhaskar reddy, read the newspaper articles about what this person is. They did all kinds of illegal business in Andhra and now they are here in Bangalore to cheat. If you continue to believe this kind of fraudesters, no one will help you.
V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R reddy are notorious criminals in Bangalore avoiding police arrest. It is nothing to do with the recession. He is also in the Amulya projects, which is blacklisted when the real estate market was in boom in 2007 itself. Unfortunately, without knowing that he is behind Amulya projects. Do not believe what the Agents say, because they are getting payed by him, and trained by these people, they all talk like that. Trust only facts.

I invested in Dec 2007 in one of their projects - 'Presidency Royal' at Muddapura, Ramnagaram Taluk for 2 plots @Rs2, 87, 500/- per plot totalling to Rs5, 75, 000/-) - under the buy-back scheme. Fortunately, I was able to get the 1/3 amount back as per the buy-back scheme.
Susequentely after this, we followed them for the prinicipal amount and the interest - with frequent visits and discussion with officials (Satish Mendon and Radha B), I was given two cheques each for an amount of Rs2, 87, 500/- in March/April 2009. Subsequently, when the due dates were approaching, we informed the company and they requested not to deposit the cheques, as they have some financial problems as well as giving some assurances to us to return the cheques and they would soon honour it with new cheques in due course of time.
After frequent visits, we could not meet Bhaskar Reddy. We always met Satish Mendon and Radha B only. After lot of pestering, we got a letter from the company, expressing delay as well as inconvenience caused towards payments. They also issued two fresh cheques, each for an amount of Rs2, 87, 500/- which were due in Sept 2010.
The cheques were subsequently deposited in the bank and the same got dishonoured due to 'Insufficient funds'.
I went to the office on Modi office road on 7th Oct, 11th Oct. I spoke the same day to Satish Mendon and told him that the cheques have been dishonoured. Satish expressed that Bhaskar Reddy has got no money to pay. It will take another 6/7 months. On asking, if we could meet at the office, he stated that he was out of station and could come to office on 18th Oct. Therefore on 18th Oct, I went to the Modi hospital road office at around 3 pm. The office was closed. I tried reaching Satish, but the mobile kept ringing and there was no response. I tried calling Radha too, but again no response. In doing all this, I finally could not deliver the letter informing them of the dishonouring of the cheques. On 18th Oct, I then went to Skanda, Mahalakshmi layout office and after talking to the owner of the building, I came to know that the office is closed since 6/7 months now.
I have yet not knowledged any formal complaints with the police or consumer court.
It would be better if we all meet at a common place on a particular day and take a call as to what could be done. It would be desirable to collect all the information of his properties, take a legal recourse to auction the same and get our money back.

Here is the latest on V.Bhaskar Reddy of Aiswarya projects, for the benefit of others who did not start yet. If you want to file a consumer case, file it in Sheshadripuram consumer court, as there already verdict delivered in more than 10 cases on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R reddy and it would be easier for you and not much evidence is required to be shown. If you can not afford a lawyer, you can appear in person and win the case. Bhaskar reddy's fraud is well known in this court. Several complaints are clubbed together and verdicts given in one go! You can also go to CCB office (Central Crime banch) near Market area who already started investigating into Aiswarya projects cheating. Police in CCB are saying V.Bhaskar Reddy met Commissionar of Police regarding our complaints, and for some odd reasons, got 6 month time to settle the money to customers, that too in instalments !!. Two years back V.Bhaskar reddy used to talk about 50% cash and 50 % cheque. Now, V.Bhaskar Reddy's new lawyer is talking about 6 instalements!!. Anyway it is all just talking, he is still trying to fool the customers. Do not expect him to return any money without going to courts and some serious action from the police. It is really amusing to know how a fraudester like V.Bhaskar reddy, who indulged in criminal act of bouncing cheques, is able to get six months time from CCB and commissioner of Police. Will V.Bhaskar reddy easily get away foolling Commissionar of police, just like he fooled us by giving several committment dates? We will come to know after 6 months. So at the moment the best bet is to go to ADGP (Additional director general of police). If you want to file a police complaint, go to Additional director general of Police in Nrupathunga road ( road near to mysor bank). There is some action going on there right now, and V.Bhaskar reddy is well known here too, and he is scheduled to appear here, to do some explaining about his cheating. The ADGP office people are the most honest and respected and will surely deliver the justice to us. Recently, ADGP police had a surprise visit to CCB office to check on the case progress. This is the office who issued orders to seize the properties of Aiswarya projects and get the money back from these cheaters. Meanwhile, in Corporation criminal court, as far as I know, there are 5 cheque bounce cases running at the moment on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. As Aiswarya projects MDs could not bear the pressure from Bhasaveswar nagar police, as the police had warrants from court to arrest them, V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy appeared in criminal court last week after avoiding so long. Recently, I was told by one of the CCB officers, there is an high court order not to give bail to V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. Alas, it is really unbelieavable, just two Reddy brothers greed and incompetancy can bring so much havoc in the lives of so many innocents, and so much work for the police and courts!!
Approached Home Minister regarding the misdeeds of V.Bhaskar Reddy and T.R Reddy of Aiswarya projects/Presidency group. Now home ministry is going to look into matter closely. Home ministery wrote to Crime DCP and Police commissioner to look into the matter. Both decided to look into the matter closely.

You can lodge your complaint (they have a template also, everyone there including constables know about Aishwarya/Presidency now !) and they will return an acknowledgment of the same.
Latest update we got is that V. Bhaskar Reddy has requested Police Commissioner for 6months time to refund money. So lets wait and see.

we do not want to give that six months respite to Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy as they will tell the same story after 6 months. Actually, this 6 months story is created by CCP. it is the CCP who are doing not anything on the case except for collecting complaints. At least Basaveswara nagar police did close down Aiswarya project office and chased him. So we approached Home minister and requested Police commissioner to sort out this quickly without any further delay. So Police commissioner now written to Basaveswara nagar police. In Basavesara nagar police went several times to arrest V.Bhaskar reddy, and as arrest warrant was issued on him in my cheque bounce case. So he finally had to come and attend to the cheque bounce case. Now again he feined sickness and did not attend this hearing in court. Judge commented that there are 11 cases pending on him in the criminal court. please put forward the news of your criminal cases progress. I do not know how far it is true but, the lawyer who attend to court on behalf of V.Bhaskar reddy told us that V.Bhaskar reddy was beaten up in the DSP office for his criminal activities. CCB police office attitude in this case is not so favourable to us. So go to the home minister office and complain.
Since CCB is not acting fast on this case, we are requesting the case to be handed over to the CID. We are in the processing of approaching the Home ministry. As the scale of fraud conducted by V.Bhaskar reddy of Aiswarya projects is large, it deserves to be investigated completely by the CID and bring V.Bhaskar reddy to justice quickly and not let this man go free cheating public. CCB has been very slow, in fact seem to be favoring V.Bhaskar reddy by their behavior. There is not much investigation required in this case, as the evidence is so clear, that he made agreements in 2007 and issued cheques which all bounced. He is avoiding courts and police so far by feigning sickness and absconding. He almost issued 70 cheques and there are 11 criminal cases in a single court. Request Home minister to take up this matter on urgent basis and put V.Bhaskar reddy & T.R Reddy behind bar, before they escapes.
V.Bhaskar reddy vacated his house in kanakapura road, now he moved to undisclosed address. Ostensibly he is doing some vastu corrections to his kanakapura road house. Security at his house, now do not give the new address, but they say he will come back in 1 month time. The truth is that his kanakapura address is well known to customers and police. So, he went into hiding .If he does not appear in court next time, there will be non bailable warrant on him. Already there are frequent visits by police to his kanakapura residence, hence the escape. It is all the more important to approach police to keep tabs on these fraudesters.

I have written to CMs office at this email id [protected]@kar.nic.in about V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy cheating in the name of Aiswarya projects/presidency group. They in turn asked the Joint Commissioner of Police crime to take action on these two cheaters. Please write to CM on this email id giving details about how V.Bhaskar reddy cheated us and request for police action on these cheaters.
Today on 20 jan, V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy are at VIII session court, bangalore waiting to be heard by the Judge on the Cheque bounce case. In the past hearing they absconded and hence court issued non baialble warrant on both of them. This time, police made sure he attend to the court. Two police from Basaveswara nagar police are also present.
Today, in the criminal court, V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy have been scolded by the Judge in cheque bounce case that they are theives and mentioned that she had seen their scam on TV9, she knows all about them. She also scolded them for not attending the court for 8 months even after Non bailable warrants even though they were in bangalore. I should thank, whoever put effort to get this news onto TV9. Even the Police, apparently, started taking our complaints seriously and ensuring these two attend to the court. Both Basaveswara nagar and CCB police were present in the court today. V.Bhaskar reddy offered to pay 10.5 lakhs, he originally issued cheque for 13 lakhs. we refused the offer as it is not acceptable after what we had gone through. One must not forget to what extent these two cheated customers in bangalore. How he tricked us of hard earned money, and how rudely he and his staff behaved. They caused enormous damage to our investments, mental agony. When we ran around his office and house requesting him to return our money, he gave arrogant replies. Now both V. Bhaskar Reddy and T.R Reddy ended up waiting whole day in the court and standing before the honoroubale judge. He cheated us, and now he ended up in the criminal court. Eventually, he will end up in jail, if he does not mend his ways and payup. It is only a matter of time, he will have to pay for his crimes in the end.

You must try every option available to get your money from V.Bhaskar reddy and his partner. High court case is a good option. i am ready to file High court case, if there is an option for me. You need to complain to Lokayukta, bangalore on Aiswarya projects and also police for not taking action.
I am Sanjeev and I am also duped. I have paid 4.5L for Aerozona and 4L for Sree Enclave during 2007 year end. Have been struggling and tired of follow ups from past two and half years to get the money back but in vain.
I am ready to join a group to fight for justice.
