Especially to people of Secunderabad do not Purchase any Items from PCH Hyderabad they are cheatersamd misguide people. Also Finance people (Bajaj Finance) over there are less educated and not qualified. They say something and do something other than words.
If at all individuals are purchasing Items from PCH they would invite trouble.
This is the website that has pictures of V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy of Aiswarya projects/presidency group. Beware of these two, they might appear with different company names or as partners to other real estate companies.

yes iam also one of the victim and i agree that strong and serious action should be taken against the reddy brothers.these people are still free and have opened up offices throught their sources and still operating under diffrent name and even thought there is alot of complains loged against them stern action has not been taken yet.i also hae payed abt 7.85lac against a property @bidadi.its true these people are still scot free n have house in banglore.if we as a coomon person have so much information on them why dont the authorities do something on this???
Today, Basaveswara nagar police failed to arrest V.Bhaskar Reddy and T.R Reddy of Aiswarya projects/presidency group and could not produce them in court as per the court warrants in Cheque bounce case. Basaveswara nagar police submitted to the court that they could not trace these two and they are absconding, which is unbelievable. Court again issued arrest warrants on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy of Aiswarya projects/presidency group. Everyone knows that these two cheaters are in Kanakapura road, Kuvempunagar, Shresta one. Present police commissioner said that he would arrest these two cheaters, we have to wait and see how much time, the present commissioner would take. Obviously there is no law and order in Yeddyurappa government. Police does not do their duty but take salaries from the tax payers money and above that support the criminals. This is the state of affairs in bangalore Police. Basaveswaranagar CI has been tracking this case for the past 2 years, FIRs filed, but so far he could not make any progress. That is the pathetic state of Police in Bangalore. They have IPS degrees but what is the use of them. Shame on Bangalore police, who can not do any justice to the public.
V.Bhaskar Reddy locked up his house in Kanakapura road and absconding. Do anyone know his present address?
I have gone and lodged complaint recently. CCB Police Inspector Shri Srinivas is investigating the case. Bhaskarreddy has been arrested already and police is about to produce him before the court shortly. Those who have not yet lodged the complaint can do at the earliest. let us hope for a justice through CCB.

That is some good news smitha. Even we went to Inspector General of police karnataka, he said he would arrest these two. He infact, taken the case files from ADGP, and wanted to hand over to CID, that is when the CCB started acting on the case. we went personally to V.Bhaskar Reddy's house, but his place was locked up. Mr Srinivas told us that V.Bhaskar Reddy was absconding and they were tracing his car, by that time T.R Reddy was already in custody. So it must have been today that V.Bhaskar reddy was arrested. We have been struggling with the police for the past one and half year to get justice. we have paid 7.5 lakhs in the year 2007, ever since it was a nightmare, every day we were worried how we got cheated by these crooks. Police must confiscate V.Bhaskar Reddy's and T.R Reddys properties and settle the customers money. It is too late and such people must not be allowed to do anymore business again. They have put us through so much sorrow and treated us so inhumanly. I just invested the money but ended up going to courts every month and tracking these cheaters as they do not come to court.
Smitha, we checked with Srinivas of CCB, he is saying that V.Bhaskar Reddy is still absconding. But we are sure about T.R Reddy as we have seen the CCB police arresting and Confiscating his properties and giving a warning to them. we have seen this in person. At that time V.Bhaskar Reddy was on the run and police were trying to trace his car. Is it that Mr. Srinivas does not want to inform anyone? How are you sure about arrest of V.Bhaskar Reddy. Anyhow, we will continue our fight until he get arrested and pays for his cheating and get our money. we have arrest warrants with us. Let us see how far CCB does its duty.
V.Bhaskar Reddy is still on the run and absconding. T.R Reddy is in CCB custody and he will be produced in court.
V.Bhaskar Reddy has been produced in court and the bail has been rejected and he will be in police customer until 24th June 2011. He has to now eat jail food.He is in tears. He is now repenting and he says it is V.Bhaskar Reddy who has been adament and stuborn not to return the money. T.R Reddy has 2 daughter and he says it is his partners who cheated him. The main culprit V.Bhaskar Reddy has been on the run and absconding.

Again T.R Reddy managed to get bail. Hope both get arrested again and go to jail.
It may be tonight the CCB police will bring V.Bhaskar Reddy to Bangalore. It is advisable for all the victims, especially the people with warrants on V.Bhaskar Reddy, to approach CCB to execute their warrants. CCB might be able to handover V.Bhaskar Reddy to whomever comes with the body warrant on V.Bhaskar Reddy. we know there are some warrants pending in Subrahmanya pura police station, where V.Bhaskar Reddy's Bangalore house is located.
