[Resolved] Army Medical Corps Records Lucknow — NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY SALARY & CREDIT BALANCE SINCE LAST ONE YEAR

Respected Sir,
I, No 15412102H, Nk (Nursing Asst) Pimparkar Sandip Rajaram of 1861 Lt Regt c/o APO.who is not getting monthly salary since last ONE YEAR I was AWL from 22 Sep 10 becoz of my family commitment,I was rejoined on 13 Nov 10 at AMC C&C Lko, then I took to the same unit. However discipline case already been finalized on 05 Apr 11, Part II order of rejoining & Punishment awared has been published & sent to the AMC Records and PAO (OR) as well.(Part II order no- REJAWL- 0/1861LR/0004/201 dt 19 Nov 11, & PUNISHMENT-0/1861LR/0004/2011 dt 25 Apr 11) but still I did not get my monthly salary wef Oct 11, thousand times I made phone calls to Liason cell (AMC Records) but they always says that, next month you ll get your salary and credit balance My unit & myself had corrospondance with you for the same a) Sig no A 3078 dt 26 Jan 11, 20:18:21 b) Letter no 323502/X/A dt 25 May 11 c) DO Letter no- 308701/145/A dt 18 Jun 11 (written by co) and finally I had sent personal letter to no 15412102/Personal/ PSR/2011 dt 13 Sep11 then I got one Lac from my credit balance, I thought that, from next month regulary I ll get my Monthly salary & credit balance but in this month I did get even one rupee, so called to Liason cell spoke to Hav Naidu, again I requested him to short out my problem, he answerd me like that, Where you want to go and complaint, you can, that is not in our hand. Now I would like to ask your kind honour that, where I ll go, sir am very frusteted becoz of this all, Please help me out and look in to the matter and start monthly salary and credit balance at earliest. An early action will be highly appreciated. My family and myself ll be very greatful to your act of kindness. Thanking you sir . Yours Faithfully

My JC-691092A Ex-Sub(Clk) Amrith Kumar Thodiyel, retired from Army Medical Corps Records on 01 Oct 2008 (FN). Presently I am staying in Pune. Since last five years, am getting less pension compared to my Junior Subedars retired alongwith me. I had written to Records Office, regarding this, asking explanation or exact amount of Pension actually I am due. I would like to inform you that whenever, I got my arrears of pension, I did't get any details about it that how much pension increased in what bases. Simply, increased in bank account. You had to send the details of the pension, then only I can compare to my existing pension and ascertained whether it is wrong or correct. Moreover, I have not received my REVISED PENSION PAYMENT AUTHORITY so far, which I can not understood. Now, almost 5 years has been lapsed, but Record Office and CDA (P) Allahabad has not been successful to send the Revised PPO as well as any reply to the Retired Army Personnel who have in the edge of old age, but once they were young and in the front of troops to protect our Nation, instead of speaking in Darbar/Public that we have reached in the top of automation and we can do anything in Finger tips for our troops. In view of the above, once again, I reiterated to send the reply immediately.

Sir Iam fwd an appl to PAOR at four times, (313003/HQB/03/A dt 25 Jan 2012, 313002/HQB/09/A dt 07 Mar 2012, 313002/HQB/11/A dt 08 Apr 2012 and 313002/17/A st 28 May 2012) but not get any response by PAOR, many times I made phone calls to Liason cell (AMC Records) but they always says that, next month you ll get your fund, sir iam facing great difficulty, my house construction is totally stopped.i request to you, please rectified my complain at the earliest.

1. I, JC-219930P (Ex Sub/Clk) Nand Kumar Mishra, Retired from service on 30 June 2000(AN). Presently I am serving with central govt in Ministry of Home Affairs and will retire on 30 November 2012(AN) on attaining the age of superannuation. To process my pension documents information regarding encashment of leave with my previous service is required. So far I remember I have encashed only 210 days of my Annual Leave. As such I am authorised to encash remaining 90 days of Annual Leave in my present service.

2. In this regard I have submitted two applications since May 2012, but till date I have not received any response from your office.

3. I, therefore, request your kind honor that an extract from RO AMC(Gen) Pt II order
under which casualty regarding encashment of my annual leave can be found published, may please be forwarded to me on my permanent address at the earliest please.

The discharge book is very essential to show the identity of an ex-serviceman in various field. It is therefore, requested to kindly return the book without further delay.
