I, Ex Hav S Mahendran retired from Army on 30 Apr 2014. I have received the PPO No. S/23160/2014(Army) dated 07 Apr 2014. Till date I have not received any intimation from your office. Sub: Complaint against Mr Ram Kumar and Cfn Rao Jha army soldiers working in Chetak Extension No.2 Near Barnala Road Bathinda Cantt. 151004, both using arbitrary power It is respectfully submitted that I am an Exserviceman aged about 72 years old. On dated[protected] at 11.00 AM, I with my son went to Chetak Extension No.2 Near Barnala Road Bathinda Cantt. 151001 for purchase of necessary household items. and liquor Because I am in old age I can not drive and carry the load. so my son helps me. I went into the chetak Extension No.2 for Purchase of liquor. At the gate of canteen both the above said person stopped us and said only I will go inside. My son can not go. I requested them that I could not lift weight. Further I have poor eyeseight so my son will purchase items and carry the weight but both these officials made fun o[censored]s and insulted us and ordered me that if you could not lift weights you could not shop in canteen. When they did not agree, I have bought liqour alone and because of poor eyeseight I not only purchased wrong item but also I could not carry the weight, the bottle broke also. Both these officials also used wrong words and misbehaved with us. Sir it is not first time, I have also complained in 2011 when the gate keepers at canteen shops not allowed my wife to come inside. Sir how an old man can shop alone. He should have somebody to help him like his son. Sir we pay the smart card fees and follow the rules and regulations then why these officials misbehave and insult us. Sir, this is a case of absolute insult of senior citizens and Ex Serviceman who served his prime youth for serve his country. Kindly check this matter and provide justice to us. Subject: Misbehavior from the staff for the 2nd time
Dear Sir,

I am holding a loan account from your Eranakulam branch with the proposal number[protected] and am facing misbehavior from your staff for the second time.

One girl called my wife and told me to remit the EMI and my wife asked to her to provide the account number to transfer the amount, as my mother had a surgery last week and she is unable to move without some ones help, hence she said that she will make the payment through the nearest bank in my place and am not able to come to the office, as i am working in Indian Army, and my wife is staying at home with my mother and 12 year old son.

My self had submitted cheques for EMI and your staff calculated the EMI at 11% at the time of final payment from our end and later (after some days) the girl called my wife and told that they are not able to present that cheque as the interest rate was 11.35% at final payment time, even my self accepted the conditions and we told to your staff to present the existing cheque and will make the remaining difference amount together when I comes or my brother back from his working place, Without accepting any of my request they suggested to make the payment every month as interest and we are following their instructions, but this time the girl who called to my wife and shouted like a psycho for the 2nd time. In march I was not able to make the payment and my wife called to confirm the amount with the interest that time also the same girl shouted to her. Being a customer I feels very bad and decided to rise a complaint against this matter, and now its almost 45 days completed after raising the complaint to the complaint cell, before getting a proper feed back yourpeople send a legal notice to me and my wife, also send to my brother who is the guarantor for the deal

Respected Sir,

I am a dependent of a Defence Personnel and an INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS (IDDM) patient from past 11 years.

I have been getting proper medicine always. But from some couple of months in 2014, there is extreme shortage and unavailability of drugs like Insulin, which is a LIFE SAVING drug. Insulin is a very essential drug without which life would be hampered.

Right now I am using HUMALOG PEN. I don't know whether, it is shortage or some kind of adjustment, that every time I am given lesser insulin injections than what the Endocrinologist has prescribed me. To make it to the prescribed doze, I have to buy it from the market from quite a time. Well the thing doesn't end here, the shortage keep on increasing and so as our problems. And now, the assistants at the medical store say that HUMALOG PEN unavailable. To add in it, my doctor also switched me to the PRIMITIVE INSULIN INJECTIONS (mixtard) which is not extensively used now, and also not that efficient. The problem is that I used to use this primitive injection (mixtard) 8 years ago and was switched over to HUMALOG PEN under strict medical supervision, and since then I am using HUMALOG only and my body has too adapted it. Now again changing the injection is not Healthy.

When the world is progressing towards the newer developments, then why ARMY MEDICAL SERVICES is going back to the primitive medications. This was to bring this ongoing problem to your notice. Kindly look into the matter, whatever be the issue is, as u know better what could be done to get out of this drug crisis as soon as possible. It would be of great help for me and for other patients too.

sir my brother working in indian army. now he is posted in 15CSR (J&amp;k), sir now he suffer so much of mentally problem and physically problem also. He will be posting order for Ambala, now my house condition is very serious, my mother is a sugar and heart patient she admit in hospital and father not able to doing any thing else for his oldness. when my brother shaikh abdul kayum apply for leave, their superior shout on him bad language and transfer him to near by unit as a bad intention to punish him. I have a salary account in axis bank. 6 months prior I lost my credit card, blocked it and applied for new card from nearest branch. Since last 6 months I have not received the card. I have spoken to branch manager, costumar care, applied on line but not yet received. Without card it is very difficult for transactions. The problems are I am serving in Army, My account is in Ambala Cantt. Due to frequent transfers I rome from each and every place of the country. Presently I am posted in Babugarh one of the remote place in UP of Dist-Hapur, PIN-245201. Being salary account I have to move 20 kms from Babugarh to Hapur for transactions through cheques as there is no nearest AXIS BANK. I Have even changed my residential address on my account. Please help me to get my card at the earliest. I will be ever greateful to you for this act of kindness.

Am writing this to u to share the problems given by my brother in law Mr.S.GOVIND NAIK, a army sepio, to my sister -jyothi(having 2 sons). he is at present working at indian army ahmadabad( gujrat) Mr S.Govind Naik, use to stay away from family from past 4 years.. I No[protected]Y Sep/SKT Anil Kumar of AMC. I can't introduces my self in previous emails. Sir i was enrolled into Army in 09/03/1996 and SOS from MH Jhansi on 23/06/2005. When i was posted in MH Patiala i m suffering from a psy patient, i was admitted in Command Hospital, Chandimanir, by the doctors of command hospital i was diagnosed as a case of ADJUSTMENT REACTION. After that my posting is comes to 336 Field Ambulance, from field ambulance i go to upgrade my low medical cat. at MH Jabalpur, i was upgraded. Between this period Lt Sanjay Khanna is posted in 336 Field Ambulance. I have very Good knowledge of computer as well as my trade work. In this regarding i got a Diploma in Material Management from Jabalpur. Lt Khanna has also Good knowledge of computer also, HQ 36 Inf Div released the fund for the local purchase of computer worth Rs 1.33Lack. But Lt Col Khanna purchased only two pc from this fund, this is totally illegally purchased by him, i object for that. After that he having too much jellies with me . Out of two pc, he take one new pc exchange with their own pc this also too much illegal, i want to stop that but in vain. Within jellies he talks to doctor to make me a case ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE SYNDROME through MH Jhansi, 1st doctor downgrade my medical the Name of Doctor is Maj Mamta Sood. Than my medical board held in M H Sagar. After a few days later Lt Khanna again fill my AFMSF-10 UNSATISFACTORY and approach to Maj Mamta Sood of MH Jhansi to released me from Army as soon as possible WITH A CASE OF ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE SYNDROME. than i was SOS from MH Jhansi on 23/06/2005. As per my previous medical history i was a case of ADJUSTMENT REACTION (RELAPSED). But Maj Mamta sood denied to release me with the case of adjustment reaction. Now. Sir i not getting any facilities provided by Army like canteen, ECHS and many more. PAO(OR) also not released my AFPP FUND till date and also not getting any benefits of 6th pay commission. It is submitted in your kind consideration and favourable action. I have two school going kids they are also suffering the jellies of Lt Col Khanna. You may also check my AFMSF-10 ( 3 times filled) in 1st case adjustment reaction, my CO fill AFMSF-10 VERY GOOD. Sir this case is totally against me. A light of of positive hope of my case is looking from your side. Keeping in the view of above a positive response is looking from your side.

Dear Sir, My father later shri Jaiwantrao Yallappa Bansode was last withdrawn his military pension on June 1999 in his present from SBI Sangli Branch Code:0471 (MICR:[protected] Now my monther Kusum Jaiwantrao Bansode applying for coninuing the military pension as a nominee. We have misplaced the record of last pension withdrawn. We have to submit the details to army office duly authorised by the related branch of SBI. You are kindly request to advice on the same. Non Refund of Excess Income tax Assessment Year 2010-11 I, HMT Kushalpal Singh, filed my Income Tax Return for Assessment Year 2010-11 with ITO, GHQ Ward 4 (1), Pune and ITR V acknowledged No [protected] fwd to CPC Bangalore and recd ITR V by CPC on 30 May 2013. After more than three month ITR transfer out of CPC to Jurisdiction Assessing Officer income tax office on 05 Sep 2013 (my Jurisdiction/local office is ITO WD 4(1) GHQ Pune). Complaint against corruption in Army saving tainted Lt Colonel Ramendra Dutt Sharma IC- 54524P posted in Firozpur cantonment Punjab- judicial court framed charges u/s 33, 341, 392 & 34 of IPC & Supreme Court of India confirmed the cognizance u/s 323, 341, 384 & 120IPC. High Court of Rajasthan Jodhpur confirmed that he conspired for extortion. The summery of the case is- The judicial court of Ajmer framed charges against this officer IC- 5452P u/s u/s 33, 341, 392 & 34 of IPC and bailed him out with heavy security. The district and session court confirmed the legality of charges on the revision of this accused (published in Hindustan Times Jaipur edition dates 9 August 2013) The accused IC – 5452P is also facing charges of extortion and criminal conspiracy in judicial court. The Rajasthan High Court Jaipur and then Supreme Court of India maintained the cognizance against the accused in 2009. The Rajasthan High Court of Jodhpur in 1019/ 2005 order dated 20 December 2011 clearly stated that he used the signed blank papers to file false complaints. the support of the army is- The accused IC 5452P use army organization for threatening witnesses who have filed affidavits in the concerned court. The accused recently threaten me- the victim for murder to withdraw the cases. The army organization also sending certificate of the accused IC- 5452P in courts and also stating that the accused is busy in operation to save the country and therefore unable to attend the dates. the question is- Whether an army officer charged by the court in such heinous crime could serve the nation perfectly? Whether the army cantonments are made for officers to conspire to temper the witnesses as the Ajmer and Nasirabad cantonments are used by the accused IC- 5452P ? Whether the Indian army does not initiate explanations from such tainted officer who influence civil authorities on behalf of martyrs? .
