PF not settled — PF not settled

To the concern authority

This is regarding PF claim not settle, Delhi north branch claim subbmitted by Manpower consultancy for Prashant Soni PF no DL/24754/33721 which the consultancy submitted on 24th Sep, 2009 after constant follow up, kindly any concern to this please help me out to release the said as early as possible otherwise it will be taken upto the higher authority as i have all the evidence related to it.

aviva life mislead customer by not printing any type of charge in policy documents and not mentioned that they are not followed the IRDA rule for minimum of three year payment will continue police without paying further installment

I WAS WORKING WITH THE CO FOR THE CHANNEL BANCAASSURANCE FOR INDUSIND BANK
I WAS TOLD TO RESIGN ON NOVEMBER 2009,I HAVE RESINED ON THE LAST MONTH I HAVE EARNED THE INCENTIVE OF APPROX.RS 100000/-BUT CO HAD DENIED TO PAY THE SUM ON ASKING THE CO.THEY TOLD ME THAT AS YOU HAVE RESINED YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INCENTIVE HOW FAR IS IT OK

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. You can check the status of your PF online on the PF portal epfindia.com.

As informed by the HR team, you have to submit a signed cancelled cheque, which is mandatory in case of withdrawal of PF. You have not yet submitted it. Request you to submit the cheque at the earliest.
