Life insurance

I am Dr. A.K.Basu, Associate Professor in Raghunathpur College, Purulia, WB, PIN-723133. I purchased one policy in the name of my wife Mrs. Sumita Basu paying Rs. 3000(three thousand only) as initial premium (Policy No.EPG1165036, Dt, 30.9.2005). Next premium I paid Rs.6000(six thousand) but the receipt bears a new policy no.-NNU11137124. Not providing death claims detail

Customer service is horrible. This policy takes lot of money in return they give pathetic service to customer. I called five time just to understand how top up things work. I advise not to invest any money in this company. when there time they will not help you. I don't know why sachin advitizing this pathetic company....
