One executive from Aviva called and made me to pay half yearly premium for assured sum of Rs. 50, 00, 000 of term insurance after verifying gross income and other details. But, after 3 days, I getting mails from aviva, saying that they can offer only Rs. 30, 00, 000. And no proper response for my queries in the mail, and no calling me either regarding this. Customer service is horrible. This policy takes lot of money in return they give pathetic service to customer. I called five time just to understand how top up things work. I advise not to invest any money in this company. when there time they will not help you. I don't know why sachin advitizing this pathetic company....
