      Respected sir, mam. I had taken life insurance policy from shriram life insurance and policy was issued on 15 sep 2017.. But unfortunately my father was ill and hospitalize on 19 sep 2017 so i need the money for his treatment and i gave written statement about my policy cancellation with written complaint.. After that i had send so many mails and phonecall to cancel my policy but they did not revert back and did not shown any response.. I need money very much and ascsoon as possible plz help

        Dear All,

        I Ruby Samuel taken a policy from indusand bank Thiruvalla Kerala for a premium of 2 lakhs per year, 2 years back first year i received the policy document after that there was no communication came from the bank or aviva to my address or email id. As iam working abroad i tried to contact the executive iam not geting him on his phone.

        Please send me the outstanding details of my policy as early as possible.

          I am Dr. A.K.Basu, Associate Professor in Raghunathpur College, Purulia, WB, PIN-723133. I purchased one policy in the name of my wife Mrs. Sumita Basu paying Rs. 3000(three thousand only) as initial premium (Policy No.EPG1165036, Dt, 30.9.2005). Next premium I paid Rs.6000(six thousand) but the receipt bears a new policy no.-NNU11137124. When I paid another premium of Rs. 3000(three thousand) another new policy was issued (Policy No.-REG1564286). All such policies are issued by Asansol Kumarpur office. I visited there times without number but they did not pay any heed to my several requests to settle the matter so that I could continue my policy premiums.
          I thought that my hard toiled money is cheated.
          But to my utter surprise I started to receive several calls from 27.4.2017 onward that I could get my money back if I visit your office in Sector 5 in Salt Lake, Kolkata. In response to repeated calls I visited that office on 11.5.2017. They told me to deposit further Rs.20, 000(twenty thousand) immediately and I will get Rs.45, 000 (forty five thousand) in 120 days. I did not agree as I thought I could be deceived again.
          This is the brief note how I have been deprived of my honestly earned money.
          I request you to take immediate measure so that I could get the principal at least I have deposited.

            I submitted a death claim due to death md. Rafiqul islam, having policy no 10133253, policy commencement dtd-17/04/2014. The date of birth of the insurer was 28/12/1994. The said death claim was submitted through email but no respond till date please as soon as you see this mail reply me present status of policy as mentioned above. You reply be highly helpful for the deceased insurer family.

            Better you visit the concern insurance office in person to get proper information about your claim. If claim process not started just submit hard copy of supporting documents against claim with predated email. If they reject your application means complaint this to IRDA those who are regulating the insurance company.

              I was an advisor of Aviva life insurance company from 2006.but from 2013 I was an inactive.my code was60019475.if I was an inactive so I closed my salary account. But this year when I submit my ITR file I saw that Rs 175000 I earned from commission. Though my account was closed so from where I get my commission? Plz reply me as soon as possible. I attach tds copy here.

                The complaint is regarding my aforementioned policy # against my agent "mani pratap singh - mobile #- [protected].

                This is to inform you that i started my first communication for the policy on january 28th, 2015 and afterwards, on april 9, 2016 with respect to loss of my policies, i contacted him again.

                To elaborate, since last almost two years, that this person (So called agent of mine) sold me the policy, i have been trying to contact him and pleading him to come at my residence to guide me in surrendering the policy as first thing. Also to mention that he misguided me when he first narrated the benefits of the policy and then was in a haste that i choose the policy under pressure within a day's time with an exceeding minimum amount that was needed to invest.

                I also have recorded all the messages since then in my phone.

                - as mentioned, the first communication was with respect to the loss of policy document where i wanted his help and asked him to complete the formalities for me to get me the hard copies of the policies. He continued to fool me around by giving me false hopes that he will come and will help me get done with all the formalities to retain my policies, but never showed up or called back, despite of reaching out to him a several times.

                - then one fine day i get a call saying,"madam, my promotion is due, can you please kindly pay your premium and i will get bonus points for that"to which i responded that i do not wish to carry on with my policy and moreover you never came up to help me get back the hard copy of my policy, so could you please first fix this and then we talk about the premium as i do not even have my policy on e-mail (All thanks to him, that he got my e-mail id recorded as wrong in the first place, at the time of submitting the prerequisites of the policy.)

                - i asked him and called him again and again to at least update my details which included my (Correct e-mail id, phone number and residential address) on aviva's system so that i get all the information handy and get updates from the company, but he again played a deaf ear on my requests and till date these requests are pending.

                I would like to put forth series of events that shows his misconduct towards me as his client and carelessness towards his duties:

                1. After calling him starting from april 9-2016, several times and requesting him to get my address and phone number changed for the policy (As i got married), he ignored me and stopped answering my calls further;

                2. He even got my e-mail id recorded as"wrong e-mail id" due to which i stopped getting all the important information from the company and despite of requesting him to get my correct e-mail id recorded in the system, he ignored my calls and requests;

                3. Later on he stopped answering my calls and then coming back with a message stating that he just got married recently or he is out of town and he will not be able to help me any further;

                4. There has been 3 to 4 incidents since then that i have asked him to follow up with my pending policies, he never came in person to meet me and denied helping me further.

                5. After keeping much patience i told him that i am unable to go to the head offices as i am pregnant with 8th month, i also gave him a warning that if he do not turn up to help me i will escalate the matter, he again fooled me around, freezing my whole day as i kept waiting for him till evening but he decided to switch off his mobile and run away from responsibilities. Date - december 18, 2016.

                The gist of the matter is, first he fooled me and my family by putting forth false benefits of the policy and once i signed the document he disappeared from the scene. He very well knew our financial condition and that i was getting married in july 2015, he still forced my family to get the policy and promised that he will guide us on every phase come what may. Along with this policy, he also promised to help us come in alignment with my other two policies with aviva, as the agent who was allotted to us then had resigned and he had taken over in his place.

                With all the false promises, misleading and betraying the client agent relationship, i wish to complaint the matter further in urgency so that strict action is taken against his behavior and i get some kind of compensation against the torture and harassment that i have to face in all these years.

                    This is to convey that in 2015 I was intimated on phone that being a customer of having fine records of transaction with HDFC Credit Card, my name was selected for a Holiday package. There were several calls on my phone which were to describe attractive offers as well as guarantee of fine services.
                    Knowing that this package is linked with a well established name like HDFC, I was dead sure for any bad experience. I agreed and Rs.7999/ were deducted from my HDFC Card.
                    This year we wanted to avail the facility and called the customer care about the other procedures and whatever I was advised I did that, filled the forms and sent D/D of Rs.499/ to them. Simultaneously I sent them an e-mail too.
                    There was no response, still at this moment there is no return mail from the sales department by which I could not the state of my reservation of hotels. I made several phone calls to them, but it seems the lady at the reception has been strictly instructed to not to reveal names of the higher officers/in-charge or give their phone number to contact. She everytime said that she would forward my mail to the higher authority.

                    Today is 4th October and we will be reaching Haridwar and there is no trace of any reply from this place as to whether my hotel has been booked or not at Mussoorie.
                    When I rang to the sales/customer care, The lady talked in very suspicious manner and told me that my last date has expired though the last date of sending my request was 10th October.

                    I got suspicious about the deal and when I went through internet I got to read several complaints against this Sirra Deal company. Since I have no time to rely any more on this Sirra, I am getting my hotels booked in Haridwar, Dehradoon and Mussoorie through Goibibo.

                    I therefore request your company to cancel the deal and refund the whole amount of Rs.7999/ and Rs.499/.-

                      I have been associated with aviva for last years as a term insurer (i protect) for Rs. 1, 20, 00, 000. my insurance lapsed in 2013 . I wanted a fresh policy and they told me that insurance can not be re instated rather you can opt for newer one . after paying my premium and medical test (which was free of cost) and submission of pay slip . they stated that i am not eligible for policy rather i will have to go for 30, 00, 000 with different premium. on making complain and asking for cancellation they are quoting that they will deduct the amount of medical cost . asking repetitively why they say that is their policy . Again asking about why i am not eligible for sum assured of 1, 20, 00, 000 they said its financial analyst work. on threatening they stated that i had policy which is not lapsed yet and sum assured has been reduced to that reason . i am feeling cheated and mental harassed and against their promise . they kept my money and now asking for medical expenses for cancellation . I had medical, gave blood, took hardship from busy schedule and now i have to listen all such craps ..

                        under instructions and on behalf of my client Mrs Mamta Rani Resident of 1932/114, St. No. 13, Gandhi nagar, Back side Chand cinema, Post office Shivpuri, Ludhiana 141008 holder of Aviva life insurance company limited, Policy no. WLG 1585670 with its client ID 1171435, frequency annual premium amount 10, 000/- with branch Ludhiana, agent code Y0516210, I, Raj Kumar Karir advocate serve you notice with the followings

                        That my client is the holder of above said policy i.e. no. WLG 1585670 with Aviva life insurance company limited.
                        That it is pertinent to mention over here that the mother of my client Usha Rani is also policy holder no…. WSG 1566125 commenced dt. 24 may 2007 and my client is regularly paying the premium of the said policies and this year the premium for policy no. WSG 1566125 has been paid with total required premium and then my client visited the Aviva life insurance company limited regional centre at Firoze Gandhi Market Ludhiana and where she contacted executives / employee working with Aviva Life insurance Company ltd. She inquired about the growth of the funds invetsed in Aviava Life Insurance Company Ltd. and after inquiry, she shocked to know about the status of policy no. WSG 1566125 that the amount has been paid total amounting to Rs. 1, 00, 000/- ( one lac ) by my client to aviva life insurance company Ltd. and after a span of ten years period of paying regular payment in the form of Premium of 10, 000 each year, rather the Aviva life insurance company limited company will have been paying only 85, 000/- against the paid total premium 1, 00, 000/- on next year .
                        That the executives present in the office further stated that Aviva life insurance company limited will not be paying any interest on the total premium paid 1 lac against the said policies to my client . The executive further stated that after deducting some charges from the policy total premium of amounting to Rs. 1 lac, an approximately 85, 000/- shall be paid on next year against the maturity of policy no. WSG 1566125.
                        That this statement of executive of Aviva life insurance company limited has shaken the faith of my client on the Aviva life insurance company limited. Further my client came to know from the aggrieved present in the regional office of Aviva Life Insurance Company Ltd. that all these fraudulent have happened with them also.
                        That now my client has decided to paid up the second Policy no. WLG 1585670 for which the premium required to be paid for further 25 years which she came to know about the term of 25 year only after the first receipt of policies paper . whereas this 25 years term was not disclosed at the time of filling the form of Policies by the sale executives and my client even complained of it to the sale executive /agent (agent code Y0516210 ) as my client has not seen any performance and increase or growth in investment in this aviva life insurance Company policies .
                        Hence my client is not desirous to pursue this policy no.WLG1585670 further as the executives aviva life insurance Company Limited has clearly stated that we are not bound by the statement of sales executives /agents . neither Aviva life insurance company limited have issued any written guarantee of maximum gain on the premium to said policies, Nor the aviva company will pay more than the invested amount alongwith interest at this stage of passing 10 year of Premium paid . The Aviva life insurance company limited shall not paid total amounting to Rs. 1 lac paid by my client against policy no. WSG 1566125, (The total one lac Rs. i.e. 10 premium amounting to Rs. 10, 000/- P. A of the said policy is already paid ) to aviva life insurance Company . further its executives stated to my client that Aviva life insurance company limited is not responsible for growth of amount deposited by the my client till today against the second policy i.e. WLG 1585670 even.
                        That it is worth mentioning over here that the sales executives at the time of Signing policy application form assured my client that the company will paid tremendous return on the premium amount invested in aviva life insurance company ltd. i.e. the sum of Rs. 10, 000 paid Per.Annum against policy no. WSG 1566125 for ten year will grow the 1 lac amount to 3.50 lac at least along with life insurance and further sales executive assured my client that on the completion of second policy no. WLG 1585670, my client will get more than 50, 00, 000/- (Rs.fifty Lac.) on the total premium paid to the aviva life insurance company ltd. for further 25 years period and in the end of 30 years duration. The sales executives has shown Sachin Tendulkar renowned Indian Cricketer is the Brand ambassadors of Aviva life insurance company limited and even sachin has shown full faith in the company through that Advertisement and sales executives has assured my client about the tremendous growth of invested premium in the policies of Aviva life insurance company limited . Only these promises and assuring words of guaranteed growth by the Sales Agent of Aviva life Insurance company Ltd. and assurance of tremendous return on investment has made the mind of client to invest in these Policies otherwise if my client knows the actual and factual status of present scenario of policies and Aviva life insurance company limited, she would never have invested her hard earned money in the policies of aviva insurance company ltd.
                        That it is also worth mentioning over here that the sale agent / executive of aviva life insurance Company had got signature of my client on printed format application paper of aviva life Insurance Company and my client (being house wife ) also signed the same in good faith only. Even the sales agents/executive had not disclosed the duration, terms and others conditions for the policies and filled the rest columns of the format form for application for life insurance policy himself lateron on the basis of documents and identity proof.
                        That My client came to know about the premium of 25 year to be paid lateron only after receiving the first premium receipt. But the sales executive/agent assured my client that she can paid up the policy any time and get the amount withdraw at any time after three year from the date of start of policy in the name of lock –in- period condition . my client had no knowledge of the technicalities of such type of aviva life Insurance policies . Hence a fraud had been played with my client at that time by the sale executive/agents of aviva life insurance company ltd.
                        That now today all the promises and words of sales executives/ agents of the Aviva life insurance company limited have proven false today when my client has come to know about the status of first policy of ten years of 10, 000/- Rs as premium amount Per Annum against policy no. WSG 1566125 i.e. total 1 lac amount already paid to Aviva life insurance company limited and the growth has not been shown at the date of maturity and rather the refund amount has been declared as 85, 000/- against the amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- paid my client to Aviva life insurance company limited after a span of Ten Year.
                        That my client is not desirous to follow the said policies .
                        Hence my client has been cheated by the sales executive/agents of aviva life insurance company ltd.

                        It is therefore notice you to paid up the policy no. WLG1585670 immediately and refund the total premium amount along with interest for 10 years on the amount paid on policy and also manage to refund the first policy no. WSG 1566125 commenced dt. 24 may 2007 of 10, 000/- premium per annum for 10 ten years, total premium of which has already been paid my client to you timely and which is already in a mature period/stage, within 15 days from the date of this notice to you .
                        Failing which I have clear instruction from my client to file criminal complaints against all of you the Director /Executives/sales Agents/ for your fraudulent, mischievous act and conduct and knock the door of Civil and as well as Criminal Court of Law against the fraudulent, illegal act and conduct of Director/ agents / employee / sale executives for policy of Aviva life insurance Company Ltd. ..
                        As Policy seller/agents misguided and alluring / fascinating the public at large to invest the hard earned money of the public in Aviva life insurance company limited policy and make wrongful loss to the public by Aviva life insurance company limited through their fraudulent agents and its Directors,
                        and
                        Further for criminal breach of trust by merchant / Director / employee / Agents / etc. of Aviva life insurance company limited by using the funds of public at large and make wrongful gain to the Aviva life insurance company limited and wrongful loss to the public at large in the name of investment in Aviva Life insurance,
                        And
                        For cheating by Director/executives and its sales / agents / manager of Aviva life insurance company limited and thereby dishonestly inducing delivery of hard earned money of the public to Aviva life insurance company limited in the name of insurance premium and whose interest the offender (Director / employee/ agents /manager of aviva life insurance company Ltd.) was bound by law or legal contract to protect .

                          Dear sir,

                          This refers to a policy (#[protected] sold to my mother in year 2008 by an aviva insurance agent. We paid for this policy for 11 months @1000/- per month. Then suddenly the agent disappeared and she coincidently lost the policy document in home shifting. Upon realising after few months that the agent is not coming for collection of premium she approached the local branch office for discontinuation of the policy. However, the response which she received from the branch was very rude and disappointing. She were misinformed that she have to continue the policy for further 1 year 1 month. Unfortunately we were not in financial condition to continue the same which we communicated to them but of no use. On behalf of my mother i vinita anthony want to check the proper reason for this incident. Please find below the details of policy. Revert awaited.

                            I took a policy in year 2006 ( nehru place branch) . Rs 3, 00, 000/- cover for 10 year premium @ rs 30, 000/- annually. It was some life long unit linked growth fund.

                            Explained/assurances cum lures: minimum 10% annual return on capital investment in growth funds and minimum rs. 3, 00, 000/- bonus (Or more) in 10 years or rs. 5, 00, 000 approx; insurance cover of fund value or rs 3, 00, 000 lacs which ever higher ( minimum rs 8, 00, 000/-) ; 80cc benefits; no hidden expenses.

                            Complaint: 1. The company deducted whopping nearly rs.6000/- value of the units itsel[censored]nder various heads as expenses, which was not told in beginning at all, except 1% annually ( of premium) charges will be debited towards fund management, which was to be meagre rs 300/=.
                            2. Price of nav on dates premium paid for crediting units were purposely taken higher in order to cheat and allot less units.
                            3. Fund value is rs 3, 55, 000/- not even 4% return.
                            4.No confirmation of accured bonus after last premium was paid in 2015.

                            Note: Significantly it means out of Rs 30, 000/- premiun, approx Rs 5000/- to Rs 6000/=( Instead of Rs 300/- annually) was eaten away by the company every year or say Rs 60000/= in 10 years. So if this is converted into recurring FD @ say 10 % interest, it would yield Rs. 1, 00, 000/ minimum which the company saved/earned already indirectly. This was not at all discussed and thus amounted to cheating.
                            Even I am a victim of Aviva Freedom life DIS advantage policy.
                            Be happy at least you are at a profit. Most of my firends including me are at a loss of 20, 000.

                              I have received the letter Dt 16/03/1976 stating that my policy under the name of Mr Amit Khosla has been assigned to Mrs Jyoti Khosla.

                              This is bring to your notice that it's done without taking my permission. further direct you to take the necessary action and do a proper investigation and lodge a complaint against the brach manager under which this policy was issued.

                                  When I Had Purchase The Policy I Was Told That I Have to Pay Annually Premium of Rs.25000/- P.A For 3 Years, So I Had Already Paid Rs.25000/- Continually For 3 Years & Suddenly AVIVA has given me termination letter & cheque, So kindly give reason for termination of my policy. & kindly continue my policy because i am not defaulter, otherwise i will file case in Online Consumer Court.

                                        One executive from Aviva called and made me to pay half yearly premium for assured sum of Rs. 50, 00, 000 of term insurance after verifying gross income and other details. But, after 3 days, I getting mails from aviva, saying that they can offer only Rs. 30, 00, 000. And no proper response for my queries in the mail, and no calling me either regarding this. When i call Aviva customer care, they disconnecting the call in between.
