Customer service is horrible. This policy takes lot of money in return they give pathetic service to customer. I called five time just to understand how top up things work. I advise not to invest any money in this company. when there time they will not help you. I don't know why sachin advitizing this pathetic company.

    I also want to share an unpleasant experience with Aviva Life Insurance. A person known to me purchased Aviva Life Safer Plus Policy (which was a ULIP) in the year 2007 which was sourced through ABN Amro Bank. Initially, he was assured very high return rates and he was also told that he needs to pay premium for minimum 3 years and thereafter, he could choose to withdraw the policy and would get handsome returns on the premium paid. The premium was RS. 5Lacs per annum . However, when he stopped paying premiums, the policy was terminated and a surrender penalty of more than Rs. 2 Lacs was charged on the premium paid. So, instead of earning any benefit, more than Rs. 2 Lacs were lost from the premium paid. Though the fund value and NAV were much more at that time and there was no mention of any penalty at the time of purchase of policy. Aviva Life Insurance cheats people like this by not disclosing terms and conditions to the innocent customers who get duped by their banks acting on behalf of Aviva. Despite follow ups, letters and even legal notice sent to Aviva, there has been no action on their behalf. There should be some action taken against Aviva and even ABN Amro for sourcing such policies and misleading innocent customers.

      Mr. Arun Tyagi with employee ID : AV32438, is a very big liar and he misguide the customers...He misguided me also. Now he is not even talking to me properly.. I also compalint about him to Mr. Pankaj Khanna, but nothing has happened till date.. he is still misguiding the customers..

        My poicy number 01010168 /LLG1207481 and i surrender my policy on 12-july-2015 at chennai branch. How ever this insurance company dodging me to deliver the cheque. When i contact customer care they said that it will be deliver in couple of days. When i enquired in the branch, they said that they could not trace the cheque and donot any idea that where it gone. This is the was all insurance company in india cheating their customer because of the governing authorities show lot of leniency toward this company. These authority are working for suit and boot not for the genuine citizen of the country. I very much upset toward the super constitution behaviour of AVIVA insurance company.

Please be aware from such a fraud company... I already talked to Mr. Arun Tyagi, Bhupesh Sharma, Rahul Sharma their product expert nobody solved my problem... This company is fraud..

            I have a policy no RSG 1603667 with AVIVA life Insurance . I paid First Premium of 24000/-.After that i did not get any intimation from co. Now company representative told me your policy lapsed. Before lapsed they did not intimate me for that. How i get my money back or how I regularize my policy . It is true cheating by company. I am a poor person. For me my money is important . Kindly help me .

              I took a policy from Aviva life insurance on 21/06/2007(RSG1602647). I paid Six premiums as was advised, Till 2012. After 6 years, we discontinued paying the premium. Then nobody intimated us that our policy is getting lapsed and we will lose money. The company just kept quiet for three years, that is, 2013, 2014 and 2015. As soon as the due date was over, they sent me a check saying that my policy is auto foreclosed and the surrender value is Rs.99, 945 /- where my actual invested value is 1, 24, 037 /- . I was surprised to see this (9 long years later all I get is a foreclosure and the amount less than then my investment. Gross negligence from the organisation. After paying a total sum of Rs. 1, 08, 000 /- (one lakh eight thousand only) no one ever bothered to call nor let us know of any such events coming up. After making repeated calls to Aviva people, they all said the same thing, the policy is auto foreclosed. At last I am able to make complaints on customer care after on hold for more than 20 minutes and with a reply that nothing will gonna be happened that your complaint No. –[protected]. My hard earned money is eaten by such a fraud company. Now I don’t know, where to approach and what to do to get my money back. I have a big social network and here I take a solemn pledge, that I will Make sure no one I know takes any policy with this organisation(Aviva) as a tax saving option for their sheer lack of interest to guide and protect the hard earned customers money. Your guidance is highly appreciated

                My name is Krishna Kumari and I have subscribed one of Aviva policy TDW3105668. In August 2012 I went to RBS bank to open my previous bank account in regards to my PF money reimbursement. The bank executive denied to open my account as I did not have other active account and he wanted my account cheque. At that time it was urgent to have and RBS account. In mean time he trapped me that if I will take Aviva policy then they will open my Zero balance account. He said that after three years I can surrender this policy with nominal administration charges deduction. It was a miss selling to me as per the conditions that time. I did not wanted any life cover and just opened it for saving only. Now all my saving has seems to be stolen. I am not expecting hight returns as told but just my money back. I am not educated on insurance investment guidelines so, I was cheated easily. I am unemployed now and it is very hard for me to manage the premium. I visit to Aviva's Gurgaon Sec 14 office and I was shocked when asked for surrender. Your executive told me that If I surrender today then I will get something less then rupees 10, 000.00. However The premium I have paid till now is 47, 463.00. I also interacted customer service on e-mail but they keep saying same thing. It all means that I will be in loss in any condition. Please confirm if there is any better solution for me. Also confirm if I lodge a complaint at Insurance Ombudsman, then can something be done about it.

                  Aviva Policy No.TDW3054632, IN 2010, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) There was not Aviva Life Insurance Office. As Agent Told Me That it's Share Link Money And Dhan Vardhi Policy. Agent Told Me Wrongly that Any Time You can Surrender This Policy and you Can Take your Money Back. I Deposited 35996/- Half yearly installment 8999/- ( Four Installment)I Went Aviva Branch in 2013 to take my Money Back Their Branch Manager Told You will not get this Money Back. Because Your loc period is not completed. I Told Him your Aviva Agent in 2010 told me that any time you can get back this money. Why r u not Refunding my Money Back. You got loss to chose this policy. They told me like this many customers is suffering in aviva company. Please Help Zee Tv . I want my money with simple interest . if you Told to Aviva Company Not do wrong Business with Customer . I want my hardness Money Back. Aviva Company Not giving a one rupee note back.                     My self kaushik makwana from surat. I had applied for online term plan for one corer to Aviva life insurance company on 31 mach 2015 with application id is NUP75636372. I had disclosed my income to an executive of the company (Aviva) and confirmed that as per my income I am eligible for sum assured of Rs. 10000000 by them over the phone call made by them. Even after submitted my all documents company not inform me that i am not eligible for sum assured of Rs. 10000000. If at that time inform me i has been cancelled it. But now all medical test had done and now company reduce my cover as a reason of financial matter. Now i am not agree to continue with less cover and decide to cancel policy and asked to refund my hardest earned money, Company said that after medical test refund will deduct medical test expense . Please provide me an justice because if company inform me before medical test i would cancel and no rise any issue, it is a company's and it tale caller's mistake, why people suffering by wrong unfair trade practice.                       Dear sir, I Dalip sigh Yadav went to centurion bank in Dec. 2006 for personal loan. Centurion bank official told me that you must took an insurance policy for getting loan, so I took aviva life insurance policy. The official of bank was agent of this insurance. He told me that you pay for minimum FOUR YEARS after that it is your choice to pay or not this. He told me that I will get my amount on maturity date. In policy account statement policy term shows NA. I don't know the maturity date. I paid total 40000 from 2006 to 2009. On 18 April 2015 I received a call from Delhi Aviva life insurance to receive a cheque from nearest branch. The branch official Thane (mumbai) told that you will get only 21, 058 towards closing your policy. They closed my policy without informed me, there is not a call, email, phone or letter from viva life insurance that we are closing your policy. They closed and cut half of my amount for charges. I request him to reinitiate my policy but they ignore it. Sir please help me to solve this matter or i look for consumer court after your decision. Detail of my policy are as follows. POLICY NUMBER- WTG1402243 POLICY OWNER- DALIP SINGH YADAV POLICY TERM- NA POLICY FREQUENCY- ANNUAL(10000 PER ANNUAM) COMMENCENT DATE- 13 DEC.2006 RIDER(S) - NA SUM ASSURED- 2, 30, 000.

                        sir i rajoo kumar policy no LLG1154141 sir ldec2014 i deposit rs-7500/- cheque in favour of aviva life insurance india (punjab &sind bank ) in model town aviva branch & i fill some papers for change my address &signature this cheque dabit from my PSB a/c .but some days one cheque Axis bank send my address amt.7500/-(excess amt.pay ) but some papers requirured for signature change so signature change papers verify from Punjab and sind bank and papers & axis bank cheque handed over to aviva repregantative he say this cheque deposit so can not give another fresh cheque . sir 15/3/2015 my next preimium date but aviva insurance officers said your policy a/c not updated

                            This is to inform you regarding the mis-selling done to me by Aviva's representative, taking undue advantage of my trust and faith. (Ref - Pol No: TDW3054632). But I feel extremely sorry to say that false information had been conveyed to me at the time of sale, which in turn has put my hard earned money at stake now. AVIVA'S representative's mistake and breach of trust are costing me very heavy here. AVIVA'S agent informed me that this policy requires me to pay for 3 years, and the money can be withdrawn at the end of 3rd year with a return of at least 10% per annum for sure, may be even more. I guess it is needless to say how one would feel when on the verge of losing his hard earned money, that too with some unavoidable commitments lurking over the head. Last but not the least, I do not enjoy being taken for a ride like this. It was the trust in Aviva's brand name that made me invest with it, trusting their representative as the face of Aviva. But if any cold response will be reciprocated for my trust I surely cannot take it in the right spirit. And their agent's misdemeanor will only end up causing me to lose every bit of faith I had in Aviva. As of now, my demand is very simple. I wish to have my compensation right away, and as per the terms promised

                                I have taken one Policy for Saving but after five Installment I could not fill the insurance Premium due to unemployment. Before agent told me that any time you can surrender this policy and take your cash back then after five Installment . The Company is telling that we will not give money back. Sir what will you help . Aviva Life insurance I hate. If this type of work is doing in India that is not good.

                                    I have taken Aviva policy no. : LLG124978 after discussion with Aviva agent / manager. They have communicated me that after 3 years you can withdraw your money any time but better to withdraw after 5 years to get better return. After 5 years when I contacted Aviva to withdraw my money because of some personal reason then they told you have to give surrender charge INR 30000/- if you would withdraw your money. This was never told to me by Aviva executive (PARVEZ ANSAR) and manager (RAKHI SHARMA). I was in personal need to so did partial withdraw and stopped paying premium. The bank manager mr gambhir contected me on phone to investe in Aviva but i refused again he contected me when I went to bank to withdrow the money but I resused. Then one day on 19/7/06 mr gambhir along with one agent of Aviva Life insurence company came to my house and told me this is good for investment and if you invest what you have in your FD will fetch me good return, more that the F D. I have to pay the premium only for three years and then I will get the money with interest which will be 12% more then the FD. more over my huaband will get the rebate in income tax. The agent of Aviva filled up the form and told me to sign. I asked where you have written the name of my husband in the form he told me there is no colum for the name of the husband only the colum of name of the father. they assured me that my husband will get the rebate in income tax and i will be getting good return at the end of three year. They told me that even if you do not requir the full anount you can withdrow the part payment from the investment and I is mentioned in the agreement for vide para 16 that on forth year you can withdrow the part payment . I confirmed the same from Aviva on phone and then sent a written request to give me the part payment in the month May 2010 but no reply came from them I gave them the reminder in the month of Sept 2010 but no reply from them so I stoped paying premium. till that time I have paid rupees one lakh and seventy thousand only Rs.175000/=. On Februry 2012 I had a rude shock when Aviva declared that my policy is lapsed and i will not get any money without any intimation to me I t was really a heart breaking news and I have lost my hard earned saving by this cheater company. I havie invested my money of Rs.175000/- one lakh seventy five thousand only for six years without any return. I request you to get my money back with interest from this cheater company.                                         I went to Indusind bank pimpri-chinchawad pune branch to know about Fixed Deposit schemes where Mr., Priyadarshan Patil who was Relation Manager told about Aviva insurance policies of one time payment he told that you give me initial payment cheque and photo I.D.proof I have issued him cheque and I.D.photo proof of my self my daughter and my son and given six cheques on different dates and diffrent policies. He has not issued policy proposal forms but we have received policy documents .Te documents were signed( forgery ) by scaned from photo id . After one year WHEN I was getting SMS and phone calls from AViva insurance company I called him and told that AVIVA IS Demanding premium he collected the documents from me told me that he will rectify and will return the documents . When I was following him his phone was switched off and come to know from Indusind bank that he has left the job and he is absconded from the city . He has cheated in smart way to us .I requested AVIVA Insurance company to cancel the policies and return my money.
