[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have opened a SAVING A/C in axis bank my A/C no is: 9120 [protected] in the month of NOVEMBER 2012. Initially they haven't says that they will charge Rs. 280.90 for A/C opening. On this 15-DEC-12 they have deducted Rs. 280.90 as DrCard Issuance Chg [protected] from my A/C without prior information. Please look into my compaint and add this amount to my Account.

I am not having any credit card and I not asked for any credit card I am just having Debit card only My Axis Bank Branch is Churu, Rajasthan, India.

Axis Bank — CONSOLIDATED CHARGE FOR A/C

SIR I HAVE A PERSONAL ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK BIHAR SHARIF NALANDA BIHAR .MY AC BALANCE DEDUCT IN 1750 FOR CONSOLIDATED CHARGES IN[protected] AND 12.56%SERVICE TAX BALANCE DEDUCT 216.30 PLZ SIR REFUND MY DEDUCT BALANCE IN MY A/C

Axis Bank just deducted as follows from my account:

Consolidated Charges for A/c - 950.00

Service Tax @12.36% on Charge - 117.42

DrCard Annual Chg - 337.08

Now Wat does that supposed to mean..

Damn my new year plan jus got sabotaged by THIS

AXIS BANK IMPHAL BRANCH HAS DEDUCTED SUM OF Rs.2703 FROM MY SAVING A/C NO.[protected] FOR NON MAINTNANCE OF MINIMUM BALANCE.BUT I HAVE MAINTAINT MINIMUM BALANCE OF Rs.2500.
SO KINDLY TAKE REQUIRE ACTION

yes i have also the same problems for consolidated chrges for axis salary account they deduct 35.60rs and there is no any kind of information on their website that which kind of charges is this.

till now i haven't received any Login ID or ATM CARD yet . My name is Devender Singh from Gadag, Karnataka. Date of opening account is 16-01-13. Kindly check with them and get back to me Asap. You people are doing your job as an government employee. No one cares about the problem faced by Customer.

i have the same problem with Axis bank Mumbai mulund west branch on sept 24th 2012 they have debited 850 +105.06 service tax from my account as consolidated charges but i have not even used my this account for any kind of debited transaction from may 2012 till feb 2013

Axis bank is deducting consolidated charges 750/- and service tax @12.36 % without any information. What is going on how we could take this to into notice of GOVT. to stop his monopoly.

I hate this bank and will close A/c .

I have same issue they deducted 213Rs from my salary a/c bethought any information .and I asked to the bank they tolled me it, s consolidate charge.

Same Way Rs. 1350/- has been debited from my account along with Rs. 166 as Service Charge. What is the reason of this deduction. Can anybody know?

Yes Even I am facing the same issue. When I checked my A/C statement, It shows 561.80 Rs deducted as Consolidated DP Charges.
Though I am not sure why it has been deducted. But of course I would like to have my money back.

To axis bank,

Please refund my money whatever is deducted as consolidated DP charges till date from when I have opened my account in Axis bank.

There is one more issue not relevant to this topic but, I have applied for Cr card, submitted all document but not yet received the same
Could you please issue me the Credit card or return me my documents.

Dear All,

Same with me too. I have saving a/c in Axis bank. The bank deducted 750+92.7=842.7 Rs. from my account without prior notice or my consent. When I asked them they told me that it is account maintenance charges which are applicable quarterly if the account balance is not maintained with 10000.00 Rs.
At-least they should inform us through call or mail before deduction. It is ridiculous and I will definitely not going to continue with Axis bank.

i found that there is one debit transaction 'Consolidated DP Charges ---- INR 561.80'. When i created the demat account, i was told that no annual maintenance fee will

be applicable and will only be charged for any trading as part of brokerage charges and i haven't even activated my account. On 27th April 2013 without prior

intimation they have deducted the money from salary account linked to demat account.

My Axis Bank account number is [protected] operating in Sohna Road branch. This is completely injustice to the customers, its not the me all the employees in our

company who opened their dmat accounts are victims of this fraud.This is literally stealing money from customers with their fraudulent business tactics.I want my money

credited back to my account.

Axis Bank — tele calling on DND number

My number is in National DO not Disturb list but still I keep on getting calls from Axis Bank for personal loans and credit cards. I am getting calls from [protected]. Please look into the matter and take neccesary actions on the calling number.
