[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

I have an salry account. Now it is 29sept.2008 suddenly 600 rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c

Axis Bank — Netbanking not configured properly

I am an Axis bank customer from 2006. 3 years back, as part of secure banking system, I had opted for 1-touch device, which was provided by the bank and it was working fine. Almost 1.5 years back, the device was found faulty and I had requested the bank to provide me a replacement device for the same. It took me almost a year to get the replacement device, but as of now, the Netbanking team has not registered the new device for my account.

As a consequence, I can't login to my account and view/transact anything online. I am staying outstation, where as my base branch is in Bhubaneswar. I depend solely upon online transaction. For this I have followed up with the bank personnel for 2 months now. However, nothing has been done by the bank. I have even sent the screenshot of the error that I am getting, twice to the concerned persons.

I need this issue addressed immediately, as the bank is charging amount for the issue of replacement device. But, I can't use it, as they have not completely enable access for the device as part of their formalities. If they can't provide service for which they charge, why they are having that option?

Axis Bank — LATE DELIVERY

DEAR CONCERN,
I really feel awkward to say that courier picked up from branch to dispatch in the local area it will take minimum three days to deliver and to trace that with a pod the local people will not have any communication regarding the status

If this is the service you people are providing for a corporate tie up,then what about the position if we book directly

if this is the service you people continue,better stop the services because inspite of troubling the customers,strongly recommended to stop the services completly

Axis Bank — worst services

I am having Axis Bank's Platinam Card since last 3+ years and I am the regular user of the card.
But since then every month I have to face a new problem with them.
They took 6 to10 days to collect the checks from their ATMs.
And before it, customer has to send the reminder about the check dropping details etc.
After that only, they collect the checks and send the confirmation about check received.
And customer has to bear the late payment charges and all.
Because they made a mistake to tie up with Axis Bank.
They have worst services I? have ever seen. Please see the attachment. take a look of the Axis Bank's ATM.

Axis Bank AS Rao Nagar Branch — Savings account

I am a prefered banker with Axis bank AS Rao nagar . while being prefered banker , the relatonshp manager opened an account for my wife saying that is a special account and there is no need of maintaining a minimum balance in the bank. we deposited 5K in the bank of which my wife used few hundreds . off late we travelled outside and did not see the bank statement . upon our return we realised that in the name of minimum balance the bank started deducting 750+taxes =980 Rs per quarter .

My wife felt cheated and we raised an issue with the Relationship manager Mr Pavan of aXIS BANK (AS rao nagar Hyderabad ). he replied saying bank has deducted such a large amount for not maintaining the balance . we feel that it is hihly injustice to customer. when a bank does not pay 980 per quarter for the keepoing any minimum balance then how can it deduct such a high money. it is a clear case of siphonning customers money ...

Also when I have not selected any special account , then why should my wife account have the charges that too such a high charges that my wife has lost Rs 3600 in the name of charges .
Can she get a justice and get her refund back.

I have requested for the transfer of my account from Sikkim to Banagalore but its not happening from last 3 months. I have placed multiple requests and given the required documents many a times but still things are not happening. I am really tired and I want Axis bank to do the same at the earliest and also pay me the penalty for the mental harrasment due to this.

Axis Bank — wrong transaction on ATM card

dated 24/10/11 check on my A/c balance,& balance mount 23765,
then i was withdrawal amount of 15000 .
but i got only 13000 Rs only but i was not get 2000 Rs
plz verify this query
i went many times in Axis bank branch they are not give me any response & said that ur transaction is right.
Axis bank provied the two requested no 1st is -{[protected]} & IInd is-{[protected]}

my name sanjeet singh i have opend an accony in axis bank me and my friends on of person come in our sreet and said i m from axis bank and i[censored] wanna to open an accont i will open in 300 rs he has a id also axis bank lots of accont opening form and macine and atm lots of.
so he took our id and give us form and he fiiled form after that he gave us atm with code before 15 days ago yet now no respone i went in bank also but there also no response from the staff even no sense how to tail with custmer nit in nh1 branch thier operation head name ravi gupta he said we dont no catch him from u opened he is saying we dont know we are showing atm and accont nnnum but no respont bad expience from bank hope so wil get resolution instant my mobile num is+91 [protected]

Axis Bank (Wanawadi Branch) — Not Responding Well

My ATM debit card being capture in another bank ATM as I forget to remove from machine; therefore I have applied for new ATM Debit card from my nearest Axis Bank (Hadpasar, Pune) last to last week.

I have called several time in my home branch (WANAWADI), I am getting reply as they are busy with other work please call after 3.30 and when I call after 3.30 they are not picking up there phone.

I have even call to Hadapsar branch telephone number 26822849 and talk with executive and asked for status but he also failed to give status.

Daily I am calling them if they are having so much work load they should appoint new staff or closed back office department (Customer Contact)
really I am very much distress by the behavior of staff (WANANWADI) Branch.

Axis Bank — ECS Machine

Hello,

I have applied for ECS Machine from Axis bank T.Nagar Branch for my business 2 Months ago. They still did not setup. I have contacted them many times regarding this, still they are wasting my time and energy. Totally disappointed with axis bank Services.

My Name is Satish Sabharwal and i Have an Saving account with axis bank. they have deducted rs 1250 on[protected]from my account on account of consolidated charges. as we are not aware of this rule. too... from opinion it is better to close our accounts from this private banks. My salary is not more than 14000 and it is very much difficult to survive in they deduct such a big amount without any information and notification. So Please take care of it.

i have also charged RS-750+77 as a consolidated charge this is a worst bank
They hav also deducted from my account rs.750 as consolidated charges without any prior information...why they are filling their pockets from our money ?????? Will have to discontinue my account from the bank as they are even not sending account statement regularly even after my regular complaints and whenever i log in to my account i notice money deducted every time for meaningless reasons.
we didn, t receive the i-connect password of current account after one month tell us why

Axis Bank — Home Loan facility not available in Branch

I approached Axis Bank Ltd Sagar Branch (a District level Branch) for home loan for which they simply replied that no facility is available in the branch. It wasted my two days of valuable time.
Axis Bank Ltd is a private bank and operating all over india with interconnected branches. Then how can the facility is not available in branch?
More over I have a salary account in Axis Bank since 2005. When I am in need for money to purchase a house in Sagar, the bank on which I depend, cannot provide a little help.
It will be better to close a long maintened account from Axis and open in some other Banks.
It is my comments, If a bank cannot provide home lone to customer, the branch should not be existed in ciy so that people could not be get harrased, like me.
