Axis Bank — Deception by Axis Bank

This is to inform you that i am a Salary a/c holder of your Axis bank(A/c No-[protected], Branch-Kankurgachi,Kolkata). On late December'2011 i have been charged Rs.1368 due to over number of transactions made by me in a month & non maintenance of quarterly avg balance.


As i am in the scheme of salary a/c(Zero Balance a/c), so its quite inappropriate to maintain quarterly average balance. On other said i have never been intimated about the number of transactions limit, within which i should be restricted to. So i seeking help from consumer complaints forum regarding this issue.

Axis Bank — wrong deduction of charges axis bank account

Dear Sir,
I wish to bring into your notice that an amount of Rs750 +Service tax
of Rs 78,ie total sum of Rs 828 has been wrongly deducted from my
account no [protected],in the month of Dec. 2011.
You are kindly requested to look into the matter and please refund the
wrongly deducted charges to me, at an earliest possible.
An immediate action on my submission is requested.

Axis bank is the worst bank that i have ever seen on this earth, people who got a salary account kindly get it changed to different back, its a friendly opinion.

today near about rs 2100 has been deducted on the name of cosolidated account charge and they are not telling about any detail of this charge...

I am Nilesh from pune and I am Facing same problems for every months

i am also faced this same issue Rs 2800 debited as consolidated charges .
Charge for not maintaining minimum balance - 500
charge per transactions Rs 100 per transaction - (Rs 100 * 22 = 2200)
this is really worst . transaction charge they should detect with the transactions itself. not at the end of year. This is really fraud.
I dont want to have any relationship with axis bank. i am closing my account . In future i wont go with axis bank . i would suggest everyone not to go with axis bank for anything.

Axis Bank — exorbitant interest rate above the market rate

MY loan account No. [protected] with Axis bank. As per the bank sources the current ROI is 10.75% while the bank is dudcting ROI at 12% for the past almost a year and on enquiring it is giving some fairytale story. The bank has always been charging higher that the normal on going rates for the past 4 years.

same here. They have told the ROI can be decreased to 10.75 if we pay Rs.10, 000 or 0.5% of existing balance

Axis Bank — Unknown deduction

I made a irctc ticket using Axis bank debit card on 4-4-2012 . and on[protected] i got a debit statement of 42.15 as described below

no one in bank is listening me and even no one is telling why this happened. please if anyone have undergo same situation please help me.

Consolidated charges for A/c ?

I have saving account with Axis bank, Katihar Branch.
They had deducted Rs. 1000/- + 103/- (Service Tax @10.30%) from my account.

Has anybody having the same issues?
If yes then they can close the account immediately other wise this chotta bank "can chuna lagayega sab ko"

Axis Bank — Access to my savings a/c statement

I am unable to access my statement of accounts - Axis bank. Despite filling in the correct password it insists the password is wrong.

yes they have deducted 257 INR for the same from my account also

Axis bank is real cheater. they charge Consolidated Charges for more than 3 transactions. I made only 3 transactions and they deducted the Consolidated Charges.

Jayanagar branch manager very very worst fellow i have ever seen. He is really sucking. He works only for money and least bothered about the customers. He is very careless with his job and says customer to go for another bank after making to wait as long as 1 month. What the hell are the higher officials doing over there. They are casually saying we lost all your documents after the DD is ready. Useless manager. I since 1 month we applied for a loan and still we dint get the loan, we get only reasons from them everyday...
