I have an salry account. Now it is 29sept.2008 suddenly 600 rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c

I have the saving account in your patancheru branch Acually sir illegally charges 75Rs as a service tax.also i maintaned quaterlty min. bal but deducted 750Rs as penalty for not maintain quaterly bal .Is saving account taxable or exempt from tax ?

But money has deducted from my account, SMS has received on my mobile to releated of deduction.Beneficery Mr.Rudra has told me that amount has not creditted in my account yet.
Please see in this problems and solve as soon as possible.

Axis Bank, Corporate Credit Card — DOUBLE Billing during the month of 01.03.2011 to 01.04.2011.

Dear Sir,

I am extremely suprised and disturbed on receipt of the subject mentioned statement for the subject mentioned period.

In the statement one payable transaction has been shown pertaining to the month of 05th December 2010. for Rs.1114.00.

It is to be noted that this transaction was also shown in the monthly statement for the period 01.12.2010 to 01.01.2011, the total dues of which was settled by A/c payee cheque.

No outstanding balance was shown at the opening of this month.

PLEASE CLARIFY:

1 HOW THIS PAID TRANSACTION OF DECEMBER 2010 IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2011.

2 IS THERE ANY CONTROL MECHNISM OF YOUR SYSTEM OR IT HAS BEEN WILFULLY INSERTED TO EARN DOUBLE PAYMENT FROM THE CARDHOLDERS?

3 WHAT ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AT YOUR END TO REGULARISE THIS TRANSACTION.

PLEASE TREAT THIS AS PRIORITY ITEM.

Axis Bank — WRONG CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AMOUNT DEBITED FROM BANK ACCOUNT

Dear Madam/sir

Myself "MOHAMMAD YUSUF” having Credit Card Number "[protected]" from Axis Bank. This shows wrong transaction details regarding TATA INDICOM PAYMENT MUMBAI Dated 21/10/2008 Transaction Reference 25479946 Amount Rs.2700. As per my last payment on 9/8/2008 total payment due was Rs.7.46 CR i.e., I have paid extra amount. After giving several reminder I got a dispute form from Bank. After that I have submitted dispute form on dated 3/11/2008 but I have not getting any solution from Bank side and also I have send 13 reminder to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com , harshala.[protected]@axisbank.com.
After several phone call and email I got a mail from Bank dated 5/3/2009 that is the total outstanding amount payable on your credit card account is Rs, 4,330.35 and Bank request me to make the payment of outstanding amount because the dispute has been resolved in bank’s favor but Till date bank not able to provide me any Phone NO. “Or” Mobile Number and no any such evidence from which the amount is debited. After 2 years later I open an account in Axis Bank at Barrackpore Branch. Suddenly Dated 18/4/2011 bank debited Rs.8110.15 from My Axis Bank Account for the purpose of that dispute of credit card transaction.
In this situation please suggest me what should I do.
Your co-operation in the interim will be highly appreciated.

I am operating Savings Bank account in Lokhandwala Complex Branch, Now my account is no more a salary account. Just now when i was checking the status again they have deducted Rs.50/- + Service Tax (10.30%). This has been deducted without Informing us.

This is really a hight of stupidity already more than Rs.2400/- has been deducted by way of consolidated charges account and again why this have deducted Rs.50/-.

With great faith and trust we are operating the accounts with them and this stab on the back.

I do not have anything to say, This multinational banks are the worst bank i have ever faced.

I suggest do not open any account with this bank.

Axis Bank Card — Reversal of Late payment fee & interest

Dear Sir,
I made the payment of my credit card ( [protected] ) bill in time by cheque dated 10/2/2011,on 10/2/2011,But due to reason well known to you the cheque could not proceed for payment in time i.e. 14/2/2011. I requested many times in your customer care to revert the late payment & other charges but in vain.
You are once again requested to revert to revert the above said charges which are wrongly imposed on me immediately to avoid further harassment .

Axis Bank — Speak about me religion

There is a girl who calls me from Axis bank recovery dept her name is Preety, She calls me more then 10 to 11 times a day i told her my son is not living with us any more he is seprated.

She fails to understand that and tell me that we are lairs, we offer namaz and not allowed to eat haram money I tried to explain her that i am not lying to her but she kept on calling the same and was very rude.

I dont understand what i should tell her or do. Shall i talk about her religion or ignore her statments abuse her or what.

i am sudhathi and i am a new customer for axis bank credit card account.i have recieved many calls confirming my DOB but still my DOB is been taken wrongly because of which i am unable to register my credit card online.i already spoke to manager from axix bank and there is no result where i have to place a request to unblock my card each time i try to register online.my number is [protected].i dint expect such a worst service from axis bank.please check with the same about this complaint.

Axis Bank — Home Loan interest charging higher without information/ delay information

Hi...
I have received communication from the Axis Bank Home loan dept. that revised home loan intrest for my home loan account. i have received the letter on 24th of may 2011 and letter date is 1st April 2011. stating that my current rate of intrest is revised from 10% to 10.75%.
My question is why i should pay 55 days 0.75% interest charges to the bank. why they are communicate this much of late to us. Hight is that today i have contacted to the customer care center they are saying this is old now at present your rate of intrest is 11.5%.
please suggest me why these private banks are looting to the common man, where i have to approach for charging this much of higher home loan intrest. why i should pay to the bank.

please help me and guide me in this regards.

Axis Bank — NO SAFE DEPOSIT

To maintain the account I deposited 2000 rupees in the axis bank.
But, After two months the amount reduced to 410 rupees. I asked about that they replied" you have to maintain the account." If idon't get money for two months it will be zero.
Tell me , how can deposit money in this bank safely?
So my dear costomers don't make account inthis bank. It will cheat you.

Axis Bank — Inappropriate charges

Hi,

Acct Details as below,

Savings Acct number : [protected]

In-Appropriate Charges : Rs. 235.69

Service Tax @10.30% on Charge :Rs.24.28

Date of Charge : 28May2011

This is with regards to the charges that have been charged to my acct on 28May2011 that is for Rs. 260 inclusive of the service tax and everything and my acct number is [protected].

When enquired about these charges the telebanking executive informed that it is for using other bank ATM for withdrawals. And they cannot do any thing about it as it is charged and go to the branch for more info and when I spoke to the manager about it after the below conversation for which he had no answer so he "DISCONNECTED THE CALL".

But they are already aware that most of the AXIS bank ATM's in Chennai is not working.

ATM 1 : (Near my residence)
Let me talk about some specific ATM's The one in Mint St (Lengthiest street in Asia), Sowcarpet, Chennai - Never works any and I can guarantee that even at this very moment your read this it will not work.

ATM 2 : (Near Workplace)
The one in velachery near my work place works for 2 days and sleeps for 3 days.

Question to the tele-banker n the awesome response :
When I said that my Home branch is 18 kilometers away from my place and you want me to go there for every request and complaints and why do you even have call centre's?
Answer :
He simply replied "THAT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, SIR"

But then I told him "IF YOUR ATM'S ARE NOT WORKING ACROSS THE CITY (which forces us to use other bank ATM's) AND YOU GUYS HAVE NOT INFORMED THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE CHARGES THAT WILL BE LEVIED ON USING OTHER BANK ATM'S, BY ANY MEANS IS THAT MY PROBLEM?"

The manager who I spoke to is Rathor Singh ( If I've got the name right ) and when I called back to talk to him again I spoke to Neha S - Retail Banking Supervisor who promised a callback in one hour from him as he is suddenly missing from the floor.
But no callback received.

The logic is simple Axis bank did not inform me about the other bank ATM usage charges in any way or in their MITC document, which I still have.

and

Their ATM's are not working which simply forces me to use other bank ATM's

So the charges are simply not my responsibility and so I cannot bear them.
I demand them to be reversed with compensation as I have wasted enough time and money for calling and placing the complaints. (which never works, yet I am doing it for the records)

There are other concerns with this bank which is still pending and they are working on them till date for after nearly 3 months of placing the complaints.

1.) Wrong entry of name in Cheque Book
2.) Enabling Third party Fund Transfer (which I already did on opening the acct)
3.) Registering mobile number (Fund transfer does not work even though my mobile number is registered)
4.) Wrong entry of name in Online login

Basically its a waste of time having any relationship with AXIS bank for its lousy service provided and the rude behaviour of the staff.

Axis Bank — Debit Card amount deducted by some other card

My Name is Neeraj Sharma ,somebody have deducted Rs80,000/- from my account without using my Debit card .Kindly suggest me the procedure and place where i can lodge my complaint as Local police have refuse to lodge my Complaint.

Axis Saving Account — Charges Without any information

Dear Sir/Madam
Before one year I open a saving account no is [protected]. when i open my account i issue my atm card and sales man ask near about RS 110 is annually charges, but when i disconnected my atm card then axis bank deducted Rs 92. when i ask bank than customer care executive ask first is issuance Atm Charges the other is atm annually charges. when i issue my atm then sales man dont give any information to atm Issuance charges.
