With reference to the credit card number [protected] in AXIS BANK I have used the card for just Rs 2500. But suddenly debited Rs 9204 from my saving account number 00305686 still they are harassing me to pay more money. I am working in a MNC and I was holding the salary account in AXIS bank. At the time of processing my credit card application bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card but in my first statement I found that all charges they made and sent a credit statement to my address. I lodged a complaint against the same complaint id 112385.
You have taken a sufficient time to resolve my complint id. I didn’t get any information or reply from your end.
I am waiting for your valuable reply. Please do the needful for me.

With due respect I beg to inform you that myself Mr Kanmoni Talukdar
holding a savings account (salary a/c Subhash Projects and Marketing Limited ) with your bank vide account No [protected].
I have applied for a credit card to Axix Bank in the month Dec-10th 07. Till date I haven’t received any response from you end instead of an sms on 3rd jan, with ref no[protected].
I have talked to Mr Sandeep Banerjee (Branch Manager) and he have referred me to talk to the Salary Accountant (SPML A/c) and gave me the cell number -[protected].
That Accountant gave me one cell no. of Credit Card Division [protected] again he referred to Ms. Rupa Lahuti , she is not picking up her phone, either switched off or disconnecting
At last I have not found any other alternative to write you in detail.
It is very surprising that now a days representatives from all the Banks try to increase their Credit Card customers by offering Life time free credit cards. Most of the people don’t accept their request.
I am moving like a shuttle cock in the environment of the most reputed Bank in India ( Axix Bank) to get the right information only , whether I can get the card or not. Please think of the service of the reputed bank.
I will be very obliged if you expedite the matter and inform me the status or you can provide me the proper escalation matrix of Axix Bank if any. We always expect better service from the good bank like Axix Bank.

This is regarding camera purchased @ G.K.Vale, Marathalli, Bangalore on 25th Nov 2007. I have purchased this as part of 12 EMI Conversion with the Merchant, which has not got converted during my last statement. G.K.Vale has intimated this to the bank and they have intimated that the EMI Conversion is done.
But suddently when i have taken a look at my credit card statement I have found that i was charged an interest of Rs.600/-and the EMI is still not converted. Request you to help me out to get my issue resolved for getting the EMI Conversion done and that the interest charged & service tax is reverted back.

I used only 2000 rupees cash withdrwn I never received the statement before,I received the statement that I have to pay 40,971 rupees which is very shocking .I am Small employee how can I pay unneccessary 41 ,000 rupees which I have not used Please check the purchaase carefully and send me the statement of 2000 rupees which I have used

I am taking legal action against them since they have asked me to pay the card making charges of Rs. 2200.00, which they informed in writing to me that the same will be reversed. Its now over 8 months that am struggling to get the same reversed.

GK vale & co. — credit card payment not converted in EMIs
I had made 2 trasaction on sep, 08 for amount Rs 8900 + 8900. I merchandize GK vale has offer 12 EMIs, without interest charges and processing fees, but due to there mistake it was not converted in EMIs, and I got the full bill for Rs 17800, in month of oct, 08. I have to follow the merchandizer and icici executives also, for 3 months, and finally my trasaction is converted in to 12 EMIs, in jan, 09. But in these 3 months, i have been charged with interest charges and taxes, since i was paying the EMIs only, Now I m contacting them to reverse the interest charges but these is no response from there side, I had wasted 3 months running behind them, its a real trauma for me.
