I m arjun saini holding a credit card of axis bank [protected]. i hv an account with axis bank . credit card dept. marked the lien on my account without any prior intimation and notice.this is my salary account, how could u mark the lien while i m ready to pay the ammount .Ihave allredy complain to rbi and consumer court .this is the mental hareshment of the customer directly . i will take the legal action if my ammount is debted without my sign.regulely i was on follow up with ur exe., pls revert me asap . my no. is [protected]

i have applied for credi card of Axis bank and i received the Ref. no.25261201 on 26th nov. but till date i have not received the Credit Crad. pl do the needul and give me status regarding this.

Axis Bank Credit Card — UNNECESSARY BILLING STATEMENT

DEAR SIR,
WITH REFERENCE TO ABOVE I HAVE DONE A SINGLE TRANSACTION BY THE CARD NO. [protected]

THE TRANSCATION WAS OF RS. 5000/- AS CASH AND AFTER RECEIVGING THEIR FIRST STATEMENT ON 25.08.2007 I HAVE DONE THE FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT OF RS. 5400/- (ACTUAL AMOUNT RS. 5000/- + TAXES + INTEREST) ON 14.09.2007 AND AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT DONE ANY TRANSACTION WITH THE SUBJECT CARD AND I HAVE SUBMITTED THE CRUSHED CARD TO AXIS BANK ON 14.09.2007 AND ASKED THEM FOR NOC, BUT THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME THE FALSE STATEMENT OF RS. 2476/-

AFTER REPEATED E-MAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DESK THEY ARE GIVING THE SATISFCATORY RESPONSE TO ME AND HARRASING ME OVER PHONE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF RS. 2476/- IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE FILE MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE A STRONG ACTION AGAINST AXIS BANK SO I GET RTID OF THIS FALSE AND FAKE STATEMENTS

Axis Bank Credit Card — Falsely debit my account

With reference to the credit card number [protected] in AXIS BANK..Suddenly debited Rs 12067 from my saving account number [protected] still they are harassing me to pay more money. I am working in a MNC and I was holding the saving account in AXIS bank. At the time of processing my credit card application bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card but in my first statement I found that all charges they made and sent a credit statement to my address.Kindly refund the money and ask your credit card executive to get back to me for mutual settlement other than this...
