Axis Bank Credit Card — not receved Credit Card

I am Manjinder Pal Singh, my a/c no. [protected]. I aplly for credit card in feb.2009. All formaleties are completed. But i have not recevied my credit card up to 23/06/2009.
What can I do

i have received axis bank credit card on feb 2008 with limit of 10000 ( rs ten thousand rupees only which is unsufficeint after lodgin a complaint to excecutive reg enhancing the limit of card still there is no process has been done on complaint

I have apply for corporate paltinam card but, still i do'nt have receive your card pl. let me know how many days required for same

I, V.N.Indumathi, one of the card holder of the axis bank has not received the credit card statement, since four months, I have made the change of address also giving all my credit card details, I have also made a request to increase my card limit, Please kindly do the so, My card no is [protected]

I HAVE TAKEN THE TICKIT OF RAILWAY BY CREDIT CARD BUT TILL TO DAY I HAVE NOT GOT THE PAYMENT DETAIL.

Axis Bank Credit Card — not getting the acc settled after the payment too

I had a credit card where the collections people called me and asked me to pay a certain amount of $15000.00 and later the collections agent has taken another amount of money from me after debittng the check that was given by me stating that the they will not take any money apart of the amount that they promised now it has been months and i got tired of calling them but till now there is no resopnse even after sending mails and calling them when e-mailied they will never get back it a turn around and i am getting frustrated abt this herrasment..please help me with this.

Axis Bank Credit Card — excess billin

i had obtained an AXIS bank card with assurance from the processing agent that it is a life time free card.
On obtianing my first month statement i saw charges for some joining fee and some travel offer charges becuase of which a huge amout was billed as joining fee.
i immediately contacted your call centre and informed them about the free card i was promised of.
they promised to look into and do the needful and replace with a free card.
In the mean time i had been using the card and paying the entire amount i had used without any dues or late charges.

the joining fees charges were never wavied nor was my card replaced with a free card as promised. so i stopped using the card after making ALL THE AMOUNT I HAD USED.

so it is clearly the misleading of the procesisng agent and the subsequent misguidance of your call centre staff.
till date iam receiving statements with dues increasing with every month.

Any amount of explanatin with Grievance Cell is not helpful. They simply want me to pay the entire amount.

I have paid the full amount of Rs.10684.00 on 26/10/2009. However you have sent a message that I have to pay another Rs.944.00 due to why I do not know. Please try to rectify the same otherwise I will cut my card and send it to you shortly. My Credit Card No. is [protected]. I would request you to please send me another documents from your end to my Home Address which I have given you earlier. Don't send it to my Office address. Because I have changed my Office address. Axis Bank Credit Card — Forceably levid charges

To bring to the kind notice of AXIS BANK CREDIT CARDS .

This is really rediculous that what u are doing with your clients is not good, i am sorry to say this , i never get my statments on time ,as well i do make the payments on time,i have always deposited more amount if i had a bill of 10,345 than i always deposit the upper amount i-e 11,000.

Previous Month i have received the statment that other debit charges have being imposed on my card .
I dint get the statment for the previous to previous month, as i have deposit appox amont RS 9500 where after my deposit i got a message that ur amount due was Rs 10389.
As there was no statment for that month,i have deposit approx that amount .They have charged me Rs 600 for the interst.

I have a word with customer care dept ,as per their guideline they told me that you are a prstigious customer, on seing your previous records we will waved of your debit intrest charges.They insured me that pls deposit the total amount which contains that charges , we will waved off .
After i had made the payments , they have sended me an sms that your request has being declined for reversal,as having the chat with there c.c dept they always tell pls call us after sometime as sytems are slow and we are not able to process ur request.

Looking forward the proper justification, my card no is 40**********4246
