[Resolved]  Axis Bank / Credit Card — Credit cards not issued

My name is ravikumar V of Vijayawada/Andhra pradesh.
I have applied for Credit card with AxisBank almost seven months back (Application Ref No.694172). And the telephonic verification done by Hyderabad people .on 08th October'07 verification is done at my office. But still Credit cards is not issued - reason not known - when i checked with Credit cards people [protected]@vijayawada.

Axis Bank / Credit Card — wrong bills

I am an axis bank harassed customer , I applied for the card when axis bank executive told me that the card will be free for lifetime for me as it’s a corporate card but in the 1st statement only I got the joining fees added . so I called the customer care where I was told that the amount is been levied on you by mistake and promised me that it will be reverted back I also requested for the cancellation of card because of very poor service ( complaint number is 18006) but now I am getting a statement which says 1131.50 as outstanding for me I don’t understand how you people can levy this to me .

I want all the outstanding to be reverted back and my card to be cancelled as soon as possible because I don’t want to be a customer of such a bank which unnecessary harasses its customer and make false promises.

What you have mentioned is absolutely true.Their service is very poor and their person manning the tel is rude and unapologetic.
I've had bad experience of non receipt of statements since it was linked by auto debit to Axis bank. The amount withdrawn by Axis card is contradictory.

I have a different concern here.

i am trying to reach the customer care executive , which are supposed to be available 24/7 however hardly get connected to them n get lost in the horrible tones/tunes which the bank has kept.

PLeasssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee understand the value of customer's time and push the process

I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..? I have an account in AXIS BANK and I am totally satisfied but why dont you provide same kind of service for Credit card division. I hope atleast you read this and in response call me to speak regarding this issue or atleast mail me to my email id -- [protected]

Axis Bank / Credit Card — Blocking savings account

I missed to pay dues in time due to certain reasons. One cheque given at month end of rs.1500o to credit card got bounced. But as soon as I came to know about same I immediately paid Rs. 15000 by cash ( deposited personally in Axis bank NIT branch)
But I found that My saving account with same branch has beed kept on hold by credit card department. I approached customer care dept & got request no to sort outissue (no197272). Limit given was 4 days. Request made on 6/03/2008. As i was not able to get call by 10th I also sent mail to them for settlement saying that you can auto debit further more Rs.10000. I can send minimum autodebit form & you can deduct this amount.or I will give undertaking to deduct certain amount every month to settle down the issue. Till no answer. If I am not able to operate my savings account I can not move for job as i am in sales, no job, no money so not possible to repay. how anybody can come out of this if one side is not ready to listen anything

Axis Bank / Credit Card — statement not receiving

This is deepak from pune i have a credit card since last 6 months but yet i m not receiving any statement from ur side & every month i m calling again & again on ur customer care no.[protected] but there is no response & ur collection center every time calling me in a day 3 times ur payment is due & i told them every time without any statement i m not able to pay any amount & any interest those u r charging me...i think u don't know the importance of customer...very bad service...deepak sitlani +91-[protected]

Never Apply for a Credit Card from Axix Bank.

I would like to share my experience with Axis bank..
They offered me a free charges life time Credit Card and charged me all fees like annual charges
joining fee etc. Then illegaly charged for a Insurance policy of bajaj Alliance.
I never signed any document regarding the Credit Card or the Insurance policy. Now they are sending me Legal notice through their Advocate for the above mentioned payments.

This has been true for me too. It has been over month since i applied for my credit card and I have still not heard a work from the bank.

Axis Bank Credit Card — not issuing creditcard

I have applied for credit card in the month of feb2009. my ref no is 1798503. The representative who contacts me is mr jitu, his no is [protected].when he contacted me he assured me for creditcard.I have also saving account in axis bank.I have given all documents which required by mr jitu on that time. Yesterday I visited axis bank nappeansea road branch and asked mr jitu about my credit card he replied me that if you fix rs25000 then you get credit card easily.I am permament customer of your bank, in terms of services these things are very bad. My saving account no is[protected].Please take the required action as early as possible.

Long Back The HSBC credit people, they Took MY Account Details & my major certificates,

Till Now they not turned back to me, what happen about my credit card ?
i don't have the docket number, but i will give my cell number [protected], dickenson road bangalore

Be happy that they didnt issue the credit card. i got platinum credit card and used for 5 months. Service was bad so i decided to cancel and placed the request. After cancellation of the credit card, there was an excess 458Rs in my account and i requested them to refund to my savings account linked to my account. Later they told i have to submit all the payment proof and then they ll refund the amount. Later when i called the customer care, they told they will not refund any amount after the card cancellation. In mail they ask me to send all the payment proof for refund initiation
They are doing daytime robbery. Be happy
