[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — Credit card account statement

Si/Madam
My name is Sajith T. I am working in ACS, infopark ,Kochi. I own Axis bank credit card from August 2007. I got only one credit card account statement dated 06.08.2007 - 15.10.2007. After that i didnt get any statement. I requested to send them several times and they said next time it will be cleared but no use. They are just sending the amount i have to pay on my mobile. I dont know what else have been added in that amount. Could you please look in to this matter. so that i can get the statement in time.

I have not received my statement and if i want to update my change of address is also not possible because the name registered in the bank is not correct, that is not my mistake how my mother name will change that too only with axis bank. so kindly address the issue and update my change of address and e mail id and mobile no.

My card no. is 6956 . I am not getting statements in time.which is making me no sense how much amt. i have to pay ? so please sent me my statements regularly on my postal address so that i could avoid late payments etc.

Sir/Madam,

I am using credit card number is [protected] for the last 5 months and never get any statement except message through my registered mobile. All the dues are paid through Axis bank ATM at the last moment due to non receipt of statement. I am therefore, request you to mail all the previous bill including current bill to [protected]@yahoo.in immediately so that I can verify my statement and make payment before due date.

Sir/Madam, I am customer of Your hon'ble Axis bank, in office axis bank staff really smile always my problem and good dealing any problems but where as I am one of the customer which is applied for credit card for 1 Year, still bank staff said don't worry you shall obtained credit card, and in my front on staff is typing sms as customer care as my problem.
So, their interestingly that bank staff is advice me if you urgently need we can do within few hours, I am fool and greedy of the credit card, I accept to him, what-happen, thenafter I alway ask to credit card staff said please wait for months and thenafter weeks and thenafter days lastly said 1 years after, we can cancelled if you not need.
Sir/ Madad, I how to excuse my precious time and get lost time and expenses of the taxis charge from 10 Km to and fro, who will be pay that valurable of 1 years services. please advise me to how to complain them as like smile fashion not done work but only speak.

I have applied for credit card in beyond one month.
All documents collected.
Received call for verification of address and job also.
But currently no communication from bank side.
Not able to track application online also as website says application
