Dear Sir/Madam,

It is just for your kind information that I have given an AXIS Bank A/c cheque (No. 21932) to “Thomas Cook (INDIA) Ltd.” at Sector-18, Noida branch to transferred Rs 40000/- to my brother in UK.

But, the ICICI Bank (Thomas Cook’s Bank) has sent a mail to Thomas Cook representative that this cheque (21932) has been returned unpaid due to “MUTILATION NOT GUARANTEED” (I have also had this mail with me for future verification). Because, AXIS Bank canceled this cheque so in that circumstances Thomas Cook has requested to me to provide a new cheque and as per their request I have provided a new cheque (No. 21934) to them.

However, ICICI and AXIS Bank has never returned that mutilation cheque (No. 21932) back to anyone neither to Thomos Cook nor to me and also cleared that cheque without given any information. Because, my first cheque (No. 21932) already been cleared by the AXIS Bank and my account does not have sufficient amount of money, so when Thomas Cook has deposited my second cheque for clearance then it is quite obvious to got my second cheque bounced.

This miscommunication/mistake has caused me Rs. 394 as a penalty. So, I would like to request you to take some necessary action against the culprit (either it is Thomos Cook or ICICI Bank or AXIS Bank) and make an effort to refund my penalty amount.

I have also discussed this matter with my AXIS Bank and Thomas Cook but they were refused to accept any kind of mistake and blaming to each other.

My main concerns are,

(i) When the AXIS Bank already rejects my first cheque (No. 21932) in first instance then why they cleared the same cheque later on without giving any information.
(ii) When my first cheque has been cleared by the AXIS Bank then why ICICI Bank has not been communicated this to the Thomas Cook.

Please look into the matter and reply with a positive solution.

    DEAR SIR,

    I AM SHOCKED TO HEAR AFTER A MONTH'S TIME THAT THERE IS AN AMOUNT OF RS.18, 287.60 STANDING TO MY CREDIT. THIS IS NOT JUSTIFIABLE AT ALL.

    IF YOU REMEMBER CORRECT, I CONFIRM HAVING INFORMED YOU ABOUT THE LOSS OF MY CREDIT CARD IN NOVEMBER 2007 AND YOU HAVE NEITHER ACKNOWLEDGED THIS EMAIL NOR YOU HAVE TAKEN ANY ACTION TILL DATE. PLEASE CHECK THIS ASPECT AND ADVISE FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION TAKEN BY YOUR BANK AT THE EARLIEST.

    I HAVE NOT USED THIS CARD AFTER NOVEMBER AFTER PAYING THE FULL DUES OF RS.2800/- WHICH WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING ME. AFTER THAN THERE WAS NO BALANCE AT ALL. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED YOUR DEPARTMENT IN WRITING ABOUT THE LOSS OF MY CREDIT CARD.

    I FIND THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROPER REPLIES TO OUR E-MAILS FROM YOUR BANK WHICH CAUSES MORE PROBLEMS TO THE CUSTOMERS. EVEN TO MY EMAIL OF MAY 2008, YOU HAVE RESPONDED ONLY ON JUST 1, 2008.

    I HAVE APPENDED BELOW THE EMAILS SENT TO YOUR BANK AND I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GO THRU THE SAME AND YOU WILL FIND THAT THERE WAS NO DUE AGAINST THIS CARD.

      Need to close credit card. I've called and made a request twice and was informed it's closed. I have moved out of country and haven't been using the card for months. I was still charged monthly fee which I paid to close the card. Istill keep receiving bills despite not using the card. I was recently asked to pay 36/- and I did not use the card to generate that charge. I want to close the card ASAP!

              I have taken home loan from AXIS Bank in Nov 2006 and have provided 36 PDCs of ICICI Bank. For the month of February I got message from ICICI Bank that my cheque has been bounced due to insufficient funds. I have provided AXIS Bank my bank account details that at the time of submission of the cheque there was more than enough amount due against EMI.
              I have also asked both the Banks (AXIS & ICICI) to provide me copy of bounced cheque but none of them has provided me that. Instead I am getting calls from AXIS bank executives again and again for payment of Feb month EMI and everytime I have to told them that I need copy of my bounced cheque.
              What should I do now? Should I file a case against both banks?

                i hv taken home loan frm Axis Bank in 2008. i have given sm PDC Chq. to Bank whch have been debited frm my account per month with different amount. Now i want to know how much amount i have paid & how much is outstanding.You r requested pls send me a statement of loan account.
                I have taken Home Loan from Axis Bank vide loan account no. PH[protected]. i have giwn some PDC Chqs to Bank which have been debited from my account per month with different amount. Now i have recd. a call from bank for more PDC Chqs., but i want to know outstanding loan amount .

                You are requested pls send me a loan account statement from when first installment paid. Also i want to know how much amount of loan has been paid & how much is payable.

                  We had a corporate and salary account with Axis Bank Ahmedabad. Because of the issues of employees in errors in their form filling, lack of response, illegal charges on account, unfair deductions on International Transfers in account, we decided to terminate the Corporate relationship with them.

                  Signatories in our company were Dheeraj Dagliya and Rina Shah. Axis Bank on the contrary put up a wrong credit rating on our MD who escalated the issue and we came to know about this when our Managing Director's Roshan Shah credit card from different company was rejected and found out that Axis Bank had put a negative remark. Our Managing Director had no salary account in axis bank and never did any transaction.

                  How can a Credit Report of a Corporate transaction impact an individual who had neither had an account nor was a signatory in this ?

                  This is harassment by Axisbank because of their f##king services. Don't know why Govt of India is allowing these to be in business.

                    This is with reference to the cash payment made by me on 07/06/08 for the month May.
                    The receipt no. is 10760 .

                    Amount paid in cash=3000 Rs.

                    But when I called up customer care deptt., I Came to know that still the payment has not been updated in system.Please look into this issue as unnecessary late charges would be levied in my statement.

                      as my all document was clear, i have demand 3 lakh loan for flat which value was 9 lakh.bank sanctiond my loan after great efforts when i complaint to higher authority. i made late as i have not given any commision, but at the time of disbursement sales executive of axis bank mr balasaheb chaphekr openly demanded bribe of 5 thousnd. but i made late to give other payment so he find out more difficulty in my flat paper, i submit it also. again he said he want search report of 30 years, for money he was doing this, if reputed bank like axis, are having such type of loan process then what will happen?

                      I have applied for home loan from pune, bhandarkar road branch. The rate of interest as per bank executive is floating 11.50% and fixed at 14.25%.
                      However, as per apnaloan.com website, the rate of interest updated on 27 Aug 2008, for axis bank shows floating 11% and fixed 13%.
                      Can someone confirm whats the actual rate of interest for home loan in axis bank?
                      I also faced the same problem with STANDARD CHARTARD BANK Sales Executive Mr. Lokesh in Bangalore city. As I denied to give him Rs. 8000 / - as bribe, he ultimately saw that my loan could not be disbursed. Bank officials were also hand in gloves with their executives.. not supporting their customers

                      I have faced lot of problem from Axis bank home loan section Bhandarkar road branch in Pune. They show very good approach till they get file & loan processing fees, but they are very worst in executing loan, post loan communication, customer services. Even their branch head are ir-responcible in giving services & responces to your querries. The worst ever bank I have seen in past couple of years.

                          I got this AXIS Bank Credit Card saying that its a life-time Free card.
                          But when i received the first month bill. It reads that the annual Fee is 500 . Service Tax R.61.80 . Joining Fee 1000 . Service Tax 123.60 . I would suggest others not to go for this card. I would go up with the AXIS bank customer Care. If the response didnt come up in 30 days. Then i would have to use this as a proof and move further.

                            We have received your bill for the period 25.04.2008 to 24.5.2008. In that bill, you have shown an amount of Rs.3000/- as non-paid and charged an amount of Rs.822.51 as interest & charges for Rs.3000/-. But, we have not received the statement for that particular transaction, so that we could not pay the same. So, kindly send the transaction bill for Rs.3000/- and waive the interest and other charges. So that only we can pay the current bill.

I used card from that period and doing some repayment as per their minimum requirements in Mayur Colony, Kothrud Branch, PUNE.Every months they call me from Mumbai to pay certain amount but so many times I asked them about my statement or status but they are not sending that on my email id which i have given them so many times.Every time they said we have sent to you.But I have never get.Just now I m giving my email id again and expecting mail on [protected]@yahoo.com also my tel no.[protected].                             Axis Bank Credit Card — non receipt of credit card statement

                            im holding a credit card bearing No.[protected] issued by axis bank and it is valid upto 09/11. from the month of june 2010 im not receiving my credit card statement. But im receiving sms alerts for making payment. My grievance is that how can i pay without knowing or seeeing what are the transactions and how much interest im charged and the total amount due etc. I have made oral complaints several times , but of no use. the customer care never bothered to redress my grievance , instead im harassed through phone calls to pay the bill. Its disgusting and im very much annoyed over the way the customer care responds to the grievance of the customer.

                            now i have decided to close my credit card account, as there is no proper /minimum response from the credit card customer care division.

                            Basic thing is that why you people are not bothered to know why the customer is not paying the bill. As on date no one has personally visited me to know the reason why im not paying the bill, and you should also note that when i have been making payments promptly earlier, and why i have stopped to make payment.


                            My final request to you is dont make me responsible for your mistake and it is not justified to charge the late fees and sevice tax and others interests.
                            i have decided to make the payment without any late fees and interest.
                            kindly advise me and close my account.

                                    This is with regards to the transaction done from Debit card on 16/07/2008, My Name is A.Mumthaz Ahmed Khan, i am an Existing customer of your Bank .my Accouunt is [protected], Card No is [protected].Branch Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore.On 16/07/08, i have tried doing trasaction through my Debit card at ATM which is locate at Jayanagar 7th Block., at 9.30 pm i entered the PIN and requested for mini statement.the process was very late made me to wait for 7 to 8 minutes the i receive the mini satatement.the amount in my account was Rs.36626.60/-.

                                    when i again tried for the second time i entered Rs.20000/-.again the process was very late made me to wait for 6 to 7 minutes.and i saw the display that Transaction cancelled.the card was ejected.

                                    then after some time again i tried to withdraw money at other ATM of AXIS.at R.V.Road Basavanagudi
                                    i entered for 20000/- it was asking for lesser amount.Then i have withdrawn Rs.5000/-.when i received the receipt i found that 20000/- transaction which was cancelled debited from my account.

                                    i am very much worried.kindly help me out with this problem.ASAP.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I SRINIVAS GUTTI, have applied for Home Loan and the same got sanctioned and the Loan A/c No: PH[protected], but no amounts has released yet.

                                      Surprisingly there is a transaction that shows "Inward Clg Chq:17901 Return Chrg" for an amount INR 394.00. Can Axis Bank explain why and what this is for? I know one thing this cheque is named to "Axis Bank Power Home Loan".

                                      Even I didn't received any statement of monthly deductions which are going to happen from my account.

                                      First thing is that without any disbursement of amount how can you AXIX Bank people start putting the cheques? And I gave blank cheques as we don't have any information how much amount is going to be disbursed in the first month. So how can I know that Axis Bank is going to place my cheque in such a date with such an amount.

                                      When I try to contact the Customer Care - Home Loans Section : 66905600/01/02/03 or[protected] there is no one to answer to my question rather they transfer my call to some one and am keep on waiting.

                                      But I contacted the Axis Bank Customer Care they mentioned cheque for an amount of Rs.12689/- has presented on 26th May 2008 and the same was returned since insufficient funds. How can they present a cheque without any intimation or letter or notice.

                                      So I request Axis Bank should give clarity on this issue, as this is first time in my life of 10 years service a cheque is bounced/returned.

                                      This is very serious concern for me.

                                      I deposited 80, 000/= as prepayment of my home loan, they did not adjust it since june, on their saying i have also send an email to them with a request to adjust the amout as repayment to my pricipal amount. Customer care service of Axis Bank is worst among other banks in this aspect, no proper response from my parent branch asaf ali road, delhi on this, though i have communicated to their officials 15 times since i deposted teh amount. I had contacted the parent branch once in a week with response that it would be adjusted and you will receive the letter in 2-3 days. Its customer care never provide complaint no. to my complaint, every time new person comes on phone and say no request is put up from your side in this respect. I found this bank is not prepared to handle home loan cases, every time you need to contact to your parent branch for any clarification on your loan, you cant get clarification from the nearest branch as their branches are not networked here in delhi.
                                      Please login to RBI website and file a complaint against them. RBI has full authority and they are very prompt dealing with these cases. Also, share your experience.

                                      I (Dr. Ajay) was applicant & my wife Dr. Vandana was co-applicant, both o[censored]s were relised for the loan amount the payment of which was done by Axis Bank on 28/11/09
                                      This is to inform your that the co-applicant Dr.Vandana Bhambari is no more. she expired on 09/12/09. kindly intemates the further protocol required to claim insurance, which we have taken at the time of loan.

                                        I am holder of ATM card of Saraswat Bank, which is having tie up with AXIS bank. I tried to withdraw Rs. 1000/- on[protected] from AXIS bank ATM located at Nalla Sopara (W), but got "request timed out" message. When written application submitted to my bank, after more than one month time, I got the information from my bank that in AXIS bank record it's showing as money withdrawn.

                                        I request all of you to ask AXIS bank to check it properly & credit the amount to my account. AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY.

                                        This is to bring in your kind notice that i, Sandeep Sirohi, having a Salary Account in Axis bank Meerut Branch.
                                        On 27/02/09 i withdraw 1000/- rs (REC no : 6429) from Begum Bridge Road, but ATM gave me only 500/- Rs instead of 1000/- Rs and 1000/- were debited from my account.
                                        I went to the Axis bank branch (Crystal Palace) and logged the complained for the same. I gave them a written application and show them transaction slip.
                                        After more than a month, i didnt receive any notification from the bank, once i visited to the bank, they said nothing can be done.

                                        The matter is not of 500/- Rs, its the matter of rules and customer services. How is it possible that the bank couldn't event find out the transactional details and could not telly the amount. It was only 500/- but if it were more than 500/-, than ??

                                        i too had a problem with axis bank atm i hold a salary account in AXIS bank on 1st of june i tried withdrawing money from AXIS atm but after some time it said that transaction declined but from my account entered amount got debited. this kind of problem is there with axis bank for more than month .

                                        and axis bank representative use to say that will get amount reverted in a days time but it never happened.
                                        i had a probllem, I am axis bank account holder... i was about to take momey of 10k from bank of india on 6/6/09 at 7pm, i din get the money i just got slip (sorry for convienience switch not available), then i went to another bank, it shows that the money was taken from my account. of 10k...I want to check with the axis bank.
                                        I have used my ICICI Debit card on AXIS Bank ATM and wanted to withdraw Rs10000. The transaction failed but money was withdrawn from my saving account. I lodged a complaint with ICICI Bank. They got reply from AXIS bank stating that the transaction was successful. What can I do in this regard.

                                        Axis Bank — ATM withdrawal problem

                                        Dear sir,
                                        You are requested i am withdrawal from Axis bank Aligarh, Niranjan puri Branch Dated 18/10/10 Rs. 1000. but withdrawal only Rs. 100. i am imeditely inform to branch office, aligarh & head office Complain no. 4446779, 4470177, 4518227, but not any reply. and today call then he said your transuction is completed & go to consumer court.
