I went to open a New Account and wanted to make an Fixed deposit of 2.5 Lacks

The lady at the West most Corner talk to me
Tried to convince me for some other investment plan

When I said I am not interested for any locking period She got angry and started yelling to me.

So if this is the way they deal with customers then I have no interest in any transaction with AXIS bank.

I was interested in AXIS bank because
The FD interest rate is 9 % where as HDFC and HSBC ( more than 2 yrs with them excellent customary support ) is providing 8.25 %.

      i applied for home loan(20/11/2007) to Axis Bank ,they did not approved the loan without giving any cause,I got the deny letter on 10/01/2008. they also cleared a cheque on 05/12/2007 cheque no 13233, amount Rs750.00 o[censored]BI.Asansol.When i requested to refun the amount they misbehaved,abused and denied to have any conversation.
      The matter must be looked upon and necessary steps should be taken

BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY CARD .But iam receiving alert messages in my mobile stating " CREDIT CARD BILL IS OUTSTANDING BY 1685.40".         AXIS Credit Card — Bill problem

        Dear sir my card no is "[protected]" i never ever used my this credit card ...n i am getting a bill of 1400 hundred .Either you cancel my bill amount or just cancell my card .Otherwise i tear your card and drop it to your Axis ATM.I already complaint it for 2-3 times.

        i am the axis bank credit card holder,before i am in bangalore,last week i came here sharjha, now the problem is i have to clear my credit card bill till date,please send the statement on my email id,please reply me
        I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..? I have an account in AXIS BANK and I am totally satisfied but why dont you provide same kind of service for Credit card division. I hope atleast you read this and in response call me to speak regarding this issue or atleast mail me to my email id -- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

        This complaint is about the horrendorous service by your Customer Service Cell.

        This is to bring to your kind notice that the above card has been issued to me with an oral statement that its totally a free card without any annual fee or monthly fee or any one time charges in for form of rental etc...

        Only after receiving the card, i came to know that i had been put up in dark with a cheating effort taken on me by your representatives to dump the card on me.

        I came to know that this particular card which has been issued to me has an one time registration charges and annual fee.

        This has been brought to the notice of your phone banking agents as well as floor managers several times for which my effort has gone totally vain. As per their advice i had paid the respective charges without any hesitation but the same has not been reversed by your bank as per the commitment and promise made by your officials and have not received any reply from your customer care department. If i insist a reply call from our phone banking officers, i will simply get a sarcastic reply that its an inbound call centre and they cannot make any outbound calls.

        Being having a huge network in India, i did not expect such an untruthful service from your bank.

        I would request your office to kindly reverse the same and get back to me within 24 hours failing which a legal complaint would be forwarded to RBI and the copy of the same would be scanned on HIndu, DC, Economic Times and all leading news papers.

        Hope my effort of typing this letter would not go on vain and would expect a prompt action and reply from your office.

        I all ready complant for 10 times regarding my Creadit card due payment, This due payment form not my side this is form Bajaj insurance and i cleared mentioned in form i dont want any insurance than also every month i got the message form AXIS bank.           hello Sir

          i have applied for ADD On card around one month back twice .once thru bookpost and 2nd time thru Blaze Flash Courier....along with tht i also requested for credit limit enhancement but till now i havent got add on card nor i got any enquiry....when i enuire in customer care they said they havent recieved the form....

          so wht shud i do now...

              Dear Sir,
              I have received sms on dated 12-1-08 at 5:29PM fom Axis
              bank credit card bill with due date 14-1-08 has been generated.
              The sms recieved on saturday & due date is on Monday. Even if I drop my cheque in drop box on Saturday. The bank people said they will fine Late Fees because the cheque will be processed on Monday. I think that the sms send by the bank was late and they send it at weekend. So how they can charge the late fees?
              Please give me the suggestion.

                Dear Customercare,

                I am creditcardholder o[censored]TI bank bearing nummber [protected].I have received my first bill by debiting 400 rs as joining fee plus service tax 49.44.In second bill I has been debited 96.58 as debit interest plus 11.93 Rs.In my third bill I has been debited debit interest 24.41 plus 3.02.I has given three complaints till date (Monthly one complaint) and the respective customercare has noted the complaint given me a complaint number.After this every time customercare from Mumbai told that they has been reversed my joining fees every month.I asked the repective customercare to email me the same but this was not done.This depicts the service delivered by AXIS bank customercare.When I has spoken with customercare over phone I was informed that there is no integration between the two departments i.e Customercare with whom customer speaking by calling toll free number and the customercare from which we receives call from Mumbai.I was astonished by hearing this and how a bank can deliver a service to the customercare.Inaddition to to this I have also requested 2 times through emails to reverse ny joining fees and debit interest,customercare told that I am not having a registered email id.But the other day when I had spoken with customercare they informed that from now onwards we shall email the queries without a registered email id and given a complaint number 104395.

                Today i has paid 187 rs as requested by AXIS bank officials so that they will revverse all the debit fees towards my credit card.They have given one more compliant number today,finally i need to get reverse all the amount related to joining fees should be reversed as requested from the past 3 months.

                Please provide a written copy or email stating that all the above said fees are reversed to avoid these types of queries.Finally I would like to request the concerned authorities to reverse all the debited fees related to my joining fees of creditcard.

                Dear Sir,
                With due respect I beg to inform you that myself Mr Kanmoni Talukdar
                holding a savings account (salary a/c Subhash Projects and Marketing Limited ) with your bank vide account No [protected].

                I have applied for a credit card to Axix Bank in the month Dec-10th 07. Till date I haven’t received any response from you end instead of an sms on 3rd jan, with ref no[protected].

                I have talked to Mr Sandeep Banerjee (Branch Manager) and he have referred me to talk to the Salary Accountant (SPML A/c) and gave me the cell number -[protected].

                That Accountant gave me one cell no. of Credit Card Division [protected] again he referred to Ms. Rupa Lahuti , she is not picking up her phone, either switched off or disconnecting

                At last I have not found any other alternative to write you in detail.

                It is very surprising that now a days representatives from all the Banks try to increase their Credit Card customers by offering Life time free credit cards. Most of the people don’t accept their request.

                I am moving like a shuttle cock in the environment of the most reputed Bank in India ( Axix Bank) to get the right information only , whether I can get the card or not. Please think of the service of the reputed bank.

                I will be very obliged if you expedite the matter and inform me the status or you can provide me the proper escalation matrix of Axix Bank if any. We always expect better service from the good bank like Axix Bank.

                Hi,
                This is regarding camera purchased @ G.K.Vale, Marathalli, Bangalore on 25th Nov 2007. I have purchased this as part of 12 EMI Conversion with the Merchant, which has not got converted during my last statement. G.K.Vale has intimated this to the bank and they have intimated that the EMI Conversion is done.

                But suddently when i have taken a look at my credit card statement I have found that i was charged an interest of Rs.600/-and the EMI is still not converted. Request you to help me out to get my issue resolved for getting the EMI Conversion done and that the interest charged & service tax is reverted back.

                I used only 2000 rupees cash withdrwn I never received the statement before,I received the statement that I have to pay 40,971 rupees which is very shocking .I am Small employee how can I pay unneccessary 41 ,000 rupees which I have not used Please check the purchaase carefully and send me the statement of 2000 rupees which I have used

                I had been communicated from AXIS bank about the gold credit card. I asked him to come and collect required documents. I asked the person and teleservice pesonnel about the fees. They said its free for life time no fees is applicable. After submitting documents i got a call from AXIS BANK about my application and they asked me to pay 400 one time fees whereas they have not mentioned ealrier.                 I am taking legal action against them since they have asked me to pay the card making charges of Rs. 2200.00, which they informed in writing to me that the same will be reversed. Its now over 8 months that am struggling to get the same reversed.

                GK vale & co. — credit card payment not converted in EMIs

                I had made 2 trasaction on sep, 08 for amount Rs 8900 + 8900. I merchandize GK vale has offer 12 EMIs, without interest charges and processing fees, but due to there mistake it was not converted in EMIs, and I got the full bill for Rs 17800, in month of oct, 08. I have to follow the merchandizer and icici executives also, for 3 months, and finally my trasaction is converted in to 12 EMIs, in jan, 09. But in these 3 months, i have been charged with interest charges and taxes, since i was paying the EMIs only, Now I m contacting them to reverse the interest charges but these is no response from there side, I had wasted 3 months running behind them, its a real trauma for me.

                    I requested for resetting my Iconnect password, since I dont have one on Sep 2007 in one of their Branches - Ashok Nagar, they told they will courier it to the Bank Branch of my account - Mylapore.
                    Then I gave around 3- Request through Mail to Axis bank representative.. I even called him and told it .... Still it is not working .. This month is Jan 2008.. so I am waiting for my Iconnect for around 5 months.

                    Annual demat charge deducted though I holding demat a/c 4 months only.1st year demat a/c charge is free as the bank offered . So this is injustice and illegal.

                      i am a Axis bank A?C holder and when i applied for Credit card it took 3 months for aproving it and once when i received the card in my office i was not there so the courier have returned it back ok then from then on i am trying to contact axis bank for the shipment details and they say it is not updated in the computer, rascals how do they think that we believe that kind of crap.

                      this people are acting to smart but they should know others are also smeter then them

                          i have not applied for a creditcard but still i got a call asking for my present address and other details..i gave executive my documents for diferent bank card.but i doubt whether he misused these documents in applying foraxis card.Do get back to me abut the status.I have not applied for creditcard but if it goes further i have to take serious action.i have the executive number who has collected the documents.And i stay in banglore some executive from banglore AXIS bank have collected the documents.I called up bank to know the status but they are not answering the call.please check it immediately and take action.Its very wrong to process the application with out applying for any credit card.

                              I have applied for Axis Credit card, I received a message on 10th june - that my application no. 1423623 is approved and i will be
                              receing the card shortely. (no. given as xxxx 3956). I also got a message from bank that my card has been despatched through Blue dart courier. I got a call from blue dart executive on 12th june by 10.30 A.M that he will come to my place mentioned as addressed to deliver the card. I told him its my official hours pls deliver to my office address. He again called the next day same time (during my office hours) and said we need to deliver the courier at the mentioned address only.

                              Then no responce. I hope blue dart would have send it back. I called couple to times to AXIS - BSNL toll free no and informed
                              the status to resend it to my official address. Till today i have not received my card. Pls look into this matter and send the card to my official address.

                              I am Ashish Kumar using Axis Bank credit card no [protected] from last 1 and half years.
                              I am enjoying benefit of fuel surcharge waiver till Aug'12 on any transaction between Rs 400 to 4000.
                              But after Aug'12 such benefits is not been credited to my statement.
                              For example in Nov'12 I make 3 transaction from Mira Service Station Kolkata and in statement charges applicable Rs 42.13 on every transaction on Rs 1500.

                              I Aug'12 waiver had been credited to my account when I was transacted from same station. Requesting you to plz credit all waiver during the period from Sep to Dec'12 and thereafter.

                              I also like to bring into ur notice that when I was complaining about the above matter through customer care help line no[protected] and[protected], they people was disconnected my phone twice when I was asked to connect me to their senior.

                                I have availed a home loan from Axis Bank on march 20 , 2006

                                the principal amount i have taken was Rs. 16,50,000 and floating rate mentioned in Loan saction letter was : 8.00%

                                My EMI per month is 13,802 and i have payed 21 instalments which comes around Rs. 2,89,842 from May 2006 till Jan 2008.
                                and they say the pricipal outstanding as of today as of today as per Axis bank Statement is Rs. 16,38,961. So the principal amount which reduced from my outstanding was just Rs.11,039 from 2,89,842(tatal amount paid till date). How come it is possible???

                                The statement which i received from Axis bank says

                                what ever the intesert portion they calculate on monthly basis will get added up to pricipal amount every month and whatever the EMI paid will get deducted from Total amount{ Princial + interest portion added] every month and if any Equity mortgage charges to be deducted, that is also getting added up to my outstanding pricipal. So that every month my outstanding principal getting increased.

                                I contacted them and enquired. They said this is how they do.

                                PLs somebody help me out as i am struggling with Axis Bank service and i will not be able to pay EMI if it continues like this
                                since i am a salaried person.

                                I have taken mortage loan from Axis Bank Ltd.HYD on 16th feb 2008.on Floating Rate of Interest.While that time the ROI was 13.25% which was only for 3months.Gradually they brought it to 14.25% when i have seen that the ROI was 14.25% I have gone to the local Branch Located at Ranigunj & I spoke To CCE.They told me that my loan was on floating basis so the ROI is increased but from there side they didnot cooperate me Sir, If i get decrease in ROI then i will continue Other wise i will look some other Bank

                                  I have taken a Personal Loan from UTI Bank (Now Axis Bank) in April 2007 in Pune. My new job has baught me to Bangalore. I have been trying to reach the Customer Care in Bangalore and Personal Loan Department in Pune to change my ECS from previous Savings A/C in UTI to current HDFC account. But no body knows the procedure and they keep on moving around from one department to other.

                                  I realized that they have also not provided me with a personal loan account number, I just have the approval no. so I can't even pay the EMI through cheque.

                                  Please let me know if any one has any idea how to do it.

In that message they insisted me to contact if non receipt of credit card pls contact the ExpressIT Courier branch near you. I don't have any branch near me, Finally i got courier contact number on google site, i call to courier they are resend to Bank.

But two times I got a sms message that to submit Rs. 524.24 with due date 4th Feb. 08. in previous month I had received a sms to pay Rs. 224.72. But till now I have not used that credit card any where. So why and how this amount has been charged. When your agent had come to me, my condition was that, only when I will purchase any item or if I will use you card any ATM counter what amout will come that amout I will pay and If I will fail to pay that amount then you can charge any interest amount with the original amout. But suddenly debited Rs 9204 from my saving account number 00305686 still they are harassing me to pay more money. I am working in a MNC and I was holding the salary account in AXIS bank. At the time of processing my credit card application bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card but in my first statement I found that all charges they made and sent a credit statement to my address. I lodged a complaint against the same complaint id 112385.



                                      You have taken a sufficient time to resolve my complint id. I didn’t get any information or reply from your end.

                                      I've taken a credit card from AXIS Bank in the month of September 07.
                                      complementary flight vouture as offered alongwith the card.
                                      As per their policy user has to swipe the card, then it'll be eligible for flight tickets.
                                      After swiping the card, they said you've to send the documents via post to Andheri office, not by courier.
                                      I've sent document to them 3 times from hyderabad.
                                      But they said they didnt receive it.
                                      At same time i sent some other mails to mumbai, but people received from Hyderbad post office but this people didn't receive.
                                      After 2 months they received.
                                      Soon after I called them, but they are telling till the time, it is under processing.
                                      And now If I'm trying to connect to phone banking officer, they are not picking up the phone, sometimes they pick up and say network down, sometimes they attend the call, and disconenct the call.
                                      If I want to disconnect this credit card, these people are saying after disconnecting service you wont get flight vouture.

The payment of previous month amounting to Rs 14738.37 made on before date by depositing Axis Bank Cheque rounding up the payment to Rs 14739. Since the undersigned was out of tour to Calcutta, Silguri, Gangtok, etc. during the above period, I have deposited the cheque in your box in your bank in Calicut. I have salary account with Axis Bank and normally I am paying the payment before one or two days before and the amouant is also clearing on the same date. I am not making any part payment of your bill and making full payment by rounding up. Vide your statement dated 20-6-08 you have charged late payment @Rs 250 + service tax @Rs 30.90, Debit interest @ Rs 603.76 and service tax @12.36 at Rs 74.26.

                                      an amount of Rs. 35, 318 has been misplaced from my account without my knowledge.The ATM card was issued to me by Silchar Branch.From past 6 years I have been studing in St.Petersburg.I completed my MBBS and came back to India on June, 2009.
                                      Presently I am in Delhi preparing myself for MCI test.Regular transactions have been made from Delhi.On 3rd Dec, 2009 my father have deposited Rs.20, 000 in my acoount.So in order to widrew the money I inserted the ATM card and found that the amount of Rs.35, 318 was missing from my account.So, immediately I contacted the Silchar Branch Authority regarding the matter.I have sent an application from delhi to the bank authority in silchar on 4th Dec, 2009.The Application was recieved on 7th Dec, 2009.My parents have also submitted an application on 4th Dec, 2009.They went to the Bank every alternate day requesting the manager to investigate the matter but yet the problem is not solved.It has been more than 2 months that our problem is not solved.It seems that the transaction has been done by the Russian federation.So, as i am in delhi and only 1 ATM card has been issued by the bank how come the transaction can be done in Russia.When we consulted the Silchar Branch authority regarding the transaction they have handed over a bank statement for A/C No: [protected] regarding the transaction which is not the solution of the ATM dispute.Till today neither the amount have been returned in the aforsaid account nor any satisfactory reply have been given by the Bank Authority.My studies are hampered due to the loss of the amount.The Transaction shown as per statement:-

                                        Bring to your kind notice, i'm your existing custmor and my card no. is [protected], my name is Manish Panwar and date of birth is 18 / 04 / 1980. My salary a/c is lein by you. I'm alredy deposited minimum amount (Rs. 17000/-) as per your statement.

                                        I was not deposite your amount becouse I was not received any type of bill or statement. I was received first and last statement in december 2007 and I'm deposite the amount in 31/12/2007. But lein is not clear, so that kindly clear the lein and refund the charges.

                                        I have received your message that you have dispatched my credit card through Blue Dart courier vide AWB # [protected].
                                        Blue Dart person come to my office address on that day I was outside the office.
                                        Then he talk to me on phone. I asked him to come on next day. He agrees to the same.
                                        After two days I have received the message from the bank that " Your AXIS BANK credit card ****6100 has been return back to us."
                                        When I contact to Blue Dart courier, they told me that they have returned my courier to bank with the remark that, the concerned person was not there on the given address.
                                        Now,
                                        - Why he come to my office address when I have mentioned my residential address.
                                        - And what action you people are taking against the Blue Dart for this type of service.

                                        I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..? I have an account in AXIS BANK and I am totally satisfied but why dont you provide same kind of service for Credit card division. I hope atleast you read this and in response call me to speak regarding this issue or atleast mail me to my email id -- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                        I am really bugged with the poor services of the axis bank credit card. It takes almost 15-20 min to talk to customer care, that too if you are lucky. Their voice is very poor. Any time they can put off their phone before you understand anything. They dont even listen to your queries. I am thinking of cancelling my card.

                                        my self harpal singh from faridabad.actually 8 months back i applied for a uti bank credit card. the person who came to me said that they will make my card without any annual fee and without any joining charges (as everybank is doing ).
                                        after some time i recived a credit card of axis bank my card number is [protected] on the name of HARPAL SINGH. They gave me only 13000 credit limit which is useless for me. coz as per my business and work type i cannont use this card much thats why i called customer care and request them to close my card, they said that i have to pay full and final payment of the card. i swapped this card once 8500 and 512 once. i paid 8500 in september 2007. in october 2007 i came to know by customer care executive that they carged annual fee and joining fee ( which was free). at that right time i requested for the cancellation of the credit card they told me that you have to pay certain amout they told me that i have to pay finally 1478 rs. i paid 1000 in october and 420 in dec 2007 they give me request number 155144 from collection department, person was sativel on[protected].
                                        sativel told me that ur credit card has been full and final. in next month they send me other bill again i called customer care person vikas was there he told me that your request is under process and it will be close as soon as possible.
                                        now i am getting sms from axis bank that i have bill of rupees 1254/- , i called customer care they litreally denied that we dont have any refreance of your disucssion and ur card is running you have to pay full bill amount.

                                        Irresponsible in axis customer care people. When were I try to call they always busy busy busy . I tried many times in a week but still not yet I talk with there people. Very very worst bank.
                                        NON-RECEIPT OF MONTHLY STATEMENT SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS AGAINST VISA CARD.
                                        Dear Rajat, Once the simillar kind of situation I face with StandChat bank. They appointed some firm few lady/guys use to call my home and use a very bad abusive words with my parents. I kicked that firm at Bangalore with help of my friend's brother who is in police at Bangalore. In my case was I surrender the card one year back and after one year they called me again and asked for more money and when i refused to pay any money then only the situation started. I handled this situation in a very systematic way, I made a complain to RBI, I wrote back to some email ids which i got from their site. RBI took action against Standard Chartered Bank and my case was setteled by the Stand chart bank. Since then I did not received a single call. In your case I will suggest buy time from them, keep all payment details ready, if you complain to RBI they will need this details. Tell Axis Bank or consulting firm up front that you want to surrender the card so let them give you some discount on the total payable money. On standard they should offer 15-20% discount if you are pay in one time or you can discuss with them. One thing do not fear their words, they will just try to create pressure on you. Kick their .
                                        In the mean time i[censored] have paid them regularly, I will suggest complain at RBI. Contact details you will get in RBI's Web site www.rbi.org.in, Get this link http://www.rbi.org.in/commonman/English/Scripts/AgainstBank.aspx

                                        I Rohan Chaudhri recieved an axis bank credit card in july 07. But when the first statement came there were charges levied for 1500Rs, 1000Rs for one time charge and 500Rs as anual fees.

                                        When i was signing the form the executive said that there would be no charges.

                                        So i called customer care and told the same, i was assured by the customer care executive that the charges would be reversed.

                                        I made it very clear to them that if the charges cannot be reversed then kindly cancel my card, i was reaaured the same.My complaint numbers are as follows..

                                        Today i have recieved a statement in which those 1500Rs have reached 5000Rs with penalty and late apyment fees.

                                        Kindly tell me what more do i need to do to get over with problem as i am not a defaulter in any of the banks and would not appreciate of being called a defaulter for no fault of mine.

                                        I have applied for credit card on 1st week of Aug 08 vide Barclay card Appl numb [protected].I had received an sms on 21st Aug 08 stating that i will be receiving my card within 21days but nothing has been received so far please expedite the case and furnish the feed back to me at the earliest.

                                        I have your Bank Credit Card. I have received your executive call for payment of Rs. 2585/- for the months of July (19.07.2008 to 20.08.2008) but I had deposited the Rs. 3000/- at our ends but the statement received after 8 days of Due Date.

                                        Now I have received a massage Dt. 20.09.2008 from your end for payment of Rs. 51713/-. I have many Credit and Gold cards and it’s your mistake that you remind me wrong amount at last time and statement received after due date, I had deposit the same (excess).

                                        Now I am agree for payment of our remaining amount but not their Interest. Plz apply the rebate for interest and short the problem as soon as possible as revert me by given mail id.

                                        I want all details for my account because since 2 month I did not make any transiction from my account but I get Call from your end regarding balance payment.

                                        DLF Laing O Rourke — no response from customer care

                                        We have a broad band connection and it doesnt work speed.it is taking more than 15 min to open any sites.when we tried to call call center people they doesnt bother to pick up .literally an hour we waited on the phone and nobody responded to our phone whom to complain about it.please look into the matter or I have to complain to your nodal officer.
