I have taken a Personal Loan from UTI Bank (Now Axis Bank) in April 2007 in Pune. My new job has baught me to Bangalore. I have been trying to reach the Customer Care in Bangalore and Personal Loan Department in Pune to change my ECS from previous Savings A/C in UTI to current HDFC account. But no body knows the procedure and they keep on moving around from one department to other.

I realized that they have also not provided me with a personal loan account number, I just have the approval no. so I can't even pay the EMI through cheque.

Please let me know if any one has any idea how to do it.

Hi,
I got a Message in my mobile from axis bank stating that my credit card despatched through ExpressIT courier. But i haven't received yet. In that message they insisted me to contact if non receipt of credit card pls contact the ExpressIT Courier branch near you. I don't have any branch near me, Finally i got courier contact number on google site, i call to courier they are resend to Bank.

I am always available on my office address only.

    I had applied for Credit card one month back. I got call three times for verification but yet waiting for card.

    I have applied for AXIS Bank credit card 1 week back. However, till date neither I have recieved any verification call nor the card.
    I am also using credit card from OCT 2007, I didnot get any account statement. i asked in AXIS bank in branch, they didn't tell any information.
    i'm jayan k madhu, holder of a credit card from axis bank ltd. i already forwarded a complaint regarding non-issue of my credit card statement two days back, CARD NO:[protected].yet now there is no response from your side.can u consider my request?.......if yes, please take suitable action for my complaint as earliest.

    My name is Surya Kanta Mahapatra, I g a new axis bank credit card. Till now I have not received any bill statement. But two times I got a sms message that to submit Rs. 524.24 with due date 4th Feb. 08. in previous month I had received a sms to pay Rs. 224.72. But till now I have not used that credit card any where. So why and how this amount has been charged. When your agent had come to me, my condition was that, only when I will purchase any item or if I will use you card any ATM counter what amout will come that amout I will pay and If I will fail to pay that amount then you can charge any interest amount with the original amout. But now why I will pay this amount. Kindly send a positive reply as soon as possible.

    Ive applied for credit card in axis bank, after 10 days they call me on phone for verification, & collected my documents. This happened before 40 days, but yet I dint received any card. I haven't seen this type of service till date. Hip Hip to AXIS bank!

    I have been using Axis Bank Credit Card since July 2007 and till date they have not send the account statements. I did not receive the statement, i just received an SMS on my mobile and i cleared the payment. please send the statenment at the earliest.

      With reference to the credit card number [protected] in AXIS BANK I have used the card for just Rs 2500. But suddenly debited Rs 9204 from my saving account number 00305686 still they are harassing me to pay more money. I am working in a MNC and I was holding the salary account in AXIS bank. At the time of processing my credit card application bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card but in my first statement I found that all charges they made and sent a credit statement to my address. I lodged a complaint against the same complaint id 112385.



      You have taken a sufficient time to resolve my complint id. I didn’t get any information or reply from your end.





      I am waiting for your valuable reply. Please do the needful for me.

      Hi,
      I am G.Sampath Kumar and My iconnect userid is[protected]. I have Requested to enable my fund transfer facility on 08/02/08. But Your staff has changed my password and the password is not yet delivered to me though 12 days are passed. Because of this getting so many problems. I have informed the staff at Begumpet branch, but there is no reliable response from there and no body is taking it serious

      I received axis bank gold credit card,bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card.
      But I received sms from axis bank 10-Feb-2008 Bill amount 449.44 payment due date is 1-Mar-2008. After receiving sms I talk with Bank person (customer care),they told me we will revised now it will be effect next month statement, but you should made payment now otherwise they late fee, etc. will be made. Now I deside to surrender my credit card and I want to know where to surrender the card kindly send me correct address and also make sure my credit card bill balance nill because upto this time I never used this card. I feel very poor service.

      Credit Card — joining fee & Annual Fee dr in the credit card

      Sir, I have a Credit Card no [protected] sir your sales ex.assured me that the annual & joining fee is not aplicable in this card But in the statement both fees are includid and he said that you will also get the at par Chq.book with this card.But i didnt get the Chq.book.And he also said that if the joining fees will includid you will get the free air tickets in all our India for both sides.And one complaint is that your toll free number does not work at any moment[protected]

I also no any information regarding the charges they made and sent a monthly statement in my address. Neither executive of your bank told me about prior intimation regarding this deduction .Please give me suggestion what can I do whether continue my account at your bank or close it after paying the balance payment or I can get any rebate in this matter.

      I've taken a credit card from AXIS Bank in the month of September 07.
      complementary flight vouture as offered alongwith the card.
      As per their policy user has to swipe the card, then it'll be eligible for flight tickets.
      After swiping the card, they said you've to send the documents via post to Andheri office, not by courier.
      I've sent document to them 3 times from hyderabad.
      But they said they didnt receive it.
      At same time i sent some other mails to mumbai, but people received from Hyderbad post office but this people didn't receive.
      After 2 months they received.
      Soon after I called them, but they are telling till the time, it is under processing.
      And now If I'm trying to connect to phone banking officer, they are not picking up the phone, sometimes they pick up and say network down, sometimes they attend the call, and disconenct the call.
      If I want to disconnect this credit card, these people are saying after disconnecting service you wont get flight vouture.
      can you Please tell is there any solution for this?
      This has reference to Axis Bank Credit Card statement dated 20-6-08 in respect of Credit Card No.[protected] in respect of Ramachandran.U. The payment of previous month amounting to Rs 14738.37 made on before date by depositing Axis Bank Cheque rounding up the payment to Rs 14739. Since the undersigned was out of tour to Calcutta, Silguri, Gangtok, etc. during the above period, I have deposited the cheque in your box in your bank in Calicut. I have salary account with Axis Bank and normally I am paying the payment before one or two days before and the amouant is also clearing on the same date. I am not making any part payment of your bill and making full payment by rounding up. Vide your statement dated 20-6-08 you have charged late payment @Rs 250 + service tax @Rs 30.90, Debit interest @ Rs 603.76 and service tax @12.36 at Rs 74.26.

      Since I am making the payment in time, you are requested to kindly waive off my above charges as a special case, as that has happended due to my unavailabaility in Calicut that also deposited the cheque in your bank at YMCA cross road before date.

      MURUGAN PAPERS — cancellation of hidden charges on my c c

      MY CARD NO IS [protected].i have not given my consent for priority circle membership which is charged to me as an amount of 6741rs and intrest charge 4601.60and568.76. i have mailed two complains in last 15 days to cancel my membership, but there is no response. i have been calling to the priority circle daily and no one is picking up the phone. i have also called the customer care and lodged two complains but still no response. if the barclays' concerned department don't contant me and cancel my priority circle membership amount as soon as possible, then i have no other way than to go to the consumer court for help and also charge them for harassment and the amount i have spend in phone to contact them.

      SILVER C.CARD — CHARGED LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have used Silver C.Card No [protected] from last Five Years. I have recd latest statement of this card.In this statement you have charged Rs-2089 for late payment charges, but i have paid last payment of Rs-24000 by cheque deposit at your HSBC Ferozegandhi Mkt Branch on Dt.05.05.2009, but this cheque was cleared on dt 09.05.2009 at my Saving A/c (SBOP Bank). This cheque was late cleared due to ELECTION DUTY of bank employee of Nationalised bank.
      So this was not my fault for late payment clearing,

      So my humble request is kindly deduct this late payment charges from my C.Card.

      an amount of Rs. 35, 318 has been misplaced from my account without my knowledge.The ATM card was issued to me by Silchar Branch.From past 6 years I have been studing in St.Petersburg.I completed my MBBS and came back to India on June, 2009.
      Presently I am in Delhi preparing myself for MCI test.Regular transactions have been made from Delhi.On 3rd Dec, 2009 my father have deposited Rs.20, 000 in my acoount.So in order to widrew the money I inserted the ATM card and found that the amount of Rs.35, 318 was missing from my account.So, immediately I contacted the Silchar Branch Authority regarding the matter.I have sent an application from delhi to the bank authority in silchar on 4th Dec, 2009.The Application was recieved on 7th Dec, 2009.My parents have also submitted an application on 4th Dec, 2009.They went to the Bank every alternate day requesting the manager to investigate the matter but yet the problem is not solved.It has been more than 2 months that our problem is not solved.It seems that the transaction has been done by the Russian federation.So, as i am in delhi and only 1 ATM card has been issued by the bank how come the transaction can be done in Russia.When we consulted the Silchar Branch authority regarding the transaction they have handed over a bank statement for A/C No: [protected] regarding the transaction which is not the solution of the ATM dispute.Till today neither the amount have been returned in the aforsaid account nor any satisfactory reply have been given by the Bank Authority.My studies are hampered due to the loss of the amount.The Transaction shown as per statement:-

      Axis Bank — Non Issuance Of Secured Credit Card

      Sir/madam,
      I'm holding an S/B a/c with rajouri garden branch (new delhi) for the last 5 years!I'm pretty satisfied with the services provided to me.But after reading an article i applied for a "SECURED CREDIT CARD" against an FD of Rs25000/- & i was assured by an executive of axis bank that you'll receive your credit card within max. of 15 days.I applied for credit card on 3rd july 2010 and got a receipt of my FD on 6th july.I waited for about 21 days & then enquired about it.I was amazed to kow that no progress has been made since then as name of my account is "ANKUR KUMAR SETHI" where as i provided documents showing as "ANKUR KUMAR" .I've given all legal documents showing my father name & DOB for confirmation.

      After 5 days,the executive keep on repeating that your name issue has been resolved as our branch manager conveyed that you are the legitimate person as per their records.But toay(3rd august) i visited the bank & was shocked to know that nothing has been done & my status is still "PENDING"!

      I contacted customer centre but still no help!!!!What shall i do know????

      AXIS BANK, — No response for my fund transfer request and complaint

      I have submitted a request letter to activate my fund transfer in Axis Bank Koramangla. As per them, it would have teken 2 working days for this to be acticated. After sending 5-6 reminder mails as well as launching a complain at their call centre, I have still not recieved a single correspondence from the Bank neither has any action been taken to activate my fund transfer. I wonder how this bank is running given such a pathetic customer service.

I withdrew an amount of Rs. 4, 000 on 6th Jan 2012 from Bank of India ATM, Munirka Branch but I didn’t get the cash and the amount got deducted from my account. On 14th Jan 2012, the whole amount got credited to my account but again Rs.3, 500 was deducted as Lien amount which has yet not been refunded back after numerous calls to your customer service department.

        I have received your message that you have dispatched my credit card through Blue Dart courier vide AWB # [protected].
        Blue Dart person come to my office address on that day I was outside the office.
        Then he talk to me on phone. I asked him to come on next day. He agrees to the same.
        After two days I have received the message from the bank that " Your AXIS BANK credit card ****6100 has been return back to us."
        When I contact to Blue Dart courier, they told me that they have returned my courier to bank with the remark that, the concerned person was not there on the given address.
        Now,
        - Why he come to my office address when I have mentioned my residential address.
        - And what action you people are taking against the Blue Dart for this type of service.

        I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..? I have an account in AXIS BANK and I am totally satisfied but why dont you provide same kind of service for Credit card division.         I am really bugged with the poor services of the axis bank credit card. It takes almost 15-20 min to talk to customer care, that too if you are lucky. Their voice is very poor. Any time they can put off their phone before you understand anything. They dont even listen to your queries. I am thinking of cancelling my card.

        my self harpal singh from faridabad.actually 8 months back i applied for a uti bank credit card. the person who came to me said that they will make my card without any annual fee and without any joining charges (as everybank is doing ).
        after some time i recived a credit card of axis bank my card number is [protected] on the name of HARPAL SINGH. They gave me only 13000 credit limit which is useless for me. coz as per my business and work type i cannont use this card much thats why i called customer care and request them to close my card, they said that i have to pay full and final payment of the card. i swapped this card once 8500 and 512 once. i paid 8500 in september 2007. in october 2007 i came to know by customer care executive that they carged annual fee and joining fee ( which was free). at that right time i requested for the cancellation of the credit card they told me that you have to pay certain amout they told me that i have to pay finally 1478 rs. i paid 1000 in october and 420 in dec 2007 they give me request number 155144 from collection department, person was sativel on[protected].

        Dear Rajat, Once the simillar kind of situation I face with StandChat bank. They appointed some firm few lady/guys use to call my home and use a very bad abusive words with my parents. I kicked that firm at Bangalore with help of my friend's brother who is in police at Bangalore. In my case was I surrender the card one year back and after one year they called me again and asked for more money and when i refused to pay any money then only the situation started. I handled this situation in a very systematic way, I made a complain to RBI, I wrote back to some email ids which i got from their site. RBI took action against Standard Chartered Bank and my case was setteled by the Stand chart bank. Since then I did not received a single call. In your case I will suggest buy time from them, keep all payment details ready, if you complain to RBI they will need this details. Tell Axis Bank or consulting firm up front that you want to surrender the card so let them give you some discount on the total payable money. On standard they should offer 15-20% discount if you are pay in one time or you can discuss with them. One thing do not fear their words, they will just try to create pressure on you. Kick their .

        I Rohan Chaudhri recieved an axis bank credit card in july 07. But when the first statement came there were charges levied for 1500Rs, 1000Rs for one time charge and 500Rs as anual fees.

        When i was signing the form the executive said that there would be no charges.

        So i called customer care and told the same, i was assured by the customer care executive that the charges would be reversed.

In that message they insisted me to contact if non receipt of credit card pls contact the First Flight Courier branch near you. I don't have any branch near me. It's only in pallavaram.                 my card no is [protected],recently i have received one statement only there is mention the dues amount is 36139.63 due date is 14thjan08 but the statement is absolutely wrong.i have used only Rs 24000/- only.Today 2 collecters had came to me and demand Rs 40000/- cash at a time ,he has given life threatening,used slang language .He is failed to prove the actual dues .he is direclly mention that axis bank credit card collction department has given to them power for collection the money through threatening,used rented criminal person. i am

                Due my health problems I was unable to deposit mere Rs.1000, and the collection agent call me up and said if you do not pay, then I will not hesitate to kill you .

                  I used to receive a frequent call from Axis bank credit card division for purchase of card from executive Maheswari from phone . no [protected] at chennai. in last october last weeks

                  I have given the documents for process at chennai on first week of november , and the detail has been verified from the bank end all the verifification over .

                  but till date i have no response , from the bank end if i call for the given no no proper response .

                  I dont know the status of my card has been alloted or not

                  I got Axis Bank Creidt Card. I did not used it but a credit card bill is generating every month. Why I dont no what is happening whenever I call customer service there is no response the only thing they reply is ur ammount will be credited if I swipe the card. how come it is possible what a poor service is this. long time back I got a call from bajaj life insurance they asked me to join in the life insurance policy I clearly mentioned them that I m not interested even though they registered me in that polciy for one month they deducted some amount inthe name of policy.

                  I am ashwani batra. I have a saving account with axis bank and also a silver credit card. They have put a lien on my saving account of the amount of dues on their credit card. I am not at all aware of these spendings. I have not received a single statement from them since start. That is why i was not using their card till now.                   Axis Bank Credit Card — Fraud Billing

                  sir,
                  This is the worst bank in the history of banking service
                  They have a rule called ," We don't accept post dated cheques."

                  I had a bill amount of 674 with due date 15.11.07...I dropped the cheque dated 13.11.07 for that amount in one of their drop boxes around one week before the due date.
                  But they say now i have to pay 662 as cheque return charges and late payment fees...
                  reason...only that bank has a rule that they don;t accept post dated cheques...
                  This is a case of cheating people and making money...

                  only god can punish people like this...I will pray to god that axis bank will get destroyed.

                  They give you a Card in ease but when you will pay back them they charge you more than double.

                  Hi,

                  I'm an Axis bank credit card holder and I've been an Axis bank savings account holder for some years now.I've had a very good relationship with the bank, until I got hold of the credit card. I used it 3-4 times, if i remember correctly and I paid some amount too. Axis bank never sends me the statement. I left some outstanding amount to pay and a female called up from Mumbai. She asked me why I did not pay the amount and I said I need the statement, or I am not going to pay. With all the difficulties in making her understand in the Hindi bits and pieces I know (Axis bank customer care executives speak only hindi, and that too in a way that no one else in India will understand), she agreed to send me the statement right away. I did not get it, and then in the last 4-5 months 2 more girls called me up with the same issue, and all of them promised me to send me the statement. But now, suddenly I can see that the outstanding amount plus the interest accrued (I think, because after these many months, I've lost track of what I had spent) being taken away from my savings account !!! This looked ridiculous to me, and I doubt the legal aspects of that too. I would appreciate help in solving this problem, and I'm ready to take Axis bank to court if needed as I don't think anybody has the authority to take money away from my bank account without my consent.

                  Axis Bank Credit Card — Illigal charges for Bajaj Alliance Insurence Plan

                  I have a crdit card of Axis Bank. Once they Charged my a/c with a insurence plan of the above said company about which I did not know any thing. Informing this at the customer care service of that bank they weived that charge but they gave a interest charge on that. After that I made colplains about that both by written and by help lines and finally I surrendered the card. Still I have the complain numbers regarding those.                   In response of your credit card statement I got first statement in July with[protected] due date amount of Rs.14400 in response of date I deposit a cheque of HDFC BANK nu.398415 on 01-07-07 in uti bank with 14400 amounts it has been credited in your account after that I could not get any statement by your side in august 07 now in September on[protected] I got a statement which have a lot o[censored]nnecessary charges of over late fees rs 300 service tax Rs. 37 debit interest Rs.317, service tax Rs.39 and others according to me I did only two transaction rs 7500 from royal art gallery 6000 from jaimanss services so the total amount should be 13500 but as per your statement which I got on 14-09-07 and the due date was 04-09-07 but it was sent by your office on 11-09-07 as per stamp on envelop .as I informed you several time by mail and phone call to your call centre as I told as per discuss with Mr. krishankant as enquire nu.132971 he said to me this is the fault of axis bank so I m going to reversal your credit card amount that will not show in your next statement but still I am getting such type statement which is showing increasing amount. Now this month on 26/09/08 your bank directly deducts Rs.5256 /- from my account ([protected]) without any prior information so kindly revert this amount in my account and close my account and credit card.

                  Axis Bank Credit Card — excess debiting and not providing promised cash back

                  I have credit card of AXIS BANK, with which I have following problems.
                  1) when i made payment o[censored]SD600 on 23-09-08, immediately I was sent an SMS by bank system that i was charged Rs.28194/- and according to my calculation also (=600*45.62*1.03) that was proper amount to be debited since spot rate was Rs.45.62/USD and generally 3% markup is there when it involves two currency.
                  later i was told that i was going to be charged Rs.28370 for the same transaction. Now despite the bank itself indicated the amount to be Rs.28194 i am being charged excessively i.e bank itself has two different amount.when i complained about it to bank they told me that 28370 will be charged and not Rs.28194 which they themselves told me by SMS

                  2) also the same bank has promised me to pay cash back of 4% on my air ticket booking of Rs.10674 but i have been given only 200/- cash back and not the due amount ( i.e 10674*0.04=424Rs). even if credit is due for very long period i am not given the enough cash back.

                  so instead being given credit i am being charged excessively by axis bank

                      They've not sent a credit card . Still i got a bill of 1685.4 to deposit by due date 09/01/2008. Why should i pay 1000/- joining fees and 500/- annual fee while I've not agreed to the same. I have n't received my card yet. Still i got the bill in my hand. I don't want to have credit card of this fake BANK. Plz help me to get rid of this fake BANKING AGENCY
                      I have applied for credit card. After sometimes I have received a message stating that "your credit card application with Ref No.1009396 has been approved and credit card will reach you shortly - Axis Bank Credit on 25.01.2008.

                      On 06.02.2008, I received a message from ExpressIT states that "we tried to deliver your consignment today. Kindly contact ExpressIT". I called up that courier and they informed that door was locked. I asked them to send the courier to office, but they didnot respond. After two days I enquired in ExpressIT I was informed that the consignment has been returned back to the Axis Bank.

                      On 18.02.2008 a message came from bank says that "your Axis Bank credit card has been return back to us".

                      Today on 26.02.2008 I have received a message from bank states that "your credit card bill of Rs.898.88 with due date 17th March 2008 has been generated and will reach you shortly.

                      I have n't received my card yet. Still i got the bill amount by message. I don't want to have credit card of this fake BANK. Plz help me to get rid of this fake BANKING AGENCY.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am having an account with Axis Bank, Bhubaneswar. The same account has been opened as Salary Account through the company i was working before. I left the organization above one year but have balance was there in the account. On checking my statement on 10th December 2007 i found Axis Bank has charged 561.80 three times during March 2007 to December 2007. Upon inquiry they said that charges towards Account Maintainance. When i asked this was never intimated during opening of account and not even in any statement. They said the statements have been sent to my last organization.

                        As i have left the organization and my salary not get credited, the bank charged for the maintainance charges where as the bank never bothered to inform either via a call/SMS or by mail in my Permanent Address. Even when i challenged about the charges the bank employee is not able to show me anything.

                        Request to please give solution for this above.

The debit card number is 4688 XXXX XXXX 3862. I did not receive the password yet. I tried calling many times to the Himayat Nagar branch. Nobody answered the call. I tried calling to 24hr customer service desk but of no use. Some times call was also disconnected. This is very very disappointing.

                          One of the worst customer care service I have faced here.. Whenever I want to call some customer care executive of axis bank, they never attend the call and by any chance if they do, they dont understand the seriousness of the problem and respond in a very careless way..

                            I am Ashwin Kumar from Pune. I have applied for AXIS Bank credit card in Jan 08. My Reference number is 1092478. It has been declined, Can u please tell me the reason. Can I get my credit c ard
                            i have applied for a card last month and till now no response is given by the bank and its allready one and a half months over and nothing from bank side they are telling.
                            I want to warn everybody about Axis Bank Credit card.
                            PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD. They will literally steal money from you. They have the MOST horrible bill delivery system possible. They have no online bill delivery system at all.
                            I have one Axis Bank Silver Card. On two occasions they have not delivered the bill statement to me on time. On one of those occasions i havent received the statement till date. Both these occasion i did not get the statement well beyond the last date of payment. Naturally i waited for the bill to arrive and paid late. They immediately deducted debit interest, late payment fees and service charges in the next bill. Like this they have charged more than Rs 1400 from me.
                            I have sent them numerous mails asking them to revoke the amount since the fault is theirs not mine. They have simply said that they wont. I have also cited extracts from a RBI circular to support my point. Their response has been just the same.
                            These people are shameless thieves. DO NOT TAKE AXIS BANK CARD.

                              I receive Axix bank crediti card in the month of January 08, till now i didn't received any statement from the bank people, after so many reminder and calls i receive an Emil statement for the month of April only in that around 1000Rs they included as a late payment charges.
                              Now My contenetion is that i dont want to pay the late payment charges and I informed tha same to customer care, if again they give any late payment charges I am ready to sue the bank people in the court of Law if it is small amount also I am ready to that.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have just opened a salary savings account in Axis Bank and received Gold Debit Card as applied for. I have found that on checking balances from other Banks ATMs, service charges are being debited from my balance. This is ridiculous. Why the bank is charging service charges on withdrawing/checking, since I have already paid Rs. 562 for Annual Debit Card usage charges. WHY WILL I SUFFER AFTER PAYING RS. 562/- FOR THE SAME.

                                    today (11th Apr '08) i called 3-4 times (in every 2 hrs intervals) in cutomer care just to send me the Bank Statement form "Sep '07 to Nov '07" every time they noted my email add. and said "we are sending, u'll receive statement in 10 -20 menutes"

                                    bt till now i have not received any statement from Axis Bank' cutomer support system.

                                    why they are sitting there???
                                    at last i called them around 7:15 pm just to complaint about them on their cutomer support system but the response was
                                    "this service is available during the official working hrs only"

                                    once i'll get the statement i'll withdraw every thing from this bank, & will close this account frm Axis Bank.

                                    Very pathetic service it takes 15 to 20minutes to receive an OTP..After resending the otp as well. very annoying most of the times it happens during an emergency

                                      your people were after me 2 take credit card from your bank.I had applied a gold card Sr No.2815 n d same was declined by you vide your letter dated 16.04.2008. no problem as getting a credit card is no big achievment as all bankers are after you nowadays.But I was shocked to know the reason "Adverse Banking History". Gentleman here I would like to inform you that i m vid with corporation Bank for last 24 years after joining as Probationery Officer, then one of d most prestegious jobs after Civil services. I was trfd to Mumbai in sept 2006. I stay in bank's flat of 1250sq ft in mumbai and draws a gross salary of more than 35000/-p.m besides various other emoluments/perks which many of your card holders may not be having.May I call upon reasons of rejecting my application with a baseless n derogatory reason which i treat as severely damaging to my reputation and status.If I dont get a suitable reply with an apology i may be forced to contact your superiors and/or may take some suitable legal action against you.

                                      I have a Axis bank credit card. But useless one. Because when I go to swipe the card in the shop, at this time, error message only shown like "Transaction Declind"

                                      Every time I was ashamed at purchasing shop to using this AXIS Bank credit card.

                                      Every time I spend some money to Axis bank customer card officers. This may take Rs 25 to Rs 50 per call.

                                      My severe advice to credit card using people is "PLEASE DON'T USE AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD"

                                      AXIS BANK IS ONE OF THE FRADULENT BANK.

                                        I am using the Axis bank credit card, i have never seen like this worst service. previously i dont know about this bank. when i was trying to know my out standing balance amount in this credit card, i tried to call the bangalore customer sevice. when i was tried the customer service number, it is working but no one lifting phone. but some times it is giving busy ..even though i tried to mumbai main branch customer service. call is working but no one lifting the call. even though they didnt sent any e- payment slips. see this is a one and only worst service, in which i have faced. see guys please dont accept this bank credit card , they wont provide gud service. if already having the credit card, please reject all your credit card immediatly, other wise we wont servive from getting large amount of bill. so dear frds.. please try to understand my experience on this bank..
